Over two years ago now our family did a search of Assisted Living facilities in the San Antonio area for my parents to move to. We are so happy that we found Esplanade Gardens! They were easy to work with from the very beginning and have made life so much better for both my mom and dad. When my mom had some health issues that necessitated her being in other facilities, my dad contemplated moving to the assisted living part of the other nursing home to be close to mom. But after staying there for two weeks he couldn't wait to "go home" to Esplanade. Unfortunately my mom passed shortly after that. Dad now continues to live at Esplanade Gardens and they continue to help him have the best quality of life possible. The staff there is loving, caring and take good care of their people. It truly is like being home.

I have been with Esplanade Gardens since Feb 2014. Recently, a Med Tech noticed I was having an elevated BP issue. Our RCD sent me to the ER. She then had me stay overnight in a guest room at EG for continued care. Fantastic staff. I am thankful for such caring colleagues to work with. Our residents receive the same care and compassion.

I moved in to Esplanade Gardens not knowing what to expect. It wasn't long before I met a couple of people. These people introduced me to various activities, and things to do here at the Gardens. I enjoy being here as the staff and residents are great. If anything is needed the staff are right here to help. It's a great place to live.

Mom has been here 6 months now and she does definitely enjoy it. It is clean and the staff are extremely welcoming and nice. I've eaten there once (covid restrictions a little still) and the food was very good, she loves her apartment with her own bathroom and being able to sit at lunch w friends she has made and watch the squirrels and birds in the beautiful courtyard. Im glad to have found this location. Also there are amazing doctors and hospitals located within five minutes of the building which make it very easy for appointments that they take her too when im unable to.

My mom lived here for about 2 years before she passed recently. They were kind enough to bus her friends to attend her memorial. She was very happy living there and enjoyed all of the activities. I continue to go visit friends and play games with them.

Im a home health nurse. Every time I visit residents here, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The building is clean and smells good. The residents love the food choices, as well as the activities. I would definitely recommend Esplanade Gardens.

Esplanade Gardens, is a beautiful Community, with beautiful people., Residents, Staff and Management. They work as a family.. there contracts are very clear and even when we as a family dont see the needs of our Love once, or understand the legal aspects of some circumstances.
