This is a great place to work! The residents are taken care of by a caring staff. Owner provides ongoing education for all of our staff, which improves our quality of care every day!

Caring
The people at Highland House seem to be really nice, but I'm a little concerned about some health issues. When they're handling food or handing out utensils, they don't wear gloves. Overall, I'm happy as I don't see problems with them. They only have one place designated to smoke.
