There is really no comparison...Arbor Terrace Kingwood has the most attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful staff of any senior living facility I have visited. My mom is very happy here and feels her needs are always met with kindness and compassion.

Arbor Terrace is very warm and inviting place. When my family and I toured we knew right away when we walked in with a warm welcome this was the place for my Mom. I encourage and challenge you to set up a tour and leave with a feeling of being Welcomed with open arms that You will be back and ready to want a be a part of this Family also. My Mom has been here for 3 year and counting and we are still loving it here.

My mother-in-law has lived in Arbor Terrace for two years and we could not be more thrilled with the level of care she receives. She absolutely loves all the activities offered. During this pandemic we have been so relieved in the safety precautions Arbor Terrace has taken. I would recommend this facility to any family members, friends or anyone looking for a safe place for their loved ones.

My mother has lived at Arbor Terrace for a year and a half. They really worked hard to keep their residence protected during the Covid outbreak, but have allowed family members to still see loved ones. She loves her apartment, the community, and the food.

Took my son for his first picture with Santa during their Christmas event! It was absolutely wonderful! They had so many activities for the kids to do, and it was free. Thanks Arbor Terrace!

I have been a resident for 5 years and I have not regretted my decision to spend my Golden Years here. The care we received during the covid lockdown was spectacular in my estimation. The staff and the corporate people bent over backwards to make us comfortable, with meals delivered, checking on use to see if we needed anything, knocking on the door to invite us to take a walk for exercise and some conversation. In short I received care as if I were home with my family, and was taken care of as well or better. If I could give them 10 stars it is not enough to show my appreciation.

Arbor Terrace is such a wonderful, clean and amazing place to live!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. The best part of this independent living community is their team who is in charge. Penny, Stacey, Lori and all the staff have the most sincerest and kindest compassion for caring for each and every person that lives there. I had a chance to be around them many times when I was moving my mother during the Christmas holidays, and it honestly was heart warming to see them decorating, welcoming everyone and keeping all the day to day activities in order as well, they do such a great job!! If my mother needs anything they literally make sure it is done right away. They have the most wonderful chefs who pride themselves on making recipes of all the foods the tenants love!! The food is healthy and delicious!! It is a wonderful place where my mom is around others, well cared for, has a weekly cleaning service, feels safe, meets new people and has many different activities to look forward to everyday. We strongly recommend Arbor Terrace!! Thank you Arbor Terrace for being such a blessing in our lives!!

We looked at different places in Kingwood and we found that Arbor Terrace provided everything for my mother, the staff there is very courteous and caring and also the nurses are absolutely wonderful that they have on staff. I couldnt have found a better place for my mother to be at. I would highly recommend Arbor Terrace for anyone who is looking for a very safe and secure place for their elderly parent.

I have reviewed Arbor Terrace before and feel like must do it again.Only reason they get 5 stars is I cant give them 10.The staff is amazing and genuinely caring.Its home for my mother in law and it gives her peace being there and us peace knowing she is safe and cared for

If you are looking for a place for your loved one so that you can have the privacy we all desire while also taking care of your loved one, this is the place...my mom has been a resident here for over 5 years...my MIL however, used to live with us and we recently moved her into Arbor Terrace during these trying times. To say the staff went above and beyond helping her feel at home is a complete understatement. My MIL had many hesitations for moving here and from day one, she absolutely LOVES it! She tells my husband and I when shes available to see us...LOL...it is the BEST feeling ever. Please give Stacy or Penny a call and they will be sure and assist you and if you dont mind, be sure and let them know that I referred you.

My mother in law has lived here for 3 years (hard to believe its been that long already!). The staff here are WONDERFUL and my mother in law still seems quite happy. The food is very good- consistently good. You cannot go wrong with Arbor Terrace in Kingwood!

From the first time we volunteered at Arbor Terrace 4 years ago when my Destination Imagination team passed out sun catches & spent quality time with the residents to help improve an elderly community, we instantly felt welcomed. Then from Operation Military Embrace Projects, Veteran Resident Carnivals, National Charity League - Livable Forest Chapter & Young Men Service League - Kingwood Chapter volunteer opportunities. Arbor Terrace has only proven to deliver a consistent quality of service & embracing environment to not only their residents but also the community. Finally we could not express enough gratitude to Arbor Terrace for opening their doors to allow our Young Men Service League - Kingwood Chapter to host on-site young men meetings. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home and part of the Arbor Terrace family. They offer plenty of activities for residents and their extended family is always welcomed. Before my parents moved here I toured eight different independent living communities between Kingwood, Spring and The Woodlands. Arbor Terrace was head and shoulders above the others. From the first moment we walked in the door we could just feel the difference. Not only do they take great care and pride in providing a full range of services for their residents, the buildings and the grounds are consistently maintained to a very high standard. There is a real sense of community here and Im so happy my parents are able to enjoy everything Arbor Terrace has to offer.

My parents moved to Arbor Terrace about 18 months ago. Sadly, my father died after a year. The staff (I hate calling them staff because they are like family) helped arrange a beautiful memorial service for my father. While at Arbor Terrace, my father was placed on hospice. Arbor Terrace people were so loving and caring to my mother and the rest of my family. After my fathers passing, my mother decided she wanted to continue living at Arbor Terrace. Seriously, who wouldnt want to keep living there. It is like living in a 5 star hotel with your best friends surrounding you. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost. My parents decided the price was comparable to living in their own home except they had no hassles. The rent covers 3 meals a day in their wonderful dining hall. The tables are covered in white cloth tablecloths and a waiter comes to the table and takes the orders. The menu changes on a weekly basis and their chef is unbelievably good. The food is delicious and healthy. There is an indoor pool with water exercise classes, an exercise room, huge activities room, art, crafts room, movie theater with nightly movies (and popcorn machine), Happy Hour (with wine and entertainment), parties, seasonal celebrations, etc. You name it, they have it. I love visiting my mom and have decided that I will be moving into Arbor Terrace. The people that live here are happy and full of life. I want to live this life!

My mom and step dad have lived here twice. I visit often. The food is excellent. Lots of activities if residents choose to participate. But.......This place is very expensive. But a great place for anyone needed unassisted living.
