Has to be the nicest place I've been to. Staff is knowledgeable and kind to all residents. Management goes overboard to help traverse the maze called "Medicare." I've not had a similar experience anywhere else around Henderson -- not Kilgore not Tyler. I actually found Pine Lodge to be quite reasonably priced for the amount of care and attention given clients. If you're looking for a family oriented place for your loved one, Pine Lodge fits the bill.

Beautiful place the employers are really nice and respectful.Residents are really kind and fun going. I loved the managers that really understanding and are willing to cooperate with the financial situation.

I have a good friend who is a resident, and I visit her at least once per week, sometimes twice. I have always found the staff attentive and patient with the residents. They are very friendly and helpful to me as a visitor. The facility is always spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend Pine Lodge.

Pine Lodge is a wonderful assisted living facility. The building is absolutely beautiful and the staff is top notch. Ginger the Director is so knowledgeable and truly loves and cares for her residence, and April their community liaison has a passion for caring for the community and the precious people that live here. Anyone would be lucky to have family living here, and being cared for by this staff.

I recently had the good fortune to visit Pine Lodge. I found it to be a wonderful setting where the mix of employees and residents made it feel like home. The decorations and furnishings were comfortable and cozy. The private rooms/studios are ample in size and well maintained. The surprise ending to my visit was being able to buy a bird house that one of the residents made by hand! I highly recommend it.
