Cant say enough good things about AG. When family could not go in because of COVID the staff and Lee (administrator) treated our Mom like family. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring place for a relative.

My mom has been a resident at Autumn Grove Heights for 2 years. We LOVE the homey feel of the place - nothing institutional about it at all. It truly feels like a cottage, rather than a nursing home. The staff is just great - very patient and caring. They know how to handle the challenges of memory patients. They have a doctor and nurse practitioner who visit regularly, so we dont have to take mom out for doctors visits. A beautician comes once a week for hair dos and a podiatrist comes once a quarter for foot care. All in all, we are very pleased that our mom is receiving such great care in a home that she feels comfortable in!

I cant say enough good things about AG. They took excellent care of my Mother. During this covid pandemic when family could not go in they treated her like family. She had a beautiful 90th birthday outside with family gathered at a distance then they carried on the party inside with staff and residents. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My family was so fortunate to hear about Autumn Grove Cottage in the Heights and the wonderful long term care they provide to adults who suffer from dementia. My mother has been a resident there for 3 years, and we have been so pleased with the dedication and support that the Manager and his staff give on a daily basis to her and to us as well. Moving her from an instituitional environment to this loving home has brought us much security in knowing that she is being taken care of with dignity and compassion.

I was completely impressed with Autumn Grove Cottage. It's clean, lovely, and the philosophy of care is pretty unique compared to other places. The staff is caring, competent, and engaged with the residents. The rooms seemed appropriate in size.

Our mother lived at Autumn Grove Cottage - Heights for the last 1 1/2 years of her life. Prior to that she had in-home care and residence care at an assisted living facility. Care givers in the previous arrangements tried, they really did. The reality is Dementia and Alzheimer's patients require a specific kind of care and we found that at AGC-Heights. Before her mind was ravaged by dementia, our mother was a pleasant, easy-going woman; not so for the final decade of her life. Mom became hostile, anti-social, impossible to please, and down right vulgar. I never once observed any staff member loose patience with her. The facility was always clean, and cheerful and the staff warm and caring. I personally witnessed the director cry with the family of a long-time resident as she neared the end. One can't ask or expect more.

Larger solution to a home environment. Layout very similar to a home. Living room, kitchen and two hallways each with large private bathrooms. The staff is caring and friendly and the outside porch is always inviting for the residents.
