I wish we could give 10 stars! There are no words that would truly allow me to express my gratitude to The Landing. We visited 3-4 times before my dad officially became a resident, and it felt more like home with each visit. Danelle, I honestly don't know her title at the facility, but we consider her to be our angel and now family. The way she interacted with my dad when they first met was as if they knew each other all their lives which made him feel comfortable and at ease during this rough transition. Colleen, the Executive Director is so supportive. Princess, the Director of Nursing, goes above and beyond. The staff is not only concerned about the well-being of my dad but our family as a whole. I can go on for days, but I will end by saying, the care, attention, understanding, and love that is shown to my dad and family is what EVERY family needs when caring for an elderly parent! Cheers to our new Landing at Watercrest family!

Staff is very Freindly and seems to care but when it comes to try and get services done for which we have paid for it is very difficult. We have paid for “Support Plus” care which includes personal care for such as bathing, toileting assistance with getting dressed and grooming, laundry service and apartment cleaning. I find that if not constantly vigilant attention vanes and quality of care declines. Very frustrated that only option is to move my parents to another facility which will be very difficult and not sure if results will be any better. I feel sorry for residents and their families. It will be very difficult for my parents to adjust to make the move, so currently praying for better care from staff

Robin was extremely helpful during our visit. We shared a dilemma with her that we are facing in transitioning my mother-in-law to the facility. She not only understood, but shared a similar personal situation and how it was handled. My husband and I felt as though we have another tool in our toolbelt and support needed to deal with this tremendous life situation we are facing. I feel comfortable calling her up if I need guidance. The facilities are immaculate, including the modern and cared for furnishings. Believe me, this is not always the norm in assisted living facilities. The only issue I had is that one hallway, in the memory care section, smelled of urine. I noticed that one of the resident's door was open and they were in a hospital bed. So, maybe it came from that room. However, it flowed out into the hallway. We will be visiting again to see if that was just a one time occurrence. Knowing their high standards, I really believe that it was.

My initial contact was Micaela and she was very accommodating with all my questions in regards to the various services they offered. I toured at least 4 different Assisted Living complexes and ultimately chose The Landing for my Mother who has dementia. The team of personnel that work on the second floor where my Mother lives is outstanding! Ever since Covid has taken over the world, they have been my replacement in terms of extra care and compassion for my Mom! I must also give kudos to the entire Landing staff as they are all so kind, professional and go above and beyond to help if I need it! I am so happy I chose The Landing for her home!

I toured this place for a loved one recently and it is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They were more than happy to show me around and answer all the questions I had. The staff and faculty genuinely cared about the well being and quality of life of the residents. The facility is nice, well maintained, and very clean. If you love your family member I highly recommend Landing at Watercrest.

My mother was the first AL resident to move in there 12, 2019. The staff welcomed her with gifts and open arms and always has been upbeat, friendly and supportive while helping my mother slowly adjust to assisted living. With the pandemic, 2020 was an unexpected and extremely difficult time for everyone working and living at the Landing (and families too), as you can imagine. Patrick, Micaela, Tonya, Brittney, Judy, Marcus, Toni, John, Amanda, Donna, Katie (best caregiver ever!), Dominic, Krystal... you guys have gone over and above to keep our loved ones safe and entertained during this rough patch known as 2020. Cant wait until things go back to normal, hopefully in the near future. If you are considering The Landing, overall I can say they will take good care of your loved one.

Landing at Watercrest in Shadow Creek is an amazing community. The staff is very helpful, welcoming and inviting and reassures me that this is a great place to leave my loved one. They are attentive, compassionate and considerate of the residents and their families . They go out of their way to accommodate everyone. The staff at Landing at Watercrest Shadowcreek Ranch is healthy mix of fun professionalism - and it shows all up and down the halls. They really truly care about their residents and their residents families. Everyone there is known by name and is treated like family. I have especially enjoyed working with Micaela who shows her love for this, sometimes thankless, job by sharing her bright personality and big smile with the residents. Their facilities are beautiful and clean - Im happy to know these folks and would recommend them to anyone.

I am extremely pleased with the care that this facility provides. They go above and beyond for their residents. For example, one of their residents recently celebrated a milestone birthday and the staff encouraged others around the community to send in birthday cards. The birthday girl received 104 cards for her 104th birthday!

As a plank owner of this community, Ive watched our community blossom from 3 starting residents to our current census. Our residents are truly something special and make coming to work feel more like youre doing a good deed daily. This month well be celebrating hiring our first round of care staff just a year ago. As a member of the management team or Dream Team as were sometimes called its been a pleasure taking care of our residents needs. As their personal Chef, I do my best to attend to their needs, wants and desires of their palates. What makes the Landing at Watercrest different from the rest is our actual commitment, compassion and integrity to do our jobs 7 days a week, 365 days a year consistently. The proof is in the pudding, our rention of residents speaks volumes. If youre looking for a place for your loved one look no further, weve got you covered!!!

We looked long and hard for a spot for our sweet dad. From the moment we walked into the gorgeous lobby, I was impressed. Meeting Britney sealed the deal. She is so kind and compassionate. In addition, she managed to make us feel comfortable in the midst of making difficult decisions. She conveyed all the pertinent information in a professional and friendly manner, and she responded quickly every time I had a question. Executive Director Patrick leads a talented staff of people who genuinely care about the residents. Tonya the activities director is creative and fun and connects well with the residents. We moved our dad from another state and everyone at the Watercrest has been so kind and welcoming. The decor is spectacular--like the best model home youve ever seen. The residents rooms are well designed to be spacious but cozy. Our dad left his home of 50 years, and we are pleased with his transition to assisted living and are grateful to the folks at the Watercrest.
