my friend has lived at Brookdale Henderson for over two years, continuing her cognitive decline but with staff who know her and reach out kindly when she is confused. The staff is reachable by email or text at those times when there may be questions or things they need to know. We are thankful for Brookdale.

Just recently moved my dad to Brookdale from another assisted living facility where there were so many issues and nothing ever addressed! So far I have had nothing but a wonderful experience every time I enter the facility. Dad is being treated extremely well by all staff members and really likes his room. The place is very clean, the staff is amazing and helpful, the food is delicious.

My mother has been a resident at Brookdale for 6 years until last night when passed on. I actually live closer to Tyler but was drawn to the small town atmosphere in Henderson. I’m so glad I placed her in the memory care in Henderson. They provided extraordinary care. She received exceptional care every day that she was there. I spent a lot of time there the past few days and and no one ever entered or exited the room without a hug and an I love you to her! She was treated like everyone’s mom or favorite aunt. You could tell that they truly cared about her and her end of life! I am so thankful and humbled by the care and compassion that she received.

This place is absolutely beautiful, clean, and the staff, and residents we met, couldn't have been any nicer, more inviting, and welcoming. I only wish my Mom could have afforded it. Mikayla, the Director, was So helpful in helping us find a place for my Mom though. Even asked to pray with us, afterwards. The Lord worked it all out, and Mom has a nice place to live now. (Not near as nice as Brookdale Henderson, but that's ok.) All thanks to Mikayla!! I highly recommend this home for your loved one!

Every time I’ve visited, everyone seems to be in great spirits! Staff and residents all seem to enjoy their time there. The office staff feels so genuine! Everyone I speak to has a sense of purpose and you can tell it’s more than just a job to them. They are responsive to feedback and very open with communication.

My father, Fred has been here for five years. The staff is so caring. The food is good and the staff work hard to meet dietary preferences. Even before you walk inside; you can tell you're in the right place. Residents are often outside enjoying the sunshine. Christy Brown, Executive Director leads a great team. The activities are great. It seems as if the whole town of Henderson visits regularly. There's always something happening. Fred is in room 208. He makes crosses in his room and would love to give you one and pray for you. I am so pleased Dad can call this place home.

Highly recommend this place. It’s clean, welcoming, and the staff is so kind to the residents. My dad lives here and he loves it. He was hesitant about moving into assisted living but after visiting once, he was ready. They take good care of the residents and treat them like family. So thankful for Brookdale Henderson. They give me peace of mind knowing my dad is always taken care of. I was nervous about assisted living but they have exceeded my expectations!

We have always been extremely happy and have peace about our Mother there and the care she receives daily! They are fabulous and love on her like she’s their own. She consistently tells us she loves living there and is very happy. This causes me and our entire family feel so much at peace about her living independently, yet, her care and needs are being handled extraordinarily well. My parents lived there and loved it! The atmosphere was very nice and inviting. The activities were fun and kept them busy. They would go on a few excursion that they enjoyed as well. They staff at Brookdale was so nice and caring. My dad loved his ice cream and they always made sure he had some. I would highly suggest if you were looking to find a nice facility with caring people, check out Brookdale in Henderson.

My mother spent the best moments of her life here when her independence was taken from her. She was treated with love by every staff member and grew so close with them. They made my mother’s experience easier and less painful. She thrived at Brookdale. It was always clean, beautiful and comfortable for her. They put forth extra detail and love into everything they do. This place was the perfect choice and if I could I would choose it again. Her life was precious to me and I felt so much better knowing my mother was in a place she called home.

I love this place. I deliver medicine to them weekly and they always have a smile, someone is always there to assist, they are knowledgeable and my life savers. I misplaced my license and they held on to them for me until I was able to retrieve them!

"Service with a smile" literally. The entire staff looks/acts like they're happy to serve in any capacity. All directors: Executive, Business, Social, Maintenance, Nurses, Transportation, Cafeteria; the Care Givers & Med-Aids ALL pitch in to make the Brookdale experience positive & rewarding with a family atmosphere. I've had relatives in 3 other facilities and never knew who the top people were- but Brookdale is a "hands on" operation which sets the tone for the entire community. I've also been impressed with the well planned activities that engage & entertain the residents. Brookdale is beautifully decorated and changes with the seasons. The rooms are spacious & food is great & reasonably priced for guests. However, food & decorations don't make a home- but staff attitudes & willingness to serve make Brookdale the BEST home for residents & family members.
