My mom has been so happy at the Spring Shadows Brookdale assisted living. She has a wonderful sense of independence and has really discovered her love of crafts with all the creative options available to her. She feels safe and knows she is not alone and someone is always there to check in with her through out the day or if she needs help. She has made lovely friends and enjoys her new social life with people her own age.

We cannot say enough good things about Brookdale Spring Shadows. The staff went above and beyond in taking care of our mom. Not only did they take great care of her - but they also took great care of us - her family- as well. They are such sweet angels - every single one of them!! We were looking for a place for my mother-in-law and decided to visit Spring Shadows. From the moment we walked in, we felt an immediate warmth as we were greeted by the Director, Ms. Pearl, and the Activities Director, Ms. Dee”it truly felt like family. Ms. Pearl then introduced us to the nurse, Nelson, and Lou Lou, both of whom were equally welcoming. We had the opportunity to sit with Ms. Pearl and Ms. Dee, and Ms. Pearl’s deep knowledge of senior living was evident. She not only answered our questions but also offered helpful suggestions to support us while we made our decision. The residents we saw were genuinely happy”you could tell they felt at home and loved being there. The only reason we didn’t move in was that we needed a downstairs unit for my mother-in-law, and unfortunately, one wasn’t available at the time. Thank you, Spring Shadows, for the fantastic work you’re doing! I would absolutely recommend your community to friends and family.**

We moved my mother into Brookdale Spring Shadows over two and a half years ago. While there, she had a stroke and became less mobile and all the staff there has really stepped up to help. Maury and Nelson are always available and ready to assist. Ms D goes the extra mile as does Tera and Ms V and all the support staff. We know that we have chosen the right place for our loved one and we are very happy to have found this wonderful haven for our family.

I am absolutely blown away by the staff at Brookdale-Spring Shadows! We moved our loved one in and within 2 days, he is a changed man, literally!! He has very recently been a resident at other facilities and the staff would not even change his diaper!! He always refused to participate in any activities or even go to the dining room for meals. Since he's been at Brookdale-Spring Shadows, he has gone to the dining room for each of his meals! They have the right approach and know how to encourage him to want to mingle with the other residents!! He is talking, joking, and laughing with them as well as with the staff! It is AMAZING!!! The executive director, Nina, was even there to greet us upon our arrival! Beginning with the tour, the assessment, our move-in (where we had what felt like a welcoming committee) and even the bus ride that they provided, I am torn on what was the best part! This is just the start of how wonderful our experience has been! He is finally HOME!!! We look forward to a very long stay here and wanted to share with anyone looking for an absolute gem of a place for their loved one!!

My mom was at Brookdale Assisted Living and then Memory care for the past 10 months. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Brookdale Spring Shadows. They took such good care of my mom, and truly loved her. The director Nina went above and beyond to give my mom the best care. Amber provided a fun and happy environment, and all of the nurse Tech's, especially Merlina and Sonia, were fabulous. I see Brookdale as more than a facility, it is family.

a great location for my family. we are moving mom into the community this month and the staff has been so helpful with accommodating and guiding us throughout the entire process. the facility has been clean, and the patients seem happy and engaged every time I am around. I recommend.

Placed both parents in Brookdale in 2019 and when covid hit and they went on complete lockdown it was very difficult for parents and family. The staff stepped up and allowed for creative ways to visit our parents. Mother became extremely depressed and soon had to be placed under hospice care and again the staff allowed for creative ways for us to be with her without endangering the entire community. Nineteen months later (still dealing with covid) our dad was placed under hospice care and again the staff were wonderful. Can't thank them enough for taking care of my parents when we couldn't get to them because of covid. Hospice was great with my mom but not sure what happened when my dad needed them. Fortunately Brookdale staff stepped up again and cared for my dad during his final days. You can't find a more loving, caring bunch of people for your loved ones than Spring Shadows and you can be confident your loved one is safe and cared for when you are not around.

Moving my mother into this facility was a traumatic experience for everybody. But once our mother made just one friend in combination with the overall professionalism of the staff our mother felt at home immediately. This is the best decision as a family we have made in the care of our mother. We know she is safe, loved and enjoying be happy again as she ages.

Our father has been at Brookdale Spring Shadow for 2 years, in the Brookdale system for 6 years. The staff at Spring Shadows is very kind and patient when dealing with him. He can be a difficult man, but they have found a way to handle him with care, dignity and understanding. Marlene, Sonya, Fanny and Caesar do a great job caring, dressing, feeding and cleaning up after our dad. Great rooms, outdoor areas and activities. A wonderful place for our dads final years, he loves it, considers it home.
