I love The Amberlin.. I am living in a substantially large apartment that comes with a reasonable price. The campus is wonderful for anyone who wants to remain active. A Swimming pool, pickleball court, and bocce ball, as well as a well equipped workout room lend to an environment that encourages keeping active. The staff, by far, are the best part of living here. Their availability and kind assistance make this a relaxed and enjoyable place to live, but the maintenance staff, is the best part, their quick response and professionalism make me feel like my needs really matter.

I've been at previous residencies, which were old, shabby and poorly maintained. Activities were a joke! Upon entering Amberlin Georgetown for the 1st time, my family and I gasped at the beauty from the lobby. Once the kind and patient staff member showed us around, it was a done deal!! There are so many amenities and events. Both the residents and the entire staff are just a joy to be around, kind and helpful. The apartments come fully equipped with new appliances: large stove and convection top, large microwave, modern refrigerator with an ice maker, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, a.c. under your control, lovely patios, trash valet, pest control, internet and cable and so much more. If you're 55+ and looking for a place to call home, seek no further. This is it!

I love my apartment!! My dog has his own fenced in yard, plus a dog park so he can socialize with other dogs. There is always plenty to do here, so if you are lonely it is by choice. The sense of community is very strong, and people genuinely care and look out for each other. And the staff is awesome; friendly and always ready to assist in any problems you might come up with.

I have been at Amberlin a month now and I have jumped right in and become as busy as I want to be. It is great having activities right where you live. The special events like the tea party, celebrating birthdays and holidays with a community of people close to your age has been great. The pool and pickleball along with other exercising opportunities are so nice and convenient. Staff are great and have found many people here that I have connected with who share similar interests and values. I’m glad I chose Amberlin in Georgetown.

I have been living at Amberlin Georgetown for 6 weeks. My Experience here has been outstanding. From the very beginning the management, and maintenance teams along with Apartment Life Senior Service Coordinator all have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure I have been welcomed and taken care of with Love and Support. It is rare to find a community where the staff is committed to helping residents and following through on their promises. Gratitude to Alexis, Angelica, Shelley, Will, Tyler, Terry, and Vivian for embracing me into this community I now call Home. The Amberlin is a well run, peaceful place to call home. Lots to do, the community is a fun group of friends! A few nights ago our Asst Mgr, Angelica, was prepping for our movie night in August. Talk about making sure everything was in order - she set up everything after hrs, it was a big job, she wanted it done right. That’s what the staff here does, they go the extra mile so that our events are always done well!

Alexis, Shelley, Angelica and the maintenance and cleaning crew have been doing a wonderful job repairing and upgrading our facility. It’s nice to have some of the problems fixed. I wanted to give an update about Amberlin Georgetown since my last review. We continue to love living at Amberlin. There is so much to enjoy. My wife and I moved into Amberlin of Georgetown in January of 2025 and we love it here.The staff is amazing and they go out of their way to make living here very special. . The residents are wonderful. There are so many activities to enjoy including get togethers ,themed events, bocce, pickleball, the pool, the fitness center and so many other activities. The location is superb. We like to walk and can walk to the HEB, the Round Rock Outlet, restaurants and we are also near Baylor Scott & White Medical Center. At the same time, you can just get in your vehicle and be at all of these places in minutes. I've gotten involved with Pickleball and there are many fellow residents who I've gotten to know through this sport. In fact, we just completed our first ever Amberlin Georgetown Tournament. This is an amazing Active Adults Community and we are so glad that we moved here. Be sure to check it out.

I moved in here beginning of March and I have never met a nicer group of people. The staff here is friendly efficient, and so happy to serve. The facility itself is beautiful. There’s a small dog park is a beautiful pool with water feature. There’s a space outside by the pool to sit cookout relax there’s a bocce court there’s a Pickleball court. I mean this is just a wonderful place and all of the people I’ve met here so far are amazing people. The Amber Lynn is truly a wonderful place to be.

Amberlin Georgetown has very nice apartment plans to select from. They have a lot of different activities to keep you busy on a daily basis. The people that live here have been very friendly, helpful, cordial, and supportive to me. Where the apartments are located, everything is very convenient. If you really want to, you can walk to the Outlet Mall, HEB, and the corner stores. Casey, Matt, and Shelly are awesome people who’s very helpful here at Amberlin Georgetown.

This is my first apartment life and it is outstanding. Management, especially Shelley, are always on top of things. There are always interesting and varied activities. For the very few maintenance issues, maintenance is always on top of it and there within minutes! Even on a Saturday!

I have lived here for about a year and we love the complex we love the amenities we love the staff, especially Terry Connor. He has done a wonderful job keeping this place clean and everything is always clean and well-maintained and make sure that the outside too where all the amenities are cleaned and trash cans emptied, and windows sparkling clean. The entire staff has done a great job of keeping everything as a well oiled machine from upper management to leasing agents to maintenance to housekeeping.

Terry is the best! His housekeeping skills make all of the common areas sparkle. Besides that, he is willing to go the extra mile to help residents who request help with various tasks. I have lived here for 1 1/2 years now and enjoy the space and the interaction among residents.

We have lived here since the opening on June 13th, and we love it. The staff is wonderful. Our maintenance team, Peter and Tyler, is the best ever always responding with a smile. The housekeeping, Terry, goes above and beyond to keep our place clean and beautiful. Max, Shelley and Casey are extremely patient with all of our problems, and make sure we're helped completely. Ashleigh is the best manager anyone could ask for. She does her best to address everyone's problems and concerns. She too is patient and concearned for all. The entire staff is jovial, welcoming, and loving. Thanks all of you for caring for us so well.

I have lived here almost 1 year and I am very happy. Love my apartment, and the community is the best! Our custodian, Terry, keeps everything so tidy and clean. Peter and Tyler, Maintenance, respond quickly and professionally to requests. Ashleigh and her office staff are great as well. The amenities are modern, and the community events are fun! The staff here is very helpful and go out of their way to try to solve a problem that you tell them. I want to really speak highly of our custodian. Thanks to Bobbie, she connected me to the Georgetown and Pflugerville locations. Diane and Nick at Pflugerville were outstanding. I stayed there a night and meet some wonderful people. Diane picked out a wonderful apartment for me. Next I stayed at the Georgetown location where Cara and Ann showed me the ropes there. It was a tough choice but ended up choosing the Georgetown location. I can tell Sparrow spends time with their sales professionals. All went beyond my expectations. I moved to Amberlin Georgetown in November of 2023. I have a new group of friends to spend time with. I love the Thursday socials and aquafit. There are activities are geared toward seniors of all ages. My apartment looks over the Amberlin campus and I can watch or play pickleball, check out folks at the pool or dog park. My dog Bob has a great pack that he enjoys playing with. Our office staff is great!!! Dianne is amazing and will always have time to chat. Emily is a joy and when her or Dianne work on Saturday, they bring donuts or pastries. Liz will answer your questions. I’m very happy at Amberlin Georgetown

We stopped in Amberlin Georgetown while looking for an active senior community for my mother. The property is clean and fresh with admirable amenities and really great floor plans. I was particularly impressed by the office staff who were incredibly friendly and ready to help! So glad to know my mom is going to be in great hands!
