As a staff member for Cedar Bluff, I'm proud to be a part of this community. Everyday, our team is striving to be better today than we were yesterday. Our team loves the residents and works hard to make this community a place where they feel like they are home. We have a wonderful and caring Executive Director who has relationships with these residents; he gets to know them, their lives and their families. He drives the shuttle when needed, does activities, answers the phones....anything that's necessary to help the day go smoothly! Our new Spark program is revolutionary, especially for our Memory Care residents. It's all about giving our residents independence, a purpose and a place to use their talents and skills to help others. We meet our residents where their skills are at, we don't focus on the skills they've lost. We have book clubs, cooking clubs, field trips, Lifelong Learning sessions, a resident Welcome Committee, and much more. Yes, I am the Marketing Director, but I truly and sincerely love Cedar Bluff and see every day that we love our residents and want them to thrive. I love coming to work everyday, it's a pleasure and a joy!

My son has been a resident of Cedar Bluff for over 4 years and we could not have picked a better facility for him. The entire staff is wonderful and caring. This last year was hard on everyone but they took great care of him and I knew he was safe and we'll cared for with every precaution. I trusted them totally. Since Ive been spending time at this community, Im realizing how broken the Senior Living industry really is and how much good Cedar Bluff is doing go against the grain and disrupt it. What kind of senior living community takes residents sky diving, makes their own music videos, and throws parties that make the residents grandkids jealous? This one does. Wow!!

My aunt was a resident at Cedar Bluff in Mansfield and we couldnt have been happier with the staff and facility! My aunt loved everyone there and she was extremely happy and well taken off. They truly care about their residents and it shows! Every time we would visit, we were greeted in the lobby by the receptionist who always had a smile on her face. The facility was always clean and always smelled so good! I would recommend Cedar Bluff to anyone!!! We will always be grateful and will never forget all of the love the staff gave to my aunt!

I recently did a tour of Cedar Bluff. Meg made me feel so valued. She asked me questions about my mom that made me stop and remember all the incredible accomplishments my Mom has done in her lifetime. The tour lasted about an hour, but time flew talking to Meg. She knew every residents name that we walked past, and I even got to meet other team members from the Community. I love that this is NOT A FACILITY, its a community where people come to live. Although this is one of the toughest decisions Ive ever had to make, I look forward to having my mom live at Cedar Bluff.

I visited Cedar Bluff looking for a community for my mom. Although I was not able to physically come in the building due to government restrictions Meg offered me a virtual tour. She carefully answered each of my questions and walked me through the process of what it would like like for my mother to move there. She even invited me to come to the community to meet her face to face and she walked around the building with me showing me different things. I was very pleased with their take on COVID 19 and the protocol they have in place.

Although my Grandmothers dementia sent her home to Heaven within only a few months of moving in....I truly believe this facility and its staff are amazing! They saved my grandmothers life during a fall on her first night and gave us a few more precious weeks with her. Thank you for everything, what yall do is not easy and you deserve all the gratitude and thanks that I possess.

I recently toured Cedar Bluff and WOW, this place is amazing. The atmosphere was great and the staff is really engaging. It was nice to see the residents out in the common areas enjoying activities not stuck in their rooms. If I ever have a family member that needs assisted living I know the community that will be at the top of my list!

My mother-in-law moved to Cedar Bluff in October of 2019. My wife and I are so relieved and thankful that we found Cedar Bluff because we no longer worry about her safety and well being. The excellent staff helps her get dressed, take showers, laundry, and dispenses medication. The senior staff of Heather, Nikki and Fred are top notch. Kim, the Activities Director is wonderful. She has activities everyday that my mother-in-law participates in. The most important thing is that she has been really happy living at Cedar Bluff.

Cedar Bluff has been a Godsend to our family. We moved my mom to the Bluff about two months ago to get her closer to me. When I took my first tour last summer, I was very pleased to find such a wonderful community of caregivers and residents. They all strive to be as helpful and welcoming as they can be to my whole family, but especially to my mom.

We moved our mom in last month right before Christmas from Louisiana. It was a huge change for her, especially after her husband, our dad, of 65 years was in the hospital with pneumonia and ended up passing January 3rd. The staff has been overwhelmingly amazing, sweet, helpful & very loving & caring. Meg is who I spoke with first, when I was sitting in the hospital in Louisiana with our dad. Shes very knowledgeable, sweet & very genuine. Along with Mary, Rebecca, Lori and now Zulenka, they are all very sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful and they all know our mom, Addie, which makes all the difference in the world to me, my sister & our families! Erin, Annette & Corrina are all very friendly and inviting when we come in, every time. Tina is ready with their activities and always has a smile on her face! Connie, Mo, Ro & Anisa take good care of our precious mom. Our Moms apartment room is always clean and smells great! That means a lot & she loves the people & the food! She has done tremendously well there! I highly recommend Cedar Bluff. Here she is with her youngest grandson Bryce, his Nana was so happy he came & gave her a private performance & a lot of the residents joined in the fun, singing & dancing! So much fun! I hope he comes again soon!

My husband and I went on a tour with Mary at Cedar Bluff this past week, October 4. We were absolutely amazed at the beauty of the facility and the satisfaction of those who are living at Cedar Bluff! You would just have to visit to believe how excellent an assisted living or memory care can be. You would see beautiful flower arrangements and art work, and the apartments have everything a person could want. Mary and the rest of the staff are very friendly and caring I was impressed with Marys knowledge of the names of the occupants who are more than occupants; they are family! Talking with those who live at Cedar Bluff showed me just how much they enjoy their lives at Cedar Bluff. The residents get involved in all kinds of activities from making flower arrangements to art work to Bible studies to Bingo and various other games and activities. The music there is uplifting, and everything is extremely clean and great-smelling! My husband and I have a brand new positive look at what an assisted-living or memory care facility can be. My family and I are delighted to have found Cedar Bluff for my mom. Its a lovely facility — very attractive with wide hallways and lots of natural light. When staff member, Mary Sides gave us a tour, we were impressed by the number of residents who were active and engaged. Mary knew all of them and they knew her and stopped to talk. Our tour and consultation were personalized. Mary answered every question, she followed up with us and was extremely accessible for questions after our initial visit. She has reached out to my mom by visiting her and taking a welcome gift. This kind of caring and personalization help us to feel better about a difficult decision because we believe Cedar Bluff is a place where my mom will thrive.
