I started in June of this year and have been nothing but pleased working here. They have been accommodating to my needs as far as work structure and abilities. All the staff and residents' kind and friendly and are fun and good to work with and for. I retired from the medical field 10 years ago after 30 plus years. I tried to work other places, but my heart was and still is in the care taking field. There is no better place for me to do this than The Villages of Windcrest. I am very thankful for the residents and staff that has filled a hole in my heart.

I recently toured The Villages of Windcrest to determine if it would be a suitable fit for my mother. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly with smiles and friendly welcomes from the staff. I was particularly impressed by the diverse schedule of activities planned throughout the month for the residents, with the added bonus that family and friends can join in the fun! I instantly felt a connection with the place. During my visit, I was invited to participate in their "Glamorous Granny's Day," and it was a blast! I had the pleasure of helping with nail care and giving refreshing spa facials. It was clear that the residents were truly enjoying themselves. The Villages of Windcrest is not your typical assisted living facility. It's an extraordinary community where residents are treated as if they are living their best life every day!

Recently helped renovate an apartment there for a new resident move in. Let me tell you that all hands were on deck! The director and staff members were demoing and painting on there time off and making sure the move in was as smooth as possible. I installed the flooring as the finishing touch. Friendly and smiles every turn I took. The best part was the elevator conversations I had with some of the resident I encountered. Talked about first cars and color of prom dresses. Great stories of there time. The dedication and compassion is apparent. Villages of Windrest has a great care staff and an outstanding exective director. Thank you Tara Meyer for all your help and the care you show to all your residents and family members!

The Villages of Windcrest is a great place to work. I am a former employee, only reason I left was to focus on nursing school. This community has great management and staff. The residents are amazing and unlike any other residents at other communities. If you are looking for a loving, caring, home like community for a loved one, this is the place. Everyone that I have worked with here takes pride in what they do.

The Leadership team here is excellent. They truly care about there residents. They have great communication and put a lot of effort into ensuring everyone's needs are met. If you are looking for a place for your loved one this is the place to be.

We had my 100-year-old father in the Windcrest Memory Care unit for 15 months before he passed. We could not have been more pleased. The facilities were superb and the staff was both professionally competent and extremely compassionate. It takes a special breed of people to work in a Memory Care unit and staff of Windcrest were truly special and quite exceptional. Thank you, Windcrest, for a job well done!
