This is a fantastic place! My Mom is 95 years old but active and very social. Ashley, their resident director and the entire team is extremely helpful, proactive, friendly and very professional. The community is welcoming, well maintained, safe and secure and the staff excellent. They have a ton of activities and an excellent food selection in their dining room. This is a very affordable place near doctors, freeways and tons of shopping and dining. . If you're looking for a safe and quiet place for Mom or Dad where they can find a safe, peaceful and enjoyable community. This is it !

The spring is beautiful here at Elison Park! So many different birds that I get up early to listen to them all. Don't forget to stop by the coi pond and feed the beautiful fish. Activities like gardening are there for your enjoyment. Or, you could leave a or two plant on your patio. Diana, always has been helpful, cheerful, patient and understanding even though sometimes I'm not. Maintenance staff been phenomenal lately. And Chef Lee has been giving tips on a Gluten-free diet. The pool is sparkling and 80 degrees! Definitely helps your joints! Hope to see you soon

Elison is a beautiful complex. Security is great and the apartments are very nice. The meals are more like a restaurant where you order from a menu and the food is very good. Everyone we have dealt with at Elison are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

Our mother was a resident of Elison Park Independent Living for 21/2 years. One of the most unique features of this community is the parklike setting. The courtyards are are so pleasant, with mature trees and the sounds of birds, squirrels, and a beautiful fountain. Our mother used to live on a wooded acre of land and she loved the sounds of nature, so the woodland setting of Elison Park was very peaceful and comforting for her. The food served in the elegant dining room is beautifully prepared and delicious. There are numerous activities and holiday themed events plus many other services. The director, Mr. Watts, is very friendly and goes out of his way to make sure the residents and their families feel welcome and cared for. This community has much to offer.

I love the staff here. Sam in the office, Cheryl and Robert at the front desk, Anthony in maintenance and Victoria in housekeeping oh and I can't forget Katherine the bus driver. You will love these people. Can't find anyone better than this staff had to move and it was a sad day but my daughter needed me. This staff will go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. Just give them a call.

My parents recently moved into a beautiful apartment here! My family couldn't ask for a better environment for them to live securely!!! The staff is open & friendly taking care of any needs at any time!! The dining experience is terrific & the food is great!!! Since I live out of state, when I recently visited, I was able to access the visitor accommodations available, which were so comfortable! 3 meals a day were included in the price and the comfort exceeded any hotel!!! Ellison at Willowbrook is the happiest place! Thanks to all of you for your service to my family! Zade, Kimberly & the rest of the staff make it all happen!!!

My sister who is recovering from a stroke has been living here for 6 months. She loves her apartment and has a good experience with office and maintenance staff. When she moved in, they sold us on the complex by offering food in the dining room for her, my wife and I and it was excellent. Recently, the quality of the food has become almost not edible. They also started charging for a container to take home leftovers, locked the doors at the beginning of the meals and required her to sit at a particular table with no choice of who she eats with. She is wheelchair bound and it is very difficult to get to the table they assign. What was a real reason to live here has become a good reason to explore other locations. She is too sweet to complain but she is ready to move.

The front desk staff is very difficult to get help from to open the gate. They either open it before you can get to your car or make you wait 10 min and go back to the office multiple times.

My mother in law has lived at Elison for quite a few years. She was recently in the hospital for an extended stay. While she was away we contacted Elison to see about getting her carpets replaced with wood flooring. We spoke with Reema and Samantha to make a plan. We cleared everything off the floors so work could begin. The flooring was replaced within 2 days. Next the cleaning ladies, Martha and Corrine came in to do a deep cleaning of her apartment. They did an amazing job! There was not a speck of dust or dirt in the place when they were done. We truly appreciated how hard they worked. Also want to give a shout out to Anthony and Miguel for their work on the flooring! We truly appreciate everything they do to help my mother in law be more comfortable!

Her compassion and loving nature is a true blessing. This is often a difficult transition and she makes it SO MUCH easier just by being her loving self.

Embark at Willow brook Park has been a blessing for my mom. It was hard finding a safe place in the area where she wanted to be. She had owned a 7500 sq ft home in Champions so it had to be nice enough as well. After walking over several retirement communities and senior living communities I noticed that most were open to a lot of sun and heat where mom would be spending time outside. At Embark there where 3 courtyards with 2 large gazebos. One with a pool, one with a putting green and one with more of a garden scene. All are very plush with flowers and greenery. The courtyards have 4 story buildings all around giving shade and a cool breeze all day. There are elevators everywhere for easy access. During Covid things are more quite, but they entertain the residents, take them to all important medical and shopping trips and they are all so nice to the residents 🙂 Most of all it is affordable compared to other options with similar packages. I am so glad we chose Embark for mom!

My wife and I have been here for almost 1 yr. and 1 month. Just loving all that we have here to enjoy. The Covid-19 has put a damper on a lot of the activities we use to enjoy. But this Management team has really come thru for us and kept us all safe and well fed. How can one complain? Even some activities of exercise, wine down Wednesday and fun Friday have pretty much kept us all happy. Try it and the price is right for me and others.

Its not the fanciest place and people ask what can dad possibly get for $1900 thats worth anything. Peace of mind that hes safe, good food, there are people that will listen and talk so hes not lonely often and theres something to do.

I had heard so many bad things about the old executive director. Im glad that didnt stop my family from choosing this place. The new gal Angela is as nice as can be. She always has an open office door to residents and even gave out her cell number. Glad this is home.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Embark at Willowbrook Park! There is a true sense of family amongst both the residents and the staff. Also, this beautiful senior living community offers the most comprehensive list of inclusive amenities. Well, without our Resident Enrichment Department here at Embark at Willowbrook Park, and the Director of that Department, Bridgette Lott, our Community would be a very dull place to live. Say for instance, you were considering our community as your next home, and were to ask me what are some of the things we have going on for here on a daily basis at Embark at Willowbrook Park? The first thing Id do is grab one of our monthly calendars, which, believe me, is so chocked full of different things to do, that youd be hard pressed to even accomplish half of them. My point is that there is something for everyones taste in fun, exercise, cards, swimming,reading, bingo , and too many more to mention. I know that when I came here, I thought that I could do three times as many coordinated activities as I have been able to. My recommendation about Embark at Willowbrook Park - Resident Enrichment Department is for us residents to utilize as many of the hard thought out and planned activities as pleases us. I also recognize that the Resident Enrichment Department under the guidance and control of Bridgette Lott, is well organized, and has lots of different and unique activities planned for all. We have visited a few and we were impressed with the well kept yards and the cleanliness of each of them. We met and got to know Brenda Carr in the memory care unit. We could end up there soon or later but if we do and you want to be in the hands of a caring and loving individual whose knowledge is unsurpassed and when you combine it with compassion. You have Brenda Carr and we thank God for her and her kindness. Our sales person Tami Braun was equally concered with us maintaining our indeprndance and dignity.
