I had the privilege of visiting this charming community in December, performing for the memory care residents and AL residents (following COVID protocols). I was super impressed with the amount of love and passionate the ED, Carol Stokes, and Activity Director, Melody Massey have for their residents. Melody, a local award winning activity professional, is just a bundle of joy - and its infectious. The residents truly resonate with her! The folks that they serve there are a close knit, welcoming group. It was truly a pleasure getting to know everyone there!

This is by far the best facility I have ever had the pleasure of attending. The residents are treated better than family. One staff member stood out to me more than others, I believe her name was melody. She went way above and beyond with games and activities to include each and every resident to make them feel welcome and loved. The level of heart thought and caring thats placed into each residents attention can only be achieved by someone with an enormous amount of compassion. I think melody is a grade a example of such a person. I give 5 stars for such an excellent place.

This has been a good place for my sister. She needs to have interaction with others. COVID has made it hard by keeping loved ones away for a time. The activity staff does an exceptionally great job filling time for residents with games, crafts, and entertainment .

The Rosemont has provided me and my family more than I could ever write in a review. Understanding that my mother needed assistance was a gigantic step for me and my wife. It was an impossible step for her and the family who only talked to her on the phone. The transition was amazing. Sure, at first she was angry at me. But as Cathy, the director, used to tell me, shes been smiling all day long. The only time she doesnt is when she sees you. So I had to be the bad guy for a little while. It was just fine. I would stop by and watch her in one of the many activities she participated in. And before she saw me she was having a blast. Then it was Crabby McCrabmaster. Eventually she settled in to the new normal. She went on outings and was always winning money from the games they played. My son and I thought she was kidding us about how much she won when she dumped out a wad of paper money. I had to go ask about it. Since she was also subject to sundowners, she would sometimes take things. But not that time, she won it all. Eventually she moved into memory care. My heart broke that night. Melody and Cathy were there helping my family keep it together. I can never thank them enough for their support. And there are so many wonderful people there at the Rosemont, whose names I just cant remember exactly, because I was usually so out of sorts that MY memory wasnt working. You know...they get it. They know its hard on the family too. I felt like they knew exactly what I was going through and everything I was feeling. They always had the time to take a second to hear a concern or a worry. And Cathy has been there and done that when it comes to family squabbles that turn messy. They work so hard for every one of the people there. They truly made my mother feel better and welcomed. My mom would never give up her dignity. I made sure of it. But the most important part was that the entire staff of the Rosemont made sure of it too. For that I thank God, Mary Lou Rodriguez went home to her husband David surrounded by her friends and family at the Rosemont.

My Dad was a resident at this facility for about 2 years. The staff was outstanding! Always treated him with love and respect. The activities director, Melody, went out of her way to care for my Dad. He had vascular dementia and would be easily confused. They were still able to take him on field trips and watched him like a hawk. I will forever be grateful for their care of him. I highly recommend this facility. Its the next best thing to having your loved one at home.

Everytime I have gone into the facility it is spotless clean and all the staff greets and smiles at you. My friend that stays here says how caring all the staff is to her needs. I highly recomend Rosemont for a relative or friend

We moved my Mother in Law into the Rosemont when she could no longer live on her own, but she still wanted to be independent. They were awesome in helping her through the transition. The staff is super friendly and helpful. As her dementia worsened she was moved into the memory care portion where they took care of her individual needs. They hosted a prom where they dressed up, danced and sang with the music, this was so much fun for her. They really cater to the needs of their clients and find activities to engage them throughout the day. If youre facing the same problems with a loved one, I wouldnt hesitate to place them at the Rosemont. Its not an easy decision, but they offer the family lots of support.

My mom has been in the care of Rosemont for a number of years. She has been able to age in place after her diagnosis of Alzheimers. She has always loved the staff and they love caring for her. It is evident to me the compassion they show her. Mom has loved the activities shared there. Melody has led the residents through years of loving stimulating activities. She seems to know just what to offer no matter the stage of decline. I dont know what Id do if I had to question the care of my mom. She will be 99 this year. Thank you Rosemont staff!

I love this place! They love their residents. They have the best activities program. My favorite was the ice cream truck and they had so much fun. They have the most amazing staff. We cant say enough wonderful things about Rosemont. My mother lived at another facility in the area for 15 plus years. Circumstances dictated that we find a new facility for her. We toured many assisted living complexes in the area and we couldnt be happier with the care she is getting here at Rosemont. Her apartment is a wonderful size with planet of closet space, the hallways are color coded to help residents get around and they even have shelves outside each apartment called memory shelves where residents put pictures of family for all to see! The staff is wonderful! The nurses are amazing and address any issues we might have with medication. The aids are kind and caring and go above and beyond to ensure each person is treated with dignity and kindness. The kitchen makes delicious meals and if a resident doesnt want the main course they have an alternate menu for them. The administration is so helpful, always answering my questions and doing such kind things for residents and family members. I spend a lot of time here with my mom and are amazed at all the activities they have to keep our older generation active. From exercise classes to ice cream socials they have a full day of activities to keep everyone busy. We cant say enough kind things about my moms new home!
