I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Atria Cinco Ranch. Over time, it’s become clear that this facility prioritizes money over genuine care. Management puts on a friendly face during the day, but behind the scenes, there's a noticeable lack of integrity and follow-through when it comes to supporting both staff and residents. The employees are overwhelmed and clearly understaffed. Instead of focusing on quality, it seems like they’re rushing to fill rooms with anyone, just to keep up with nearby competitors — and it's affecting the entire atmosphere of the community. There are also concerns about kitchen staffing and overall operations that I believe deserve further review by the appropriate regulatory agencies. Families deserve transparency, and employees deserve support. If you're considering care for a loved one, I highly recommend doing thorough research and asking the hard questions.

My mom has been at the Atria for the past 6 weeks since breaking her hip and needing temporary assisted living. The residents, staff, and caregivers have all been so wonderful. I can see what a difference it has made for her to have the structure, routine, and socialization. She loves having the freedom to dine in the independent living wing as well as the bistro. There is always some kind of fun event happening! The property is beautiful and its location walking distance to La Centerra can't be beat. I am so happy this place was recommended to us as it came at a time of great stress and it is such a relief knowing she is in good hands and surrounded by so many friendly faces. Thank you especially to Jennifer who made the whole transition process smooth and for helping my mom get integrated into the community.

This place has a staff that you would not believe. They take care of you all day long. All aspects of care and needs of older people are met and excellent support given. Food is great and better than most restaurants. Must see and you would be amazed…rooms. support you very well.

Gave 5 stars. Deserves more! Moved my parents in here a couple weeks ago after a diligent search for the "right" place. Friendly, great food, plenty of activities, & did I say "friendly"? And then… A hurricane. Three days without electricity. This is where the sixth star comes in . This was brutal duty for the staff. They aced it. I had a front row seat for beyond the call service & care for three days. Well done & thank you all!!!

My sister in law is getting the most wonderful care at Atria Cinco Ranch memory care In Katy, Texas. The caregivers there treat her like family. They Go beyond the call of duty as Pam has sundowners in the afternoons and sometimes very difficult to calm her . The ladies are so loving and caring with her. It warms our heart to know she is being taken care of so well. The facility is always very clean. The meals are very good. They have activities all day long to keep them busy, Happy hours on Wednesday and Friday when the music starts up everyone starts to sing clap and dance. It's just wonderful to see. We are very happy to know that our loved one is safe and happy.

Mom is in memory care and they treat her with such kindness and respect. She is thriving. It has given me such peace to know she is being well cared for and enjoying her life. Atria is a great choice for my dear father in law to find a new home after my mother in law passed away. It is very clean, bright, and cheery, plus the staff make the residents feel cared for and loved. We loved Mindy- all through the process she was with us every step of the way. It took 6 months for my father in law to come to the conclusion he needed to be there, and she was a constant support through the process. We are grateful.

I have lived here for over nine years and have always been pleased with the activities, events, and special trips. However, the greatest memories of Atria Cinco Ranch revolve around our compassionate residents and efficiently talented staff. Just today, I discovered that my OT Legacy therapist had studied to find new ways and treatments to best benefit my progress on her off time. Our Engaged Life Director gave up five hours of her off time to create decorative tea cups with live flowers which enhanceh out colorful linens… The menu and decorations provided the best Easter dinner since I have been here. This is the place for me.

My mom has lived at Atria for almost three years now and loves it! The staff all know her by name (since the first couple of days she was there!) which makes her feel very special. When you walk around, everyone is happy… the residents, the staff and the visitors. I've recently looked around to try to find someplace closer and more convenient to my home in Magnolia, but no place comes close to comparing to Atria. They have spoiled us all, so I will just keep driving the extra few miles to let Mom stay there!

Our family is so grateful for Atria. My dad is in the Memory Care Unit. We could not be more at peace, knowing he is so well taken care of. All of the staff go the extra mile to make sure he has the help he needs and everything necessary to make him comfortable. From sending me pictures to texting, helping with medical visits, personal care and more, the staff at Atria excel. Every time we visit, he reiterates how happy he is. That speaks volumes. My mother had been a resident of Atria Independent Living at Cinco Ranch for 5 years. Mom always spoke highly of the caring, thoughtful and hard working staff. Her favorite server was Nathan. She was involved in the many activities such as choir and bell ringers, she enjoyed crafts, puzzles and exercising. When Mom turned 95 we were able to reserve a room at Atria celebrate her with family and many friends from Atria. At mom's party, Nix, a hardworking employee, was excellent in providing us with anything we needed for the party to make it special. My mother passed soon after her party and today we are so grateful to the staff at Atria in helping to make her last years of life so happy.

Very unhappy how they raise the prices on my father over several years. And then they kicked him out so I moved into a much better place. That was a lot cheaper but higher quality i'm better care. I would definitely not recommend this place or anybody. I didn't like the people and they were overboard with the COVID nonsense. And then put my dad on the third floor and he he had a heck of a time walking down the long hallways and elevators. It was just too big and too impersonal.

Atria Cinco Ranch is such a warm and welcoming community. The tenured of the staff is amazing. I was greeted by the friendly receptionist's (Belinda and Anai) and offer refreshments. The staff was kind and very knowledgeable. I had the opportunity to stay for dinner and entertainment. While visiting I had the pleasure to hear wonderful stories from the residents and how much they enjoy living at Atria. Atria is worth a look for your loved ones.

Atria Cinco Ranch was a beautiful, warm and loving home for my mother for 3 1/2 years after my father died. When Alzheimer’s struck my mom several years before, she lived a happy life at home with Dad as her caregiver. When we introduced her to the facility, the staff and her room, she decided she would stay as long as she could be the queen. And that she was, as were all the other sweet lady residents! We could not have been happier with the excellent care Mom was given. The entire campus is quite lovely; you might think you were at a nice hotel when you arrive. The memory care unit was always clean and bright. The atmosphere was very cheery. The staff was exceedingly attentive, patient and kind. The meals were tasty and healthy. Activities were well planned and executed. Field trips out for lunch, or treats or just drives were frequent. Residents’ health issues were immediately tended to. Their emotional needs were tenderly handled. Our family was in and out on various days, and different times and even in the evenings occasionally. No matter the time of our visits, we were happily welcomed by staff and residents alike. Atria provided a happy secure home for not only my mother, but a place where all four generations of our family could enjoy time with her safely and without the worry that comes to a person with Alzheimer’s when their surroundings change. At the time of Mom’s death, Atria mourned with us and celebrated her life with us. They were truly “family” and for that we are forever grateful!

As a geriatric healthcare professional, I have spent time in the Atria Cinco Ranch memory care visiting clients and their families. It is a wonderfully caring, engaging, warm, cozy, clean and healthy environment. I’ve been there for several activities that were well thought out, enjoyable and appropriate for the residents. I observed the respect that the residents are treated with, the kindness and care. In the afternoon, I have been there when the staff offered drinks and snacks and encouraged communication and connections. It is a place where people who have a diagnosis of some form of dementia can thrive.
