A few observations (not all): * There must be more money for the grocery budget. Food is unimpressive and often the day to day items (coffee creamer, brown sugar, fresh fruit, yogurt) are not available. * The staff: Always minimal. High turnover. Quality for some very good, others, not so much. Probably a budget concern. HUGE safety concern. * Why aren't the floors getting repaired? The tiles have been popped up for months and the tape has worn off. What's safe about this situation? No excuse. For 2 years we've expected Park at Bay Area to "get it together" and be awesome, as sold. In some ways, it's getting better, but it's been too slow for too long.

What a wonderful place for my Brother-in-law, MPG! When we had to move him from his home to an Assisted Living Place, we looked at many options. How fortunate we were to find The Park! From the minute I met Melissa, I had a feeling we had found the right place. Then we did a tour! So many options, and we found the perfect fit for MPG. My sisters and I have taken care of our Mom, Dad, and most recently MPG's wife, my sister. How I wish we would have found out about the Park for her. I have seen many places and The Park has it all, sincerely you will love it here. Take a tour and you will see it and feel" it the minute you meet staff and see the place. "Kindness Matters" is how we have experienced the wonderful, caring staff. I highly recommend it!

The Park at Bay Area is a fabulous facility with a very friendly and caring staff. My husband has had several short respite stays, enjoying the variety of food, activities, and the wonderful staff. I highly recommend this facility. ~deborah norton

The facility is beautiful, the staff is beyond amazing! They cared for both our parents through their last days. We became family with them and them to us We can not say enough how wonderful everyone is and how important it is to find staff and a facility such as this!

From upper management to their CNAs the care that is provided by The Park at Bay Area is phenomenal. Aside from care, their facility is immaculate - many amenities to keep our seniors busy.
