While my mother was dying in the hospital, the employees stole her desktop computer and 3 bottles of liquor. When confronted, the management said 'this has NEVER happened before' (a lie). They're response was they would do an internal review (which they did) and fired the individuals responsible for taking the liquor (nothing about the computer - 'We know nothing'). They're final position is: it's not our fault, we fired those responsible. If you want anything more, call the police (Brazoria County Sherriff). The Sherriff was called and they are pending an investigation (probably not a high priority - given the total dollar amount is about $2500). Would give a zero star if I could. Stay away from this place - very far

I was there to see my daughter, everyone was very concern in helping me. It was lunch time, the food looked good I was asked the have a plate for lunch. The food was good. They serve the residents making sure they have what they need the have a nice meal.

A dear family friend of mine has been a resident here in assisted living for a year. I visit with her weekly and take her to doctor appointments. Because of the excellent care and attention she receives from not only the medical staff employed at Orchard Park but everyone who works here I leave feeling assured of her safety and well being . The staff looks in on her and visits with her. She is treated as a valued member of the community. It would be difficult to find a more professional and caring group of people. I am thankful for the entire staff at Orchard Park at Southfork.

Mom has lived at Orchard Park at Southfork for over one and a half years now. I have been very pleased with all aspects of the facility (Medical, daily activities, meals, house keeping etc.). Antonio and all others are very friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend Orchard Park to anyone needing an assisted living/memory care home!

Best Assisted Living I've been too! Staff is amazing. The maintenance department ensures the building is looking and smelling amazing! The housekeepers are all amazing, very supportive in every department! Love the team work at Orchard Park!

My loved one has been at Orchard Park for almost 7 months. We started off in memory care and are now in assisted living due to the change in his condition.. I picked this particular facility for a number of reasons. 1. It's close to me, 2. The residents seem happy and well adjusted, 3. The staff is attentive and responds to any concerns brought to their attention. We have had a good experience so far in our journey. Caregiving can be challenging, but they help make it easier on the family.

I've been working here at Orchard Park Assisted Living for almost a year now and I have to say hand down this is the best place to bring your loved ones. The staff here work very hard to make sure the residents come first and are given the best care. I myself believe my purpose in life was to become a caregiver and I love being able to provide the best care possible for all the residents here at Orchard Park.

My mom has been a resident for a few years. During COVID, I tried to move her back home. She immediately said NO. She did not want to leave her friends and caregivers. They are family and she would miss them. Does my heart good to know how much she enjoys her life at Orchard Park at Southfork

My mom has been at Orchard Park at Southpark for a little over three years and I just have to say that the staff is fantastic! My mother can be difficult at times due to a variety of health issues and Orchard Park has been amazing balancing her medical needs and keeping her engaged in daily life at the facility.

The managment is the nicest people. I am a paramedic firefighter and been talking with them to get my brother into a facility and the managment team has gone above and beyond for me and mom. Thank you to the managment staff.

I toured this community looking for a place for my grandmother, I was at ease once I walked through the door and felt right at home! I spent over an hour there and it seemed to fly by, the residents were all smiles and full of life! I knew right away that this was the perfect community for her. She is going to stay in Florida for now and when she is ready to make Texas her home we will be proud to call Orchard Park home. I would recommend touring if you are looking for a community that gives you that at home feeling you are searching for.

My mom has been at Orchard Park at Southfork for going on a year now. She says this is the best move that she has ever made, even during covid. Had she of been at home she would have been isolated but at Southfork she is able to visit with her new best friends. Best move ever!!!!!!

My family is about to celebrate the one-year anniversary of my mom moving into Orchard Park at Southfork in Manvel, TX. Every family makes similar decisions with the best of intentions for their loved ones but you never really know how things will turn out. Well, we couldnt be happier with our decision. Prior to the transition, my mom was overwhelmed with trying to care for herself and the house she lived in for more than 6o years. Despite declining memory and mental processing capabilities, my mom has actually prospered during her time at Orchard Park. Shes healthier due to a regular eating pattern and improved diet as well as properly dispensed medications. The Orchard Park staff is absolutely wonderful from the director to the medical team to the activities director to the personal care providers to the food preparers to the maintenance staff. They take a personal interest in each resident above and beyond the business aspect of the relationships. The highest tribute I can pay to the Orchard Park staff is in regard to how it has handled the COVID-19 pandemic thus far. Theyve been diligent in sticking with distancing, hygienics and medical protocols designed to keep residents safe. If your family finds itself in need of identifying and securing excellent personal and medical care for an elderly family member, I strongly encourage you to give serious consideration to Orchard Park.

My family member has lived at Orchard Park at Southfork for a year. I want this facility to be outstanding, but overall, it is not. We have had problems with basic care. After reporting the incidents to on-site management many times, improvements have not been made. The on-site management acknowledges the incidents are inexcusable, but they keep occurring. We have even contacted upper management in California with no results. There are many absolutely outstanding staff members at the site. It is very unfortunate that a few employees have made this stay unpleasant.

Wonderful place. My mother-in-law spent the last 1 1/2 years of her life at this facility. Initially, she did not want to give up her independence and resisted moving to Orchard Park. After being there for one month, she got acclimated and loved it. They have many activities for the seniors which are all designed to keep them moving and mingling with the other seniors. The night before she passed, she was up to 9:30 pm playing dominoes. While the facility has some minor issues, overall the staff is caring and attentive. As my mother-in-law said, it was like being on a cruise ship, they wash your clothes, clean your room, cook for you, and entertain you. Our only regret is that she didn't get to spend more time here.

This is a brand new community that has beautiful grounds, landscaping and a great staff! They actually care for the residents and treat them with dignity. Not sure what community the other reviews are speaking of when they are saying the community is infested with roaches and ants as it is NEW! My mother in law lives here and is engaged in activities and loves the staff! Would highly recommend the community!

This is a beautiful new facility - very clean and nicely decorated. My aunt lives there, and she is very comfortable. The staff is pleasant and they really seem to care about the residents. They go out of their way to make sure the residents are involved in the community and have a life there and not just an existence. Thank you Orchard Park at Southfork!

I have toured many communities as I want the best for my loved one. After several weeks I decided that I will be placing my mother at Orchard Park Southfork. I have talked with many current families personally and they are happy with the staff and the executive director is always available to visit. I have made several visits especially not announced and I found everything in order each time I visited I just love the cleanness of the community and the tender loving care I witnessed from the staff. I recommend when your looking for a place, spend time reviewing including the State of Texas regulations. You will find great reviews for this community. I am looking forward to having my loved one at Orchard Park.
