From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this facility operates at a very high level of professionalism and care. The leadership team and administrators were truly amazing”welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They took the time to personally walk us through the entire facility, answering every question with patience and transparency. That level of attentiveness speaks volumes. The facility itself is extremely clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully maintained. Everything was in place, and you could immediately feel a sense of structure and pride in the environment. Toured the facility, it was up to my paw paws cleanliness standards which is HIGH. Destiny was helpful and thorough during our tour. We ended up moving him back to our hometown but I can’t recommend them enough for your loved ones.

12/5/2025 I'm updating my review to reflect current circumstances regarding my mom's care. My mom transitioned into the memory care section in 2024. The attention and care she receives on an ongoing basis is tremendous. She is active in the daily activities, her attitude remains positive towards the facility and staff and I'm delighted to say she's happy. The memory care unit is managed by Ms. Jamie Welsh. Ms Welsh retains a very organized, caring and attentive staff that is constantly assuring my mom's needs are met. I cannot express how reassuring her management of daily life in the memory care unit is to me and my family. Thanks to Jamie and all the staff in the MC unit of Bristol. I moved my mom into Bristol’s assisted living section in January 2023. I had visited several other facilities in the area but chose Bristol as it’s atmosphere, cleanliness, meals and activities offered to residents was superior to the others. I live out of state and daily care for my mom as well asher safety has been a huge concern for several years. Not any more. Since the first day, Bristol has provided my mom attentive care. Everyone including upper management, the office staff, marketing, the aides, nurses, maintenance staff, kitchen and dining room staff, activities director, and physical therapists have been simply wonderful to my mom and a delight to work with. Her initial transition grom her home to a facility was not an one. But the combined attentiveness, patience, kindness, and professionalism of the aforementioned people turned that around to a now positive experience for her. She could not be happier and I am convinced she is getting quality care. The entire staff is very communicative and any questions or issues I have are addressed immediately with a positive result. I highly recommend Bristol Park at Cypress.

My son and I have volunteered here a handful of times over the past year hosting Sunday morning Bingo. Upon check-in, volunteers are required to give their names/contact info/reason for being onsite and to wear an identification sticker. The receptionists have always been very warm and helpful. The residents seem quite content and comfortable living there. Most of them seem to have made friends. The only negative feedback I have ever heard is that the food is not very good, but I've only heard that from a couple residents. It's a fairly small facility and the staff are very familiar with all of the residents”they know their names, room numbers, and where they sit during mealtimes. I've personally witnessed their care and attentiveness many times. The building is always clean and seems well-maintained. One time, I noticed an air return dripping condensation so I reported it to the front desk. On our next visit, I observed that repairs had been made and everything was in proper working order. The bathrooms in the common areas are always clean and well stocked with tissue and soap. The entertainment space has a variety of games and arts/crafts accessible, as well as plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate the residents. I know it must be the most difficult process deciding where to place an aging parent who requires assisted living. When my own mother gets to that point, I hope I am able to afford a community like this one.

I searched quite a few assisted living facilities for my husband and was put on a waitlist for all of them, Bristol Park included. Bristol Park was my first choice and fortunately they were the ones who called first with an available room. Everyone I met was so helpful, courteous and caring and concerned with every question that I had. They went over everything in detail of what they provided. The staff made sure that his room was ready for us to move in, which went very smoothly. What was so reassuring also is that everyone made sure that my husband was welcomed.

I help with the catholic mass once a month here. Everyone is so kind and the staff make sure all those who want to partake in the mass get to come. I have helped them for years as both my parents lived here for many years before they both passed. The management is amazing and because it is so good their staff is amazing also. They truly care for the residents.

My mother has been a resident at Bristol Park for over two years now. She is very happy there. The staff are attentive to all her needs especially since she can be very difficult to please. Even on her worse days the Executive Director, Kim , goes above and beyond to see my moms needs are met. Morena keeps everyone engaged in activities. Super Nursing Staff!! Thank you for all you do!

My mother has lived here for three years, moving in during Covid. They went over and above to get her settled and are still caring for her. The staff has always treated her with respect and dignity. Kim, the director, and the rest of the staff are always so kind and willing to help mom and us in any way.

I moved my mom here from another place about a year ago, and am very happy with the care she is receiving. No place is perfect, but I will say that the staff, and director are always very responsive whenever I bring any concerns to their attention, and they work really hard to correct the issue in a timely manner, which is something we never got at the other place.

I moved my wife into memory care in December after a bad experience at another facility. Kim and the caregivers were excellent until her death. She really loved the food and the activity director Morena in memory care.

I've noticed that this facility keeps hiring maintenance directors and assistant maintenance . Can someone elaborate on that please? I want to apologize this was the wrong facility I got a response from my review I'm glad to hear that you have seasoned maintenance staff there as a maintenance technician my self I'm sure they are doing a great job.

My mom loves living at Bristol Park of Cypress. She has made lots of new friends. Mom enjoys the activities, games and day trips. The staff is very friendly and caring. The meals are delicious especially the chocolate cake!

My father-in-law had a horrific fall in late 2019. After rehab we had to make a decision to move him to a memory care facility in early March 2020. He was a man that was totally independent and already struggling with being placed somewhere other than his home. Then COVID hit and things got worse during the shutdown. This facility has done EVERYTHING possible to keep him calm during this challenging time. The director even spends extra time with him playing Dominos late at night. The reason we are attached to this place is the people and the facilities. They have a mechanical room, small movie theater with a ticket booth, and an ice cream parlor.....all the things a family could enjoy with their loved one. They also celebrated his birthday right after he moved in and have made sure he has access to things that are of interest to him. Simply put, they treat their residents like family. Thank you to all the staff at Bristol Park for everything you do to help with a difficult situation during a very difficult time!!!
