My previously pleasant living and naps are disturbed by permitted personal electric amplified music from the back porch. The music by a resident continues despite regular complaints to the administration. (My apartment is the furthest from the porch and on the third floor.)

The Waterford has been wonderful to us in the care of an aging parent. This was our first experience with such a facility. From the first visit when we were looking at many options, Waterford was a perfect fit. The feel is friendly, relaxed, and unpretentious. The food made me want to move in. It’s been a huge relief to us to find such a place. The staff does an amazing job.

My wife and I met with Cathy Porter today. We are looking for a senior living home and doing due diligence. We have visited a number of communities at this point. Even if we dont end up there I wanted to acknowledge Cathy Porter for the excellent tour today. She did a wonderful job in answering every question we had. Professional and yet down to earth we enjoyed our time with her.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour at the Waterford in Fort Worth, TX. The manager, Kathy, was so friendly and personable and made us feel right at home. We were sorry to have to tell Kathy we had decided we just werent ready for the services they offered. Maybe in a few more years. We do want Kathy to know how much we enjoyed doing the tour with her.

I have dealt with Kathy Porter for the years my sister, Cindy Malmstrom, has lived at Waterford. She Has always been happy to help me with any issues concerning Cindy. I recently had new issues with my sister and Kathy helped us with advice and discussion on the subject. She is a real asset.

Let me just start by talking about Cathy Porter and the staff at the Waterford... I was in the market looking to live in one of their communities and Waterford caught my eye from the very beginning. Cathy went out of her way to make me fill important! I was thoroughly impressed with the staff that I met during my virtual tour as well as Cathy showing me each and every little nook and cranny that I asked to look at. It was a pleasurable experience to say the least. The style and color schemes worked well and makes you feel like your at home.I ended up going with one of her sister properties in The Wellington. The main reason that I chose here over The Waterford, was that I ended up being less than a quarter mile from my daughter and grandson. So there was pretty much no decision to make except for the Wellington.I will never forget the professionalism and personality of Cathy and the staff at Waterford. I have met a friend in Cathy, and she is saved in my contacts list forever. So if youre a senior and looking for a place to independently live with the great staff on that side of town, then I would implore you to at least take a good long look at the Waterford. This may be the longest review Ive ever left, but I wouldnt change your word.Steveo

My mom has been a resident there for several years, and has been extremely happy. The management team is amazing. The staff are extremely caring and kind. She has made many friends and enjoys the community activities. The apartments are updated and the community is very clean.

My Mother was a resident there for four years,and she had lived at four other retirement homes before we found the Waterford. The people who worked there were so sweet,the food and staff in there restrant was very good. The one person who really stood out her name is Anita , she will always make you feel like your family and like you are her most special resident. She is a sweetheart, and my Mother really loved her allot. She checked on my Mother to see if she was allright all the time,I would say that if it was not for her a few times,she could have been in reel trouble, she called the ambulance for her if she need it.

I was a caregiver and I absolutely loved working here. The staff and residents are caring and friendly. A lot of the times after work I would sit outside and talk with the residents. The food is amazing and and the units are up to date. Anyone would love to live here. This is a great place to retire. Never a dull moment, with lots of good entertainment and activities.

The Waterford is a very friendly community of people. Over the years I have depended on their friendly staff (Anita, Henry, Dana, Lisa, and Cathy have been especially helpful), and their beautiful building that has lots of space for residents to gather, and many ways in which residents can lead events and be active. Nurses, therapists, dog groomers and more make house calls, theres a barbershop and seniorhelpers available. It has everything you are looking for.

Im a former employee at The Waterford Fort Worth. I really enjoyed working there, especially with the residents. They really take care of their residents and make sure theyre happy. Activity director; Anita Adams tries to keep the residents busy with different activities. Anita really did a great job during Christmas time with the horse and carriage ride for the residents. That really made the Christmas spirit come alive. Go Anita!!!

My grandmother lived here for many years before she passed. I have memories of sitting with her in the day room eating that afternoons lunch. She loved it there and over time i saw improvements added to the grounds that made life better.

I. have been living here at the Waterford do 1 1-2 years. This community has totally changed my opinion of what senior living could be. The staff is friendly and helpful to all the residents. The residents have formed a wonderful extended family bond which is nurtured by the staff. We get three tasty meals a day house keeping, activities and transportation to doctors appointments. This is a great place to live!!

The Waterford is a very nice place. And, we were about to move my mom in, however this is the time everything went into lockdown and moving from one community to another was not possible. This occurred around mid March. We paid a deposit and community fee we have yet to receive a refund of these monies. Capital Senior Living will not return calls. A very frustrating situation. As most seniors, my mom is on a fixed income and needs these monies refunded.

I enjoy my time at the Waterford very much. There are plenty activities so everyone can enjoy whatever part of them they want. The staff is also very good. There are a couple of the staff that I think are truly great. The first one I want to recognize is the lady who runs the front desk during the week. Her name is Lisa and she always has a smile and will do all she can to help you with anything you might need. The second I want to single out is Henry who is in charge of the dining room. He keeps the dining room functioning to provide the best dining experience possible for each individual persons needs and wishes.

I moved to the Waterford in Ft. Worth a week ago. I must say that this senior living apartments are nicely taken care of the building and grounds. The staff is very respectful and pleasant The food is very good and kitchen is excellent. The dining manager is a very sweet and caring for each resident. Always a smile and sympathic toward the residents and know their names. I just love him. The different activitys are numerous, and the apartments are clean and well maintained. Over all, this is the best senior living is an excellent and is the best senior living and reasonably priced. I only receive social security and they work according to income with reasonable income. I really like it here and would recommend it to my friends and family.

My in-laws sold they're home last Sept and moved into Waterford Senior Living facility and they have Loved every minute of it. They kept a car so we could take them out, but the Senior Center does that too. They take them to Doctors appt. they take them to Beauty shop appt. They they them for a nice long ride on Friday Afternoons to see the sights of Ft. Worth Growing. The facility has a Fantastic Chef and all the hostesses and waitresses are super special and treat each Member as a family member and makes extra fusses over them all the time. Waterford goes the extra mile to make sure that everyone is Loved that lives there. The Waterford is a great place for senior living at an affordable price. My Father has been there for a little over a month. As a frequent visitor (5 + days a week) I can personally attest to the friendliness of the entire staff. From the front desk to maintenance staff, everyone is friendly and helpful. Even the residents are helpful to explain the rules of the facility. A very special thanks to Cathy Porter for helping me get my Dad all settled in. The facilities are great with quite a bit for residents to do from movie night to trips to Red Lobster. They even bring in live entertainment on a regular basis. The food is good with multiple choices available for each meal. The staff can even bring meals to your room as they have room service for all meals as well.
