Serenity Oaks delivers specialized care for assisted living and Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
We offer several styles of units to choose from in sizes to fit all senior needs. There is plenty of storage space, private bathrooms, and each apartment. The grounds are professionally maintained for the benefit of our residents and their guests. Members of our staff are extensively trained to care for senior Live Oak residents and everything they need. We continually strive to assist our residents for the highest quality of life we can provide for them. Serenity Oaks meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

First impression, I would love to spend the day lounging in this beautiful courtyard! Once I entered, I was impressed by how much it felt more like a home than an institution. The staff greeted me immediately and were so helpful. They allowed me to take a picture of an unoccupied room to show my MIL. With help from Kristy, we were able to get my MIL to the hospital which was the much needed first step. The staff really do care about the residents. I checked out their FB page and am so impressed with all the extras they provide. It is not an easy situation having to entrust your loved one's care to someone else, I definitely feel comfortable with Serenity Oaks.

Serenity Oaks lives up to its name. A peaceful place with warm and welcoming decor. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. The food is also very good. You can tell the menu items are made from scratch. Residents definitely look forward to meal time.

My mom stayed here for a few weeks while I got a break, its called respite care. The hospice company referred us here and I was very pleased as was my mom. I am considering taking her back permanently but I am clearing up a few financial things. She really misses the staff here. She talks about them non stop. She cant seem to remember much but she sure remembers this place. Thank you for taking good care of her. Henry Montero

I wish ten stars was an option because this is really the best place I have ever seen. There are so many personal touches put into the design and layout. Not to mention, OMG, the yard!!!! The owner has a real genuine heart and you can tell by the happy staff and the smiles on the residents faces every time I visit!! I have been in the healthcare industry as a LSW for 25 years, I have been into a lot of communities visiting patients. I tell you, they dont get much better than this. The staff are so friendly! That one star review has to be a disgruntled employee... This community is top notch!

We did a virtual tour for this facility and could not be more impressed. First we walked through the space on their website and Ill say, that was pretty neat! You can see room by room from the safety of your home. I then called Kristi and she gave me a face time tour. I took up an hour of her time asking question after question and her knowledge and professionalism really shone through. I could hear the laughter of the residents in the background and it was music to my ears. The staff interaction was so nice to see. The facebook page is riddled with photos and videos I am sure this really helps families during this time of Covid to see the loved ones. I reached out to a few of the people commenting and they had wonderful things to say. I will be moving my dad is soon from Arizona! Look no further. This place is heaven.

I wish I could give 10 stars. This community is brand new and just what Live Oak needed. I moved my mom in hoping for something a little better than where she was previously living since this is closer to my home, and I cannot express how happy we are. The staff is so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Everyone is professional and courteous. You can tell they really love the residents. The owner has been such a blessing. I feel so comfortable with her and she has really gone above and beyond to educate our family on my moms dementia. I highly recommend Serenity Oaks Memory Care.

Serenity Oaks Assisted Living is not only a beautiful facility, but it is also a wonderful place that encourages, appreciates, and develops the minds of those living and working here. The staff is friendly and insightful. The buildings are immaculate inside and out. It is not a work environment when you walk in. It feels like a family. Love and support is given to all the residents. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this facility. And they are always looking for volunteers to give residents some extra visits to sit and talk, play a game, etc. This place is one that you wont have to worry about your loved one because they become family at Serenity Oaks.
