I’ve had the pleasure of working with the team at New Haven Kyle for years. The new Executive Director, Madison, has really done a wonderful job bringing to life the community. I work in hospice and partner with this community and my nurses and aids all say what a wonderful homey feeling they all get when they visit. I feel it too. They have wonderful and fun events that give the family and love one’s time to mingle and have fun. Great job Madison, Tina, Mackenzie and the rest of the team in Kyle. Keep up the amazing work!

My 92 year old sister had been at New Haven for a few weeks now. What a blessing to have her there! This facility already feels like home! The staff is beyond friendly & accommodating…. very caring & compassionate! Cleanliness & organization are obvious things we noticed as soon as we moved my sister in. She never has to wait when she calls for help of any kind! The food is absolutely delicious! Two chefs Anthony & Glenn are doing an excellent job with their talented cooking skills. Madison & Tina are the best! They see that everything runs smoothly & they are always willing to talk about your loved one’s wants, needs & desires!! They are available at all times. We feel so secure & at ease each day as we leave my sister, knowing that she is truly cared for. Madison, Tina, staff…. thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do to make New Haven the perfect place for my sister!!

I toured this community several months ago and was very impressed with how clean it was. I was also impressed with how the care givers interacted with the residents. My sister has now been a resident at New Haven for a few months. I cannot say enough about Madison and her staff. They are all, without exception, kind, caring, helpful, and respectful of the residents. They have exceeded my expectations. They have gone above and beyond the call in assisting with the transition from another community to New Haven. I am grateful for Madison and her crew, they are a blessing to me and to my sister.

An absolutely beautiful, pleasant, and happy place that truly cares about the residents! The staff is the best at making this a wonderful and comfortable place to live. At least once a month, they do a theme lunch or dinner for families to come visit and participate. It warms my heart to see how well the residents are cared for.

My mother is a resident at New Haven-Kyle Assisted Living. It is a supportive environment in a very nice, well-managed facility. My mother loves the activities that are regularly planned for the residents, including Bingo and other games, exercise, arts and crafts, music, cooking, and gardening. Our thanks to the caring staff for their hard work in making New Haven- Kyle a positive experience for my mother.

This is a wonderful place for your loved one!! The staff is incredible, the food is delicious, and the activities are amazing! There is so much love, attention to detail, and personalized care given to each resident. The building is clean, beautifully decorated, and easy for the residents to move around in! Each room has a private shower. The beautician does a fabulous job making the residents feel special! Its truly an amazing place! Would recommend to everyone looking for the perfect place for their loved one!!

My brother has lived at New Haven for two months. We are extremely happy with the facility and its management. Amanda has a very professional staff and they are extremely helpful to my brother. Its like a big family here. We especially like the small number of residents. Highly recommend New Haven.

Wish we didnt love so far away! Came in for a tour of the facility and was thoroughly impressed with how friendly everyone was and how clean the environment is. Amanda Fuller is an amazing admin. This place is on the up up! If we lived closer, this would be the place! 100%!

Came in for a tour met with the Administrator Amanda she was full of life, kind, and knowledgeable. The facility was beautiful, clean, organized and offered many amenities for our loved one. The halls were filled with smiling faces and we feel confident in dropping off our loved one when the time comes. A big thank you to the New Haven staff for being so welcoming and really making this facility fell like a home.

I took a tour of the facility and grounds. I was very impressed with the building, staff and their knowledge of the facility. The executive director, Amanda even came and had a wonderful conversation with me about my family and our needs. I ultimately ending up receiving home health services for my mom but I will definitely be keeping this place in mind. A big thank you to the staff for their help.

Omg! I found the perfect memory care facility for my grandmother. So, I scheduled a meeting with Director Amanda Fuller, and learned so much about this beautiful facility. Nurse Fuller gave me a brief virtual tour of the living facilities. At first glance , I could immediately see how gorgeous the building and surrounding area are. I look forward to meeting with Nurse Fuller again once covid is gone. Definitely 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and will likely have a new place for my grandma to call home.

I came in to see this Assisted Living for both my parents. Amanda Fuller Executive Director was very nice and pleasant in showing me around the facility. She was super kind and helpful. The facility was beautiful, clean and organized. She was able to relate to me in what we like in facilities for the care we want for our loved ones. She is also a nurse herself and it shows by how well the facility is well put together and the staff as well. Very professional. We decided to do home health instead, but this place is my go to if my parents need a facility. Thank You Amanda and New Haven for the welcoming experience.

My husband and I are in the process of looking for a facility for his grandmother. We got a tour of New Haven from Amanda and were very happy with the cleanliness and organization of the place. As a CNA myself, Im super picky about the assisted care my loved ones receive, but I was thoroughly impressed with what I saw. I will definitely be recommending New Haven to family, friends, and clients.

This is a very nice community. We like the staff who are caring and attentive to my mom's needs. I like knowing that she is in a clean community with a nice atmosphere.The menu is very good and I like to know she is pleased with the variety. I would highly recommend this community for the good care that is received with a good value.

The tour guide was courteous and very accommodating during my tour. I thought this was a nice place that was kept clean and organized. During my tour i saw the bedrooms, dinning room, and the activities center. I really liked this place they offered healthy meal plans and everyone was friendly.

At New Haven Assisted Living of Kyle, LLC their food is terrible. It is just awful. That is where they really need improving. Some of the residents don't see that well and the lighting needs to be improved. It is very dim and the closets don't have lighting. The emergency pull light is the same color as the wall and it's hard for them to find it to use it. There needs to be some contrast. Other than that the people are really nice and helpful. It is a very nice facility. The rooms are big and the bathrooms are also.

I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for their loved one. It is very attractive, clean, well kept and has good food. The staff is very accommodating, caring and competent. Since it is smaller than some facilities, it feels more like a home. They offer ample activities for those who choose to participate.
