I moved my mother into Buckner Memory Care (The Harbor) in August 2022, where she resided until her death in June 2024. In the time that she was in Buckner's care, I was always assured of the quality of care that she received. She was treated with dignity, well cared for, safe and loved by those who attended to her needs. As Alzheimer's began to increase the needs that were required for her daily care, the staff at Buckner never failed to continue the quality of care required. They communicated effectively with me as her daughter and ministered to me and other extended family with care and compassion. I can not adequately express the blessing that Buckner was to my mother and my family and friends.

Love working with the staff and precious residents at Buckner! I've been teaching brain and body fitness classes here for 8 years, so I have visited all parts of this campus. I love all of the activities they have planned as well as how much I can see the staff cares about their residents. What a blessing this place is to Longview.

My parents found themselves needing a place to stay after their home burned down. Amber and the staff went above and beyond to modify a cottage for them quickly. My mother is in a wheelchair and needed special accommodations and Buckners made it work. They are very happy and everyone has been so friendly and helpful for what has been a difficult time.

If you want a faith-based small community to live in, you will find it here. It is great being able to know all of your neighbors. Lots of activities allowing you to be as active as you want to be. All the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Buckner is AWESOME for all types of retirees...It has four levels of care to fit each individuals needs. Independent living, assistant living, memory care and skilled nursing for those that need more care such as therapy services or hospice services. THE BEST PART IS...THE EMPLOYEES ARE DEDICATED IN GIVING THE BEST POSSIBLE CARE TO THE RESIDENT'S.

A very dear family friend spent almost 2 years in the Harbor at Buckner, and I cannot say enough great things about the care she recieved and the love shown to she and her family as frequent visitors. She was clean, cared for, encouraged, and enriched daily. As she declined and required more care, it was lovingly and respectfully given. They remained in constant communication with her daughter and treated our patient as if she were their own family. As her death grew near, the entire staff went out of their way to make a very difficult time as bearable and comfortable as possible. They were nothing short of amazing, and I am blessed to have had this experience with Buckner Westminster. Thank you to everyone!

My daughter, Laura, had ALS. My wife, Blessed and I had cared for her as long as we could in our home. When her breathing began to change drastically she was in Longview Regional in their ICU. Afterwards, we were in a transition time and needed care before starting end of life hospice. Buckner Westminster offered her a place in their skilled nursing. She was in Skilled nursing for about 2 weeks before the next medical crisis. (ALS progresses rapidly.) The care for her and our family was fantastic. Laura could not turn herself nor eat nor drink by herself. Laura was on a bi-pab, NIV and completely bed bound. The staff were patient and caring. Cheerful and encouraging even though her condition was undeniably terminal. This disease was brutal. But God encouraged and strengthened Laura and my family in their care. Was Buckner perfect? No. But I will say that when we encountered problems, Buckner listened to us and responded quickly. There are no perfect organizations in this life. But Buckner Westminster Place was a blessing to my family. Laura is with the Lord Jesus so she is doing great. Looking back, what a joy it was to work with Westminster Place in our daughter's care.

My parents have relocated here 9 months ago. My siblings and parents are so thankful for the excellent staff, front desk, Kristen and food& service. We are ever grateful for Blake and his availability to the residence, in person, during this time of virus regulations ever changing rules.

My grandfather moved in 3 weeks ago. We visited this weekend and we were impressed. Staff is excellent and very well mannered. I am confident my grandfather is in good hands there.
