My mom loves this place . Management ,staff ,facilities, care,food and residents are great. I agree we had my Dad at Spanish Meadows in Katy and would not recommend them or any facilities they're related or associated with. Bristol Park I would recommend.

I moved my wife into memory care in December after a bad experience at another facility. Kim and the caregivers were excellent until her death. She really loved the food and the activity director Morena in memory care.

My brother and I looked for a facility for mom for over a month. When we walked out of Bristol Park, we both agreed that we could stop looking. Very upbeat staff, especially Joy Jones, who has been attentive to our mothers needs and care. The facility was very diligent in keeping Covid-19 out, and when detected, they stopped it from spreading through the entire building. This is a Great Place for Mom!

My father-in-law had a horrific fall in late 2019. After rehab we had to make a decision to move him to a memory care facility in early March 2020. He was a man that was totally independent and already struggling with being placed somewhere other than his home. Then COVID hit and things got worse during the shutdown. This facility has done EVERYTHING possible to keep him calm during this challenging time. The director even spends extra time with him playing Dominos late at night. The reason we are attached to this place is the people and the facilities. They have a mechanical room, small movie theater with a ticket booth, and an ice cream parlor.....all the things a family could enjoy with their loved one. They also celebrated his birthday right after he moved in and have made sure he has access to things that are of interest to him. Simply put, they treat their residents like family. Thank you to all the staff at Bristol Park for everything you do to help with a difficult situation during a very difficult time!!!

My mother has been a resident of Heartis Memory Care for several years, I love it!!. Always clean and fresh smelling, food is good, staff is always attentive towards residents, and lots of activities. I cant say enough good things about Heartis. I never worry about my mothers care, its EXCELLENT!!

Heartis Cypress is a beautiful facility full of life and happiness all around!! The staff is caring and friendly and the residents are a joy!! A special shout out to Joy Goree the activities coordinator for her contribution!! She plans the most awesome events from live music, friends and family nights, to monthly themed events.Theres always something to look forward to!!!

Mom is happy in her apartment at Heartis. The friendly staff takes great care of all the residents and the facility. Mom has made lots of new friends and enjoys the companionship and activities.

State of the art, first class establishment. A well developed Mission, that has fueled the architecture and design, programming and activities, nutrition, health and wellness objectives and of course - the HR and staffing. This is what assisted senior living and memory care should be. This is the model that the rest of the pack should be replicating. Delightful experience!
