I would like to share my experience living at Brookdale senior independent living at Solana Vintage Preserve Park in Tomball, TX. Three years ago my husband and I were looking for safe and comfortable place to live due to my husband's health condition. We chose Solana and today I can say it was an excellent choice. First approach by management and staff was friendly and happy which created an easy decision for us. Executive Director Ms Rena Knowles is totally involved and dedicated in residents' daily lives, always happy, professional, positive, caring, loving, and helpful in every situation. The premises are always spotless. I'm very grateful to everyone for their compassion and help we received in a difficult time of my husband's passing. I will always remember and cherish our life at Solana. I miss them all. Thank you.

This is a wonderful community that my mom has been very happy living in for over a year now. The staff are exceptional, the accommodations beautifully upscale and contemporary, and the food delicious! My mom has made so many good friends, has enjoyed learning various crafts, attended weekly worship and bible study, and has happily become an Ambassador to help new folks get settled in and learn their way around. Theres weekly grocery runs, field trips, and so many wonderful and fun events and parties that her social,calendar is full...Ive attended many functions and parties, and enjoyed so many delicious buffets and meals there that I feel very much a part of my moms new home. Shes received her doctor prescribed PT there, she keeps herself looking beautiful at the salon there, we are even having her 80th birthday party there! They have monthly town meetings so residents and staff can discuss whats good and what theyd like to change...everyone is important there and treated with respect and courtesy. My mom has said so many times she wish shed moved there sooner instead of living alone in her house. Before she was too busy taking care of her home and chores, that she didnt have time for fun. Now she does, and loves it! During Harvey many of the staff, including the Director, stayed there to make sure that everyone was taken care of. I cant say enough good and positive about The Solana and the terrific people who work there!

Excellent staff - they really go above and beyond to meet the needs of their residents. The building is beautiful and very well located within walking distance to doctors, shops, movie theater and restaurants. But its Rena and her hard working team that make this place truly great.

The Solana Preserve for seniors is now our home. The staff is friendly and very willing to do anything you ask for. The excutive director,Rena Dietrich is extremly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We have good chefs,maintainance,and reception desk personnel. I am willing to show my home to visitors and friends.The decor is our style,the place is clean,and friendly. I can stay busy all day,if I want to,many activities offered.

I am the Resident Program Director here at The Solana Preserve Vintage Park. I absolutely love working here. My residents are a lively bunch and always keep me on my toes! We do weekly outings to restaurants, museums, casinos, theater shows, musical concerts. You name it! I love teaching my residents new things and learning new things from them!

What a beautiful independent Senior living property with an abundance of ammenities! It was a blessing to tour and be greeted and treated with the utmost respect and dignity! Everything has been thoughtfully executed to meet Senior needs! I highly 5 Star recommend this luxurious property. To compliment the facility you will meet a staff with a combined wealth of knowledge, --beginning with the most accommodating Executive Director - Rena, Concierge Madison with a smile to warm your heart, Betty - Sales who gives the best tour ever (tell her I sent you), Robert who can make anything happen before you finish requesting, lol and all the other wonderful staff! Please ask to see the calendar of DAILY activites coordinated by Courtney. You will want to lease immediately so you dont miss out!

Wonderful people, both staff and residents. LOVE my apartment. Very good food, flowers on the tables every day. My little dog can be with me too. This is an incredible place to be, when caring for a home gets to be too much. Many activities available, transportation and help whenever you need it.

Mary and I looked at many facilities in several towns, cities and locations and with the help of our eldest daughter selected the Solana here. The fellow resident are all good neighbors, and good friends. The staff is over the top friendly as well as efficient in their duties.

Blessed to get to work at this beautiful community. It is an Independent Living Senior Community for people 62 and older. Offering luxurious, private apartments, weekly housekeeping, fantastic meals in a lovely dining room, and lots more.

We were just invited to tour the community with my father. It is a beautiful community with everything you would want and more. We anxiously await the Grand Opening! My father is moving here from a Brookdale Community in Arizona. The staff has been most friendly and accommodating since dad arrived in Texas.
