Best place my husband has ever been in which consists of 3 different nursing homes over the past 5 years. Has been in Hico for over 3 years now. There is a lot of turnover of cnas but that has been everywhere .The kitchen fixes different meals for him a lot because he is picky. No physical accidents there which sadly was common in previous places. The activities coordinator is totally awesome. I dont know how she does it. Has activities all day for them to participate in if they want. Even has senior Olympics against other nursing homes. Several parties every month. Lots of caring people there who are very kind. The current administrator is always on hand.

Hico Nursing were absolutely fabulous. Everyone was so kind and sweet. The therapist were wonderful, well-trained and all certified. The food was good and everything was just great! I cant say enough about them. I stayed there for about 6 weeks for therapy. I had upper body therapy in the morning and lowed body therapy in the afternoon.

They treat my husband well. When I call to check on him, I find the staff really courteous and responsive in answering my questions. They have very good people there. My husband progressed really well. He stayed there for around 21 days.
