I still remember the first time I met Nixie Gutierrez. Currently I was living in apartment complex for seven years, riddled with mold and mildew and limited access to daylight peeking through my window. Nixie gave me a tour of different units. I was elated with joy. Nixie spent time with me explaining the rules and expectations of living in the Fordham community. I was sold. I have never looked back, because I knew I wasn't going back to where I came from. Thank you, Nixie for my "Forever Home." If you are looking for yours, I invite you to come to the Fordham At Baywood to meet Nixie and plan your future.

We lived at the Fordham for 15 months. The facility is so beautiful and is kept so nice.. if your looking.. LOOK NO FURTHER.. oh and check out the pool..it's the bomb.. take the tour.. I think you will know you have found your new home.. look no further! And by the way.. My wife and I loved the staff.. Nixie the Property Manager, Ricky the Maintenance Technician & Andrea Arnold the Salon Stylist were the bomb we just love them all of them were 5 Update August 21 2022: We are on the waiting list to move back to the Fordham.. after moving from the Fordham we had moved to save some money.. where we moved to turned out to be our worst nightmare .. so we are just waiting on the call from Nixie to tell us the wait is over

Beautiful, brand new, facility for active seniors. Activities are frequent and well managed. I especially am fond of the swimming pool. Mom has just begun to have problems with her cognition and Nixie and Tonya treat her the way you would want a family member to be treated.

Love everything about Fordham at Baywood. Nixie and Tonya are so awesome. They are very friendly, attentive to all the residents, and will do whatever it takes to make sure they are happy. My father or (Pops) is totally happy living there. I would recommend these apartments to anyone I know.

Toured The Fordham at Baywood and this community is by far the best 55+ luxury living. Brand new senior community with the best floor plans, amenities, and so much upcoming activities to do. Also the staff was very informative, friendly, outgoing, but most importantly made you feel like this will be my home. Can't wait til sell my house and make my move to Baywood. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I have so many adjectives for this lovely Apartment Community that I don't know where to start! Simply, amazing! My first impression was a luxury vacation resort. Very inviting. It's a must see! This community is for Active 55 + age range (lease holders must be 55+ & caregiver can be 35 + - if you have that need.

Brand new finishes and gorgeous luxury apartments. It's a 55 and older place but has an active senior community. No better place in the Clear Lake/Pasadena area. Definitely worth touring!

The BEST place for my extra picky my parents .I love everything about Fordham beginning with the beautiful community and sweetest staff. I know my parents will not be bored with all the activities they offer not to mention all the great amenities . They have the best management and I really feel like my parents are cared about here. I feel safe with all the security measures here and I never have to worry about anything. If there is ever an issue (which is rare) they are so quick to respond and handle it with a great attitude. I can honestly say my hard to please parents are happy here and many thanks for making them feel at home 🙂
