My friend moved into Emerson Pines approximately a month ago. His apartment is very nice and spacious. He showed me around the complex the pool is very nice I saw the fitness center and a large room with nice TVs and large enough for gatherings. I saw several laundry rooms as well. These apartments are fantastic for living in peace and comfort. My mother has been living here for a couple of months now, and the customer service is excellent. The apartment is quite spacious and has everything in its place. My mother is very happy here, and there are many shops nearby, within easy walking distance. We do have issues with rusty water when it first comes out of the pipes (because the place is older), yet we have filters for that, which helps some. As a new resident, having moved in a little more than a month ago, I am very happy with the total environment here at Emerson Pines. The courtyards are lovely, my neighbors are friendly, and the staff is courteous and responsive to my needs. The maintenance men should be especially commended for their prompt attention and efficiency when I needed work done. My apartment is more than adequate for a single person. It is a quiet and tranquil place to relax, rest, and recover from a busy out-and-about day. I highly recommend Emerson Pines. Glad my friend told me about it.

Emerson pines is a beautifully run 55+ community. It has many activities and outings for residents. The apartments are spacious and very comfortable with all utilities paid! Gated community with covered parking! You can't go wrong renting here! Andre' Barnes Moved in 10/8/2024 I'm still here! It's September 15th 2025, just signed a new lease! This place is getting better than ever! We've been doing Aqua fitness in the pool all summer! I've been participating in the exercise classes, trips to different places like Moddy Gardens, and wine tasting events! This week we are going to a bingo hall in Missouri city. I can't wait. The happy hours once a week are great for meeting people and getting to know your neighbors. I now have many more friends and we do a lot of fun things like bingo and arts and crafts. So if you want a great community with excellent staff and workers, this is the place. Also we get tons of Medicare and Medicaid help in mini seminars by different insurance groups so you will always have up-to-date information. So come by and take a tour. I'll see you then.

I wanted to update a post. I originally gave 1 star, but I will update the post. Thank you, Emerson Pine Management Team, for taking care of the trash situation, I greatly appreciate that. To future tenants overall, Emerson Pine is a good and safe place to stay. The only problem is the pipes are very old, which in turn gives out rusty water at times. However, if you buy water filters for your faucets, it will be fine. This place is affordable and safe. There are no car thefts or break- Ins, and everyone looks out for each other, so apply today and find your new home. Call Jorge today. I am moving out but wanted you to know it's a safe place. I rented an upgraded unit, and it was nice and affordable.

I decided to search for a 55+ apartment in April 2025 because it was time to pamper myself. Emerson Apartments caught my eye immediately and when I called Jorge treated me with such respect that I wanted to move in immediately. Since moving in it has been the nicest experience I have ever had. The staff are the nicest, so much to do like playing put put golf and swimming, even bingo, great laundry areas, and elevators to help you bring things up! I totally recommend living here.

We love being here. Mostly for the Courtyard where one opens the door and you are outside. Then everyone is friendly. Back when the Dining Room was open there was an easier time to meet and get to know people. One great asset is Cindy, the Activity Director, she comes with great activities, making Hats for the horse races and other various creations. There are a variety of exercise opportunities and monthly trips. The Managers, Office Saff and Maintenance Crew are very responsive to requests. What is very unusual is the monthly Newsletter/Calendar is not a reprint of canned articles but full of local news and lots of activity photos. As in any facility like this there are always some glitches that happen and that we may not agree with. That said, we are very happy here.

