Shountae Seaberry was absolutely amazing from the time I walked through the door. I stopped by during the week since they don’t have tours on the weekend. Shountae helped immediately, sat me down in her office and went over floor plans and pricing. She also showed me to apartments. I would love for my mother to be there. We are going back next week do my mom can see the place.

I have been a resident at Firewheel Town Village for the past three years, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. From the very beginning, the staff and maintenance team have shown an unwavering commitment to ensuring that residents are well cared for and supported. Any concerns or issues that arise are handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. The community itself offers an impressive range of amenities. The swimming pool and fitness area are well maintained, providing residents with opportunities to stay active and healthy. Beyond that, there are numerous activities scheduled throughout the week—both within the community and off-site. Thanks to the reliable transportation service, residents can enjoy outings and events that extend life beyond the walls of the facility, enriching our daily experiences. Two years ago I posted about our fabulous maintenance aces, Jimmy and Billy, and how very helpful they were with my husband and our needs. They still rock! The system made me delete the review to do a new one. Now two years later from that post (we first moved here in May 2021) we are thrilled to call Firewheel our forever home. We are grateful to everyone here: Katana, Donna, Jimmy, Billy and Nickel. 'Staff' is family here. Residents are family here. Recently Donna joined the family and brought new energy to the fun events. She has us all laughing and acting like teenagers again! There are many activities here and everyone will find something they love. You will belong, so come join this extended family!

Firewheel town village is a wonderful community. The staff always does their best to accommodate your needs. Jimmy, Billy and Nickel go above and beyond to resolve any maintenance or housekeeping issue you may have. You can tell they truly care about the residents and take pride in their jobs.

We toured the apartment complex with my mom and the staff was very welcoming. The community was very clean and had great amenities. Melissa was very pleasant and addressed all of our questions.

I moved into firewheel town village November of 2022 and I can honestly say this is the best apartment I have ever lived in. Everyone here is so helpful and caring the maintenance is 2nd to none who go out if their way to help.my apartment is beautiful and peaceful and a great value. Thanks to everyone who makes this such an enjoyable place to live.I belive I have found my forever home.

We love Firewheel Town Village, from the office staff, Fitness (by Paula) who is excellent and makes fitness fun, parties & entertainment, everyone is very friendly, lots of things to keep you busy. Last but not least free 24/7 coffee shop. Any one over 55 must try it...

I've been here almost 3 years and I've loved every minute of it. I feel very comfortable and safe and have made great friends while I'm living here. I've been through some hard times and they help me a lot. It's very easy to go to the office and be able to talk to the people there if you have any Problems or issues you would like to discuss. I would recommend it to anyone.

I love my apartment it's everything I wanted! I think the best thing about Firewheel are the residents and the community we have. Lots of monthly entertainment that includes all residents. While offering daily games, bookclub and Bible study. There are enough activities to help you get to know other residents.

Let me begin I visited several 55+ centers before coming to firewheel nothing really rang my bell until I walked in the doors of firewheel upon my entrance I was greeted by tenant after tenant asking me if I was a new tenant I said no I was looking for a place to live they all begin to say what a great place firewheel was to live and then I was greeted by the office staff and I knew at that moment I was home words cannot express how manager Cortana and Malissa care about all their residents here and really care about all of our cares and concerns even the maintenance staff Jimmy and Billy and the house cleaning lady Nickel all are great at what they do so if your looking for the greatest 55+ center to call home all of us here at firewheel can say come visit us and you will not look elsewhere the management here maitainence staff and all of us residents here are in for the long haul !!!!!!!!!
