I cannot say enough about Casandra at Orchard Park. My Mom made the decision to move to Independent Living.This is our Third family member to need services. My husbands Aunt and Mother lived in the Memory Care Unit. We were extremely pleased with the care. We specifically chose Orchard Park for my Mom due to previous experiences. Casandra was our Angel during those most difficult times of our lives. We lost our sweet Celestia 1 year ago in the Memory Care Unit surrounded by us her family. Casandra was so much more than an Administrator. She was our life line. Orchard Park is so fortunate to have such a compassionate, caring hard working Individual. So glad she is here for my Moms adventures at Orchard Park! Thank you and Lisa is a doll as well!

Lisa Tankersley and the staff at Orchard Park have been nothing short of amazing. My grandmother has had every need met and all expectations have been exceeded. It’s not easy to leave your loved ones in a strange new place but after only a week in… she feels completely at home and loves her new HOME. I cannot tell you how special it has been for me to have Lisa guide me through the entire process and also answer my late night calls when I get nervous or have a question. This staff and this place is a blessing for our family!!!! Thank you!!!!

A perfect place for Mom and Dad! Lisa Tankersly has been beyond helpful in getting my parents settled into Orchard Park. She has been heaven sent...an angel on Earth. I love how she loves on all the residents. She is genuinely caring for all the residents. She makes herself available day or night. I don't know what we would have done without her.

My mother moved into the assisted living area of Orchard Park two weeks ago and she loves it. Everyone there is so kind and has such a loving disposition. Lisa Tankersley is a joy to work with especially with getting mother admitted. She was available anytime I had questions or needed help. She is wonderful!! KaSandra Lee, the Executive Director explained the contract in detail and was so pleasant. The inside decor is beautiful and the outside patios are large areas with plenty of seating and even have a grill for cookouts. I would highly recommend Orchard Park for your loved ones. There is nothing harder than placing your parents in assisted living or memory care. After looking at several in Midland and Odessa, we chose Orchard Park. The facilities are nice, clean and we loved the activities with the memory care side. Lisa was a huge help in getting my dad set up reassuring us it would all be okay. Everyone there has been very supportive to us and my dad as he gets settled in. I can’t say enough about the employees, from the front desk, nursing staff, aides, maintenance and especially Lisa as they have gone above and beyond!

We have experienced loving care and assistance for our parents during their transition to Orchard Park. The staff, and especially the leadership were extremely flexible and helpful in providing the best fit for them. The facility is extremely clean, bright and cheery. They are a COVID free facility, a must for us. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place for mom and-or dad.

Cant say enough about the wonderful care mom has gotten at Orchard Park of Permian Basin. My heartfelt thanks to the sales team and administration for helping making the transition smooth. Even in these difficult times they, made it easier by coming to our home and helping mom understand what was taking place. They helped us every step of the way and we are so very grateful.

This place is great. My grandfather was in the memory care facility. The facility was great for people with Alzheimer's. The staff were nice and Mitchell George who runs the place was incredible.

We placed my Aunt at Orchard park a couple of months ago. I cannot say enough about how accommodating and caring the staff have been. Mitchell and Dan have bent over backwards to meet our needs which have not always been easy. Dementia is not easy on the residents or their families, we are sometimes over stressed and may take our frustrations out by complaining about the little things that may not seem important to some but they are important to us. The staff have been understanding and have helped us through this. The beautiful open house was an example of the Care and compassion these caregivers have. The wonderful food, live music, and beautiful decorations allowed us to spend a few hours with our precious Aunt just watching he smile and laugh with no confusion or fear. Precious memories were made that will last us a life time even if she only remembers for a day! Thank you Orchard Park Assisted Living Memory Center Odessa Texas!
