One of the hardest decisions an adult child will ever have to make is the one that involves putting a parent into an assisted living facility. Heartis Longview made that decision so much easier. My Mama who is now 102 has been a resident there for several years. They have treated her with the utmost respect and kindness from day one. The staff have always treated her like family. The executive director, Miranda, has been marvelous to work with and so helpful. Mama is now in the memory care side of the facility and the lovely ladies that take such good care of her are to be commended. I have observed how they deal with all of the residents in their care and how they treat them with the dignity and care that all of our aging parents deserve. So please, if you are having to consider an assisted living facility or a memory care facility for a family member, please check out Heartis of Longview first.

Clint Pannell, Marketing Director, was so kind, caring and helpful during our tour. The food was very good. The apartments that we looked at were nice and clean. The entire facility is well maintained. Our experience was wonderful.

Heartis provided excellent care of my father in memory care. He was treated with respect as an individual. Vera kept me in the loop regarding every aspect of my fathers needs and care. Heartis of Longview provides great care for my grandmother. Beau, the director, always goes above and beyond to keep me informed, answer my questions, and to be sure my grandmother receives excellent care. He assures the staff takes wonderful care of my grandmother. Ms Daisy, the front desk receptionist, greets me by name and with a smile every visit. She is always happy to help me with any scheduling needs. Vera, is always there to answer my questions and care for my grandmother as well. I would recommend Heartis to any family that is considering assisted living for their loved one.

I cannot say enough about Scott at Heartis. He is so very helpful and so pleasant. Im sure I drove him crazy but he never acted put out or rushed. Theres so many questions and uncertainty at a time like this. Making a decision for a parent is so emotional and hard. Scott has been over and above accommodating. Their facility is beautiful. I highly recommend this facility.

I have been so impressed by Heartis of Longview, especially Scott Combs. He has done so much to help my mom get moved in after beating Covid pneumonia and sepsis. He took care of getting everything set up in her room and getting it organized for her before she got there from the Covid Unit. Its been tough not getting to go in and see her, but he has sent me pictures and acts on any requests we have immediately! Im so thankful for him and Heartis getting her settled in and she absolutely loves it and the view of the lake from her apartment! I cant even begin to tell you how easy this was for me and her! If I could give a 10 star review, Id give a 20! Thank you Scott and Heartis!

My name is Tavie Spivey and I have performed at Heartis Longview on several occasions as well as my group, Shake, Rattle & Roll. You can tell the residents at Heartis are truly loved and cared for by the staff. My group performed there on 12 Jul 18 for a family night and they all commented on how great a place it was and that we might go there when we get older. I wouldnt mind a bit!! Its great!
