Our Mom moved into the community about a month ago. Connie has been excellent with her contribution to a softer land through the entire moving process. Mom has been more active and is enjoying her new apartment, friends and especially the staff. She was actually playing a game of BINGO when I went to visit last with the sweetest staff member and residents. She raves about how wonderful everyone has been that checks on her and helps her. When we visit her the community has a warm, welcoming feel and we are truly grateful.

I am a hospice aide from New century Hospice in Marble Falls who has cared for residents from Windchimes Assisted Living. The staff are so caring, compassionate, and loving and they help me when I need to provide more comfort. It's a peaceful place.

My mom has been at Windchime for almost a month and we are very pleased- It is the best option I have found for senior care-by far! Bonnie and Annette are kind, quick to respond, and encourage communication. The kitchen staff is also VERY caring and hardworking-they take pride in what they do; they even ask me for meal ideas that my mom would like. Yesterday, I helped engage my mom in a shuffleboard tournament. MaryLou, the activities director, is all you could want for someone in that position-her kindness, patience, encouragement, and understanding is evident in all her interactions with everyone around her. Thank you to all Windchime staff.

My brother recently moved to Windchime. It’s exactly what he needed. The staff are attentive and kind. They work with him and his bizarre sleep schedule. It’s so good that he feels safe and has fun people to interact with. I love that there is such a great place so close to me.

We recently moved my mom into Wind Chime. Connie made the process easy to understand. She also helped me with the emotional side and made me feel comfortable with the move. My mom has transitioned better than we could have imagined!! The staff are caring and attentive. The facilities are comfortable, clean and a homelike feel. I am thankful that my mom lives at Wind Chime in Kingsland!!

Amazing experience at Windchime at the Village Assisted Living for my 89 year old Father in Law. Connie our liaison was available to us every step of the way as we navigated our first experience with Assisted Living. We were able to do a trial run to see if it was time to consider this option. As we navigate aging in this time, it is rare to find a place that can empathize with the challenges faced by the aging parent and the people trying to make decisions around their care. We could not be happier with the result, care, attention and professionalism of this facility. Though we determined this is not a fit at this time, I would not hesitate to go back or recommend this place. Truly a blessing to us. Thank you!!!

Caring
I go to many ALF and NH for my work. Windchime is one of the cleanest, happiest, and kindest places I get the chance to visit. I am impressed by the care from the staff, the wonderful food from the kitchen and the overall cleanness from housekeeping. The activity director is high energy and motivate to make sure each resident gets to have a great day regardless of physical abilities. I would move here my self if I were not married with young kids! The rooms are just the right size, and bright and open.
