We cannot say enough wonderful things about Bridgecrest Rehabilitation Center. Our mother has been a resident there for the past year, and throughout that time, our family has visited frequently . Every single visit has reinforced our confidence that she is in compassionate, capable hands. Most importantly, it truly feels like home for our mom, which means everything to us. The level of care and professionalism from the entire team is exceptional. A very special thank you to Director of Nursing, Merelyn, who consistently goes above and beyond. Her leadership, attentiveness, and genuine concern for residents and their families set the tone for the entire facility. We are also deeply grateful for the incredible nursing staff. Jennette, Brianna, Nina, Jalin, Nobi, Verneda, and Ms. Teresa are just a few of the many amazing staff members who have been nothing short of angels to our mom. We truly appreciate everyone on the team, even those we may not have named individually. They treat her with dignity, patience, and kindness every day, and their dedication does not go unnoticed. Bridgecrest Rehabilitation Suites deserves a perfect 10 out of 10. My mother was brought here after a stent in the hospital and spent two months in bed. The care team and medical team worked tirelessly to ensure her recovery. Within a few weeks, she was ambulatory and independent, taking care of her daily needs. Each department at this facility is exceptional. The staff is friendly, thoughtful, and provides excellent care. They offer encouraging words and support, addressing both the mental and physical well-being of their patients. The facility also offers a variety of activities that stimulate the mind, body, and soul. The facility is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We’ve been here for about six months, which has given us ample time to get to know the place and make these observations. I highly recommend bringing a loved one for rehabilitation or medically necessary residential services.

Patient was hooked up t o an IV drip that took only 30 minutes for over 2 hours

Most of the staff are kind and good at their jobs. PT and OT ONCE a day for 5 days a week while we were advised it would be twice a day. We were notified 10 days after the maximum Medicare 20 days was up.if we had known sooner, we would have made other arrangements for his care. This is our first experience with a facility so we are a little lost. Now we are responsible for the copay which the advantage plan coverage is minimal. Patient is to be in the wheelchair to eat meals but has not been out of the bed in over 4 days. They keep him clean and comfortable but not moving him and I am not physically able to assist. Have made admin aware but no change as of yet.

The hallway and rest rooms were clean. The floors were clean and no marks or smears. No food carts or clutter in the room (#118) that I visited The clean, frest aroma was very rewarding.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this facility, especially the nurse Akira who cared for my grandmother. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome, valued, and supported in what was a very emotional time for our family. She went above and beyond her duties not just in providing excellent medical care, but in treating my grandmother with true dignity and compassion. What stood out the most was the way she made us feel like more than just another family occupying a room. She took the time to walk us to the listen, to explain, and to reassure us every step of the way. Her patience, kindness, and empathy brought us so much comfort.

I’ve visited a relative here more than a few times. The visits were random and each time we showed up my relative was in good spirits and well kept. My relative had great relationships with the staff there. The room was clean and didn’t smell like your typical nursing home. I would recommend Bridgecrest simply because my family member was like family to them.

Yes, I would like to say to all the nurses that they have been wonderful every last one of them. I feel that these are people that you would want by your side because they give if you love they let you know that they love us and that's what I like. I never feel that they did not want the best out of me. I feel that they listen to me. They make sure everything was OK. Ay, and that's what makes me feel so good. So whatever this go to like I said, I think these are the nurses that you want by your side. Every last one of them need to get a race. If. I could give it to . Understaffed; contract workers that, through no fault of their own, cannot build relationships and history with residents. Social workers not helpful when this is supposed to be their forte. Updates needed to facility in the worst way. Carpeting not needed in a facility this size, malodorous throughout facility, mega slow to change/replace linens.

As an outsider looking in, I have seen a very much improved environment for the residents with the new management. There seems to be an upbeat in employee morale, food service is much more pleasant and the quality of meals served is top notch, activities for the residents and family is creative and informative, the overall atmosphere in the building seems to be much more pleasant for the residents. In the nursing care the residents are receiving is one step above others that I have seen and witnessed. Were nutritional, the physical well being of the residents, nursing care, and a well informed administrator is upmost important in our loved ones well being. Which gives families a welcome of wholeheartedly piece of mind.
