Truly cares about their residents, and their families. Has their ups and downs, but always listening to and addressing any concerns. So glad that we found BC for my mom!!!!

Brought mom here in October 2018 after a fall at Brookdale SOLANA resulting in wrist and hip surgery. The majority of the staff here at Brookdale Champions are helpful and really care. It shows especially when youre here almost every day (at some point of the day) when you can witness it. That said, if you dont want your elderly loved one woken up every 2 hours for wet checking, youll definitely need to let the head nurse and director know. I personally felt a treatable slight diaper rash far outweighed a horribly interrupted nights sleep for my 91 year old mother. Again the majority of the staff do care, but the employee turnover is pretty high ? ?FYI. . . I have 2 cameras in her room taping always.

My MIL has been at Brookdale Champions since July 2016 ....we could NOT have picked a better place for her ! The staff goes well above and beyond to make the residents happy and cared for ! They have far exceeded our expectations and will be forever grateful to everyone involved !

My mom has lived at Brookdale Champions for over a year. We have found the staff to be friendly, caring, and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate my moms needs. She is not the easiest person to get along with at times and the Brookdale team has endless patience. The care team has taken the time to get to know mom and what she likes and dislikes. Managers Kim and Becky always make time to listen and lend support to our entire family. We feel like everyone at Brookdale Champions are part of the family and we are truly grateful for the love and compassion they have shown our loved one. Thank you Brookdale Champions!
