The caregivers and management of the Memory Care Unit at Arbor House are the best. They treat my wife like she is their grandmother. When I visit I know she is going to be clean and comfortable always. They are attentive even during these tough pandemic times. I moved my wife from a top facility in the west Houston area and I can say Arbor House puts them in the shade always. Thank You Arbor House and the staff and attending outside consultants.

My grandmother resides in a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment at Arbor House in the Marble Falls, TX area. I cant express how impressed we are with the facility, staff and overall care. We knew once she lost her partner 2 years ago it was going to be a difficult and hard adjustment. They truly have gone above and beyond to make her comfortable and happy. She literally has everything she needs, and they spoil her with love. I live out of state and come monthly to visit for a few days. From the moment I walk through the main doors Im greeted and hugged in the most sincere and sweet way from the director Rhonda. She gives me a run down on everything going on with my grandmother and we discuss ways to further help her as her health deteriorates. To know the extent each employee goes to in order to get to know each patient , resident is beyond me. They have really become family! We are all Team Arbor House!

I want to Thank Arbor House staff for the outstanding care, love and response to my family as you take care of my parents each day. Two years ago, I went looking for a place for the two most important people in my life to live out their next chapter, I was scared, crying and apprehensive at the time. Little did I know that Arbor House has completely wiped away all those fears. The staff love my parents whole hardily, they go over and beyond to make sure they are both safe and all their needs are met daily. Just recently, I had to make a very hard decision for my mother. I had no idea how to make the decision or how to handle it. The director, Rhonda walked me through every step like she was holding my hand. I literally could not have done this without her. She was the rock I needed. I just want other people to know that when you leave your family at this facility you can feel at ease that they are taken care of with the upmost respect, love and quality you can ask for. Thank you, Arbor House, for letting my parents live the last chapter of their lives in a place of trust, love, and honoring my parents.

Arbor House in Marble Falls is a very beautiful facility located close to shopping and restaurants. The facility offers transportation for medical appointments and planned outings for the residents. When looking for a memory care facility for my Aunt and her needs moving forward, once we toured Arbor House the decision was simple. They offer independent living through full memory care and we were happy to know there would only be one move involved. This facility is clean throughout and has an open and functional floor plan. My Aunts room opens to the enclosed courtyard which was important to her having had her own garden at her home. She was also able to bring her 18 year old cat with her to keep her life complete. There is much to do on site including a media room and numerous planned activities. The residents were friendly, and the staff has become part of our family. After my Aunt moved in we learned she had a terminal illness and as her illness has progressed hospice has been added to her care. The staff has helped us by recommending restaurants and helping us find a good place to park our rv with our move from California to be with my Aunt fulltime. We made a quick trip when my Aunt had a turn in her health and Rhonda helped us find close accommodations to assist us. The Arbor House staff is not there just for a job, they care for the entire family. Moving my Aunt to Arbor House is one of the best decisions for our family. Up until the last couple of months I lived out of state and knowing my Aunt was in good hands until I could retire was such a relief.

My mother had a stroke in 2016 and we were paying for in home care. That became unsustainable when her funding ran out and we had to start looking for other options. We were a bit apprehensive when it came to the idea of putting her in a nursing home as there is still a good deal she can do on her own and I dont like the idea of my mom being in a home or someone else looking after her. My husband and I both work so we really needed a solution. Arbor house has been a perfect fit for us. The staff and residents are terrific and the facility is amazing. Most importantly my mom is happy and receiving the care that she deserves. Were thankful to have Arbor House in Marble Falls and also live so close. Thank you from the Sandberg family.

We moved to Marble Falls from the Mendocino area about 11 years ago. When we moved we left my mom and brother out West. My mother visited a few times and really loved Texas but needed a place she could stay that offered assisted living. We live on Mormon Mill road and watched as Arbor House built their new assisted living facility. We were impressed and so was mom. Im happy to say that were all living in Texas together in large part due to Arbor House. Thank you for having such a super facility and staff to match. We looked at every assisted living option within 60 miles of Marble Falls and this is by far the best run, best staff, and cleanest facility we visited. If youre looking for assisted living or memory care for your loved ones check the waiting list at Arbor House before looking elsewhere.

When a loved one needs extra care, this is the place to go. It is always hard to watch someone grow older and have difficulties with memory. The staff is caring and works so hard to assist in daily activities. Plus the management show they have a heart in this home.

My grandma has been living at Arbor House the last several years and our family is so very thankful. She lived with our family for some time when I was younger and I was often the one helping my mother take care of her at nights. She receives better care than mom and I could offer and we visit her often. Thankful for this opportunity in our little town.

This is an outstanding facility for Marble Falls. The staff is well educated and very patient with residents. My grandma has been living in Arbor house for the last 4 years. We enjoy stopping by and seeing her. The kids love that she will call and ask for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for them. I like that its tucked away in a nice residential neighborhood.

We moved to Horseshoe Bay from West Texas and needed a place for mom. She was resistant at first but settled in after a couple of weeks and has been very happy the last 4 years at Arbor House. The staff is amazing and the residents are a hoot. Thank you for providing such a fun loving place for our aging population.

My grandpa lives here and he loves it. We live in Midland and come see him often. The rooms are very clean and they take amazing care of him. Looks nothing like an assisted living facility. Wonderful!
