We moved mom to The Bradford December 2023. We moved from another memory care community that we were unhappy with. The difference was night and day. Enough staff to care for residents 100% of the time. The most loving and caring group we could have asked for. Mom passed at the end of July, but the time at The Bradford exceeded out expectations and kept mom engaged until the end. I believe you choose memory care over a nursing facility for the mental stimulation of your loved one, The Bradford provided a high level.

As a new employee of The Bradford Memory Care, I'm immediately overwhelmed with the kindness of my new colleagues and the love and concern they offer to the residents. Wish I could give 10 stars... Our family looked for memory care for my father for several months. We visited many, many places, most of which were fine, but when we walked into the Bradford, we knew right away it would be the place for him. In addition to a bright and comfortable environment, the staff is incredible. They have treated us all like family from the beginning. Every single employee knows each resident's names and are engaged in their care, from their daily needs to simply holding their hand or listening to them. The layout of the interior is perfect for the residents, and include thoughtful touches throughout. There are tables in the corridors for items to be put down or picked up, tactile art on the walls, and moveable benches for those who like to re-arrange things, like my Dad. Each time we visit it is amazing to see the majority of residents engaged in activities or being tended to while gathered together in the large family room area. The feeling of love and caring here is real.

I love the staff and the hard and go out of their way to make sure the residents are happy and comfortable. Every time I'm there they greet me with a smile and a hug! So happy we have a place we can call home.

Amazing place with awesome employees... Sandra Ramos works in the Care Department at The Bradford Memory Care & Assisted Living she has been with the company for 9 months. She is an outstanding member of the team who goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that the residents receive the best of care possible. The Bradford Memory Care has been an answer to our prayers. We sleep so much better now that my mother in law is at The Bradford Memory Care. We always feel she is safe, well taken care of and happy. All of the staff are always upbeat and taking such good care of the residents and treat us like we are all one family when we visit. This is the most well taken care of, beautiful and clean memory care homes in our area and we are so relieved that our Mother is in great care 24/7 with such loving staff in a safe and beautiful environment. - Highly Recommend to all families that are struggling with memory care issues. I was at the Bradford Memory Care recently visiting my loved one. I was really impressed with the quality of food and service. Each plate and table was presented as if your were dining at 5-star restaurant!!!

My mom has been at Bradford for 8 months after living with me for 8 years. I never thought she would be happy anywhere else, or be taken care of in the same way that her family cared for her. The mental anguish making the decision was unbearable. I can now say that choosing Bradford was a great decision. All levels of the staff, from supervision, medical, activities, food, personal care, housekeeping, administrative, etc. are wonderful. If there are any possible issues, they are quick to respond and rectify. It is always clean/sanitary. My mom loves the food and the daily activities including bingo and other fun games with prizes! She has also become quite fond of all the staff who show her genuine attention, care and love. I would recommend Bradford hands down!
