The staff at Aviva Granbury are very caring. One recent example: One of the Assisted Living staff (Jean), who cares for my wife's mother, noticed that she was wearing a simple headphone for listening to music. She thought it might be a little uncomfortable, so she brought in a padded pink headset with bunny ears for her. It's very cute and comfortable. We are grateful for this kind of compassion the staff has for our parents.

I cannot say enough great words about this facility! My mom was in The Cottages Memory Care .The staff is remarkable …loving, caring, gentle and kind all the while working their tails off. During their shifts they do not quit making sure every resident is taken care of and comfortable. Herbert, Rachelle, Kassidy, Shelbie, Erica and Becky became our family and we will be forever grateful for their loving care for my sweet mom and their attention to our every need and request. They definitely go the extra mile! Her room was always clean, there was always someone there to hold a hand or give a hug…her face lit up for her caregivers as much as for her family when they walked in her room. Her last few days I watched her hold their hands and mouth Thank you to,each of them. Very special people whom I will,be forever grateful! They will all hold a very special place in my heart!

My Dad has been here over 6 years and stayed because of the happy atmosphere. The residents are happy, the staff is excellent and happy. Its clean and comfortable. The leaders approach problems quickly with good resolutions.

The hardest part of being a child of aging parents is the responsibility of finding a place for them to live that gives them their independence with emergency care if needed. My mother has been at Qual Park for 18 months and she couldnt be happier. They have the most caring staff, wonderful food, reliable transportation, and a secure and beautiful environment. To know that she is thriving and so happy is absolutely PRICELESS!

My mom has been at Quail Park for just over a month. This was a sudden transaction for her, but she has fit in just fine and has made a lot of new friends. My husband and I joined the community and staff for an Easter Dinner and an English Tea for Mothers Day. The food was outstanding and the staff gracious and friendly. Chris, Julie and all the staff are just wonderful. Its nice to know that I can trust my mom is looked after, I try to go everyday to visit, but some days my schedule doesnt allow time. I am very happy my mom is living close to me, still has some of her independence and is safe. Quail Park was a good choice for our family.

I went on a tour at this community. The staff was nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions. It seemed very crowded to me. It was a little further out than I wanted.It was nice and clean. I would recommend families tour this community before making a decision.

This community has gone above and beyond to accommodate my mom and they treat them with dignity. They have worked compassionately and effectively, the communication between them and I is wonderful. The staff is very kind. They have homestyle food that is good and tasty and plenty of it. They enjoy all the daily activities like bingo for my mom in the memory care and lots of musical groups and different types of parties. The outdoor area is nicely decorated. I would recommend this community.

I have no complaints of how things went for my tour of this place for my loved one. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. The property was clean and they had a lot of great amenities available for all of the residents. It was just not the right location for her in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.

Made a Visit on last trip to Granbury, Texas and I was pleased. Valerie toured my wife and me around the Independent Living quarters and I was impressed. Nice and Clean and well maintained as compared to most homes in West Texas. My Three wheel Little inside Scooter and I will visit again soon. Might be awhile before my need is there but I will remember this place on the top of my list. Today they are offering a special to move it. Try it and you will like the three squares in the Dining Room. Ron and Leah in West Texas Today's date is March 20, 2015 and the first day of Spring.
