Mom was there in 2008 for only a couple of months prior to passing. Ms Cherry and the team were great. The food was real but the most important thing was the love shown Mom by the staff. Mom went in under hospice and the drugs were available to sedate her so she would not be a problem since she walked the halls at night. I was told she wasnt bothering anyone so they just watched to make sure she was ok and got back to bed after her stroll. So glad that they were not a facility that would rather drug than care.

Tranquility was my mom’s 3rd place to live in after we moved her out of the house. She was the happiest at Tranquility. She lived there for the last 19 months of her life. The caregivers and administrative staff (Coco, Trina, and Toni), loved and cared for mom as if she were their own mother. We were very pleased with this final place for the end of her life.

My Mom was ill with cancer during her stay at Tranquility. She ended up only staying a month – short, but sweet. The owners and entire staff took such good care of her! To witness the loving and thoughtful way they bathed her, changed, dressed her, combed her hair, fed her and sang to her truly touched my inner soul. They would joke with her, give her hugs, talk with her and make her laugh. I will always have a tender place in my heart for these very special people. I’m thankful that my Mom could spend her finals days wrapped in the warmth of their compassionate care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

My Mom loved living here. It was the only place she really considered her home. I lost her last March, but she wanted to leave the hospital to be at her home when she passed. She died peacefully in her sleep surrounded by those that loved her. They really were her family. I feel fortunate to have found Tranquility for my Mom. Workers have longevity and love what they do.