The unit: excellent preparations with new paint, totally clean and all appliances are in top condition. My unit has no noise! After the gate closes, I feel safe about my auto. Shopping is great. I've lived at Emerson Pines for 14 months. I was looking for a community-type living situation as I've never lived totally on my own before. I didn't know if I could live happily by myself. I purely stumbled onto the Emerson Pines website after searching Houston apartments for a while. It fit all of my needs. I needed my apartment to be close to work. Check. I needed it to be close to my church. Check. I needed it to be safe. Check. I needed it to be clean and quiet. Check. I needed my neighbors to be friendly. Check. I needed covered parking. Check. I needed my maintenance issues to be resolved quickly. Check. I could go on and on. I must add, too, that I love my apartment and love living in it by myself! My senior years are turning out to be some of the best of my life. A new adventure. Thank you, Celine, George, and all at "Emmy Pines." We are doing this thing, together. Bravo! If I could give Emerson Pines 10 stars out of 10 stars, I would. Yet, the rating with Goggle only goes to a maximum of 5 stars, so I give Emerson Pines. 5 stars out of 5. This place is my new home. I’ve never felt like this with my previous Senior living experiences . My favorite stores are located nearby; Kroger, H‘E‘B, Walgreen’s CATO, pizza places and Mexican restaurants Chase bank is also conveniently located. Since, being here my health has improved. It’s attributed to the free Pilates and Zumba Gold classes. More importantly, there are other fun activities: cookouts with some of my new friends, movies, a book club, crafts, Bingo, interesting trips, and fun parties every week. There are other new activities as well. There’s always something to do here. Did I mention that is affordable? I feel privileged to call Emerson Pines home.

I'm currently living at Emerson Pines. I love my spacious apartment and the rent is reasonable for the times, we are living in. The utilities included, makes it even nicer. The grounds are well kept and the office staff is very friendly and nice. The only downfall is the smoke detectors are electric and they are very sensitive. The fact that if they go off after office hours you have to wait until the office opens to have it turned off, is mind boggling to me. I work from home so this is not an exceptible practice for me. If and when that issue is resolved, I'd definitely rate this place a perfect 10, to live here.

I have lived at Emerson Pines for over two years. It is an over 55 community. My rent is competitive with other places I looked at and is "all bills paid". The staff and maintenance folks have been very responsive to my needs and always have a kind word. I've gotten to know most of them personally and trust them to do their jobs professionally. At first I was nervous about getting involved in the many activities that are offered but have joined a dance instruction class, participated in weekly "happy hours" as well as other activities. I plan to attend upcoming excursions to the Renaissance Festival and Galveston on the Strand sponsored by the complex. I've gotten to know a lot of my neighbors. Whether you want to be active or just live quietly by yourself, this could be the place for you.

I recently had my grandmother moved in about a year ago. I can safely say that the management team has done an outstanding job in helping my grandmother get settled in. She can be a difficult person to handle, but she insists that the staff at Emerson Pines is kind, caring and genuine to their residents. Celine has especially taken good care of her since she has moved in, and is an exceptional worker at her job. Not many good reviews when it comes to management, but I understand that things can be different when a complex is under new ownership. Despite what anyone else says, I can safely say that I am comfortable with leaving my G'ma there as I know she will be taken care of properly. P.S., After the hurricane, the staff ensured my grandmother was safe and well. Great contact from staff to myself when calling.

She was very patient and answered my repeated questions. The only reason I did not move to Emerson Pines was that the kitchen was not big enough for me. Not a good place for older people to live. Management doesn’t enforce non smoking law. Everyone smokes inside of their apartments. Nasty smell penetrates the walls and you are basically become a second hand smoker against your will. Roaches everywhere, elevators don’t work and nobody cares how older people get to the second floor. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Since moving in here I have been happy and really impressed with all the services provided. First of all the meals are fantastic. The restaurant is set up like a month four Star restaurant with each course coming one after another and the food is really really good. Second there is plenty of activities to do. We just had a St Patty party the other day. Bingo is at least twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday. There is dance club exercise, Domino's, cards and many more activities to do. Direct call has a movie room, a weight room, relaxation room and just all around quiet with Wi-Fi available. I have found that if there is a maintenance problem the maintenance people will be here within a very very short time. And they are very good at what they do. The office staff along with the rest of the staff are always friendly and take care of everything and explain everything to you. I am really glad that I found Emerson pines to move into. I highly recommend coming here
