I have worked for this company off and on since age of 18 by far mrs Jackie that does the baytown area is very helpful always picks up her phone no matter how busy she is and if she dont get the chance always calls me back shes a very hard worker and a great listener i just love her also misty is very good as well my two favorite people thank you for being so awesome i love my job

In 1 word, UNPROFESSIONAL ! The person that answers the phone is very rude and can't hardly understand her with that thick Hispanic accent. Never return your messages on Voicemail , Took them 3 weeks and 28 phone calls from me for them to actually HIRE SOMEONE to care for me. The lady they hired to come to my house is VERY SLOW, took her all day to load the dishes in the dishwasher(incorrectly I must add), sweep the kitchen & wipe the counters. Now, the second woman that came to my home 2nd(Ms, Ann) was an absolute dream come true,,, she actually knows what & how to do things without being asked, told, and/or reminded of what & how to do things, heaven sent UNTIL SHE COULD NOT RUN HER SCAMS ON ME then she resorted to stealing from my home & essentially my wallet !! Marisol, actually returns calls and handles her business....kudos to her as well.
