It is wonderful to become a part of The Heritage family. I joined this community 5 weeks ago and the team here from both staff and management is always supportive, communicative, and warm with each other as well as the residents. The care staff have shared with me life stories on the residents as to help me get to know them better and I have been able to witness Management putting to practice being hands on with every resident no matter the need. Within the short time I have been here it has become apparent how passionate and dedicated to the residents everyone is and I couldn't feel any more proud to be a part of such an amazing team and community!

This place was amazing when Simon and Mr Todd was there the executive Director name ms Julie soyer really doesn't know the first thing of being a executive Director not only that when touring she will show you guys a nice room that's furnished compared to the room your love ones stay in not only that she doesn't know her staff will cause some will get the residents back or take them behind close doors the state has been in this building every since I been working there they don't do they job I have seen so many residents past from here with families being lost and not knowing our Covid experience with ms soyer was horrible our whole building ended up having Covid due to her not test on the proper days the nurse ms Laura brooks I love her she is everything and a very understanding person and will help you with whatever she is the best not only that some days the building was left with just 2 caregivers or a caregiver and med tech many days this building has been ran and you will watch management walk around and don't help we lost alot of staff due to management it sucks we have been through several executive directors and nurses and marketing and still to this day the building is falling and still have a (IJ) on it you want know the place until you work in it and PSA the executive Director ask plp to give a good feed back to move in if anyone say they recommend they family to stay here they was beg to do it because the heritage on Eldridge parkway is not the place for no one love one

I met with the Director of Sales and Marketing and also the Executive Director for a tour. I've been searching for a community to place my Dad and now the search is over. Everyone was so gracious and provided such a calming atmosphere. The residents were participating in a really fun activity and I just know my Father is going to love it here!!

I went on a tour and was impressed with the overall energy and feel of the place. Warm, cozy, homey. Residents seems happy and engaged in various activities. All the staff where really nice .

I've been researching Alzheimers Care across Houston for years as mom progressed from assisted living into need for more attention in memory care. All places have issues based on staffing which is central to loved ones care but Heritage has maintained core staffing of aides and added caretakers (this is very important) keeping their ratio better than other facilities. Plus I like this is a full memory care facility of about 40 beds.with extremely nice and high end setup in design. In addition, many of the staff have remained in spite of Covid, and after management change. I am on property regularly and can attest to the patient engagement, I've noted that patient clean ups (as expected in memory care) are done quickly and overall environment stabilized in reasonable time to keep it looking and smelling clean. I've seen the hard work the employees do every day and somehow stay upbeat and friendly with residents. Some employees have been promoted from within. I've seen first hand how hard the staff works with the patients and daily activities are ongoing to keep residents engaged. I have confidence in the facility, it's staff and the Jasmon family upper management as of 2023.

I’ve been nothing but amazed with the new team at the community. Experience and commitment to caring for people living with Alzheimer’s and other memory issues. They have taken great care of my family and always willing to work through problems. No senior living housing establishment will ever be 100% perfect but Heritage of Eldridge team works hard every day to do their best.

When the time came that I knew I must move my husband (of over 50 years) to a care facility, I did not know how I could bear to make that decision. How could I find the perfect place? Now, however, I am perfectly satisfied that he is content, well-cared for, and enjoying his days thoroughly. The thoughtful design of Autumn Leaves provides a lovely home like atmosphere. The residents are treated with dignity and respect, and they are treated as valued individuals. The many activities provide fun, as well as physical and mental exercise. The staff accepts each person at the level of their capabilities. and go forward with them as they journey through their inevitable changes. PERFECT (for me) would be, turning back to the time when he might be well and home again Of course, that is not possible.. I genuinely believe he is in the PERFECT place for him; and it is good for the both of us.
