The Willow Fork offers memory care as the main focus in a complete package of senior care services.
You can choose from any one of the private or semi-private rooms offered at here. All residents have access to all of our common areas as well as our landscaped grounds. Our 24 hours staff is some of the best in Katy, they're always available when needed. We are determined to help every senior resident thrive. Willow Fork meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

Residents have access to Indoor Common Areas, Meals Provided, Beautician Onsite, Activities Offsite, Outdoor Common Areas, Activities Onsite, Vegetarian, Devotional Services Onsite and other facility comforts so seniors feel right at home. Love this place. My mom is here - I never worry about her. We live 4 minutes away so between my wife and I, we are here at least twice a day so we see everything first hand. The caregivers love my mom, nurses take good care of her. Very nice and always always clean. Beautiful interior and exterior-like a nice home. Food is great. The Director, Kjola and Community Relations Director, Emanah are wonderful - always available to help with whatever I need regarding my mom. They give me great confidence in Willow Fork. Thankful for both of them! Great last home for my mom.

Before making Autumn Leaves my fathers forever home, I toured every facility west of Beltway 8, South of I-10, North of 59. This one is the only place I knew, without a doubt, was the right place for my father. In my search I was looking for a caregivers that would treat my father with compassion and dignity, I found it with Autumn Leaves Cinco Ranch. The Directer and front office staff (Amanda, Vanessa, Patty) make an effort to get to know, not only the residents, but the family members as well. I find this so important because so many of us are going through this experience for the first time. I find myself with questions and concerns about my dad (his behavior changes, not the facility) and because of their experience with Memory Care, they are able to gently and compassionately explain to me that it is ok and, unfortunately, part of the phases of Alzheimers. The Director, Amanda, knows first hand everything I am thinking and feeling as she has gone through this with her own mother. She is kind in her approach with family members and residence, however, she is no nonsense, and holds her staff to the highest standards when it comes to residence care. Becky, the nurse, is wonderful as well. She is hands on with each and every resident and her communication with the family is exceptional. Even with growth, they are able to employ caregivers that treat the residence with dignity and compassion. Any concerns I have had with my fathers care has been addressed quickly, much of these are because of my unknown knowledge of the phases he is going through with his progression of the Alzheimers Disease. Paris, the activities coordinator, is by far the best Ive ever seen. She not only keeps the residents engaged but she actually loves each and every one of them. Genuinely cares about all that enter Autumn Leaves. Autumn leaves has a monthly family night. This gives all the families to visit with their loved ones and to get to know all the families with loved ones living at Autumn Leaves. Autumn Leaves is clean, food is good and the atmosphere is welcoming and like home.
