My father and I have been very pleased with the amount of care my mom has received during her month here. The staff and therapists were very careful with her needs. They offered various forms of therapy to get her strong again. The facility is very clean and everyone is helpful. Thank you helping us in our time of need.

Been with the company for about 4yrs now and I can say the administration and frontline staff is full of people I would LOVE my own parents to be looked after by. The facility is clean, food is amazing, staff is pleasant. All in all, a great place to work, volunteer or even place your loved one.

Recently I had to place for my 82yr sister in rehab after bad fall, I researched and visited 5 different centers to would actually talk with you and provide you information and listen to what my expectations in her PT/OT I wanted my sister to receive. I did not want her just lying in bed or or sitting in a wheel chair, I expected them to work her regardless Iif she wanted or not. I wanted her up and working and I must say, she did remarkably well with her time there, she is up walking & dressing herself with little assistance. The activities thru-out the day was great social time, Janet would go and get her to join in, which was great, she enjoyed the activities, once she joined in the group. The new director Mr. Cedric is great, he cares for his patients, I have never seen a director go and visit his patients and make sure they are happy and how the staff is treating them. The staff is great caring professionals. Ms. Cooper is amazing, she did great in making sure that continual therapy was arranged / contacted Home health sent drs referral to out patient center, made our discharge easy and save me time dealing locating a home provider to complete my sisters rehab. Big Thank you to West Houston Legend Oaks. Just know some negative comments made, are from former employees who are no longer there, because they were doing their job & were Lazy, rude to patients, family & friends, I know1st hand when a good friend was in this place 2017. But the New Director has done a remarkable job turning this rehab into a place with caring staff.. Doing a great job..

We had my father there to rehab after a hospitalization, trying to get him stronger to enter into an assisted living location. I feel, in general, that he received good care there. The staff always seemed friendly and he did make good strides in getting stronger with their OT and PT staff. He did dialysis three days and they packed him a lunch to take with him with snacks. They seemed very kind in general and Cedric, the director of nursing, seemed to genuinely care that the staff knew patients names and strive for good patient outcomes. The food was mediocre, with some days better than others. Dad did gain a little weight there so that is good sign. I met one patient who was actually a full-time resident and she said that she felt they were doing a pretty good job in general. She in other words did not give me a huge list of complaints, so I thought that was a good sign before I decided to have my dad admitted there.
