We moved our dad to Bristol Park at Cypress recently from another place. From my initial communication with Melissa Wood to getting him moved over, was so easy. The entire team caring for our dad is amazing. He loves it there. He told me this weekend how great they care for him, which makes us really happy! Highly recommend!

I have had the joy of working beside this community in caring for residents and can attest that this community and their staff is truly top notch! The activities are poppin', the residents are happy but most importantly, well cared for. The leadership is incredible. The staff and care are consistent which is such a rarity in the industry. If you're looking for an assisted living or memory care, look no further!

I moved my mom here from another place about a year ago, and am very happy with the care she is receiving. No place is perfect, but I will say that the staff, and director are always very responsive whenever I bring any concerns to their attention, and they work really hard to correct the issue in a timely manner, which is something we never got at the other place.

My mother has been a resident at Bristol Park for over two years now. She is very happy there. The staff are attentive to all her needs especially since she can be very difficult to please. Even on her worse days the Executive Director, Kim , goes above and beyond to see my moms needs are met. Morena keeps everyone engaged in activities. Super Nursing Staff!! Thank you for all you do!

My mother has lived here for three years, moving in during Covid. They went over and above to get her settled and are still caring for her. The staff has always treated her with respect and dignity. Kim, the director, and the rest of the staff are always so kind and willing to help mom and us in any way.

I moved my mom into Bristol's assisted living section in January 2023. I had visited several other facilities in the area but chose Bristol as it's atmosphere, cleanliness, meals and activities offered to residents was superior to the others. I live out of state and daily care for my mom as well as her safety has been a huge concern for several years. Not any more. Since the first day, Bristol has provided my mom attentive care. Everyone including upper management, the office staff, marketing, the aides, nurses, maintenance staff, kitchen and dining room staff, activities director, and physical therapists have been simply wonderful to my mom and a delight to work with. Her initial transition grom her home to a facility was not an one. But the combined attentiveness, patience, kindness, and professionalism of the aforementioned people turned that around to a now positive experience for her. She could not be happier and I am convinced she is getting quality care. The entire staff is very communicative and any questions or issues I have are addressed immediately with a positive result. I highly recommend Bristol Park at Cypress.

My mom loves this place . Management ,staff ,facilities, care,food and residents are great. I agree we had my Dad at Spanish Meadows in Katy and would not recommend them or any facilities they're related or associated with. Bristol Park I would recommend.

I moved my wife into memory care in December after a bad experience at another facility. Kim and the caregivers were excellent until her death. She really loved the food and the activity director Morena in memory care.

My brother and I looked for a facility for mom for over a month. When we walked out of Bristol Park, we both agreed that we could stop looking. Very upbeat staff, especially Joy Jones, who has been attentive to our mothers needs and care. The facility was very diligent in keeping Covid-19 out, and when detected, they stopped it from spreading through the entire building. This is a Great Place for Mom!

My father-in-law had a horrific fall in late 2019. After rehab we had to make a decision to move him to a memory care facility in early March 2020. He was a man that was totally independent and already struggling with being placed somewhere other than his home. Then COVID hit and things got worse during the shutdown. This facility has done EVERYTHING possible to keep him calm during this challenging time. The director even spends extra time with him playing Dominos late at night. The reason we are attached to this place is the people and the facilities. They have a mechanical room, small movie theater with a ticket booth, and an ice cream parlor.....all the things a family could enjoy with their loved one. They also celebrated his birthday right after he moved in and have made sure he has access to things that are of interest to him. Simply put, they treat their residents like family. Thank you to all the staff at Bristol Park for everything you do to help with a difficult situation during a very difficult time!!!

My mother has been a resident of Heartis Memory Care for several years, I love it!!. Always clean and fresh smelling, food is good, staff is always attentive towards residents, and lots of activities. I cant say enough good things about Heartis. I never worry about my mothers care, its EXCELLENT!!

Heartis Cypress is a beautiful facility full of life and happiness all around!! The staff is caring and friendly and the residents are a joy!! A special shout out to Joy Goree the activities coordinator for her contribution!! A well developed Mission, that has fueled the architecture and design, programming and activities, nutrition, health and wellness objectives and of course - the HR and staffing.
