At first glance this would seem to be a Heavenly place. Don't fall for the hype. The place basically looks like the pics but it has grown old and faded. But hey, who cares if the place safe, clean and care is good? The safety and security are pretty tight, but look at my pics. My best friend was taken to this home on a Friday afternoon, following hip replacement surgery. The surgery went great, but here were a few medical issues afterwards that I won't go into because of HEPA. They weren't ready at the home, and were still cleaning up the room after a former patient. After waiting the room still was not clean. There was left over food items in the little fridge, and you can see the fecal matter on the front of the commode, a used tissue on the floor. This was still the situation on Sat. afternoon when I visited again. The cold water on the kitchen hand sink didn't work at all. But worst, they claimed to have received no orders for meds. My friend did not receive her first ordered medication until Sat. evening. This include not only pain meds, but her regular blood pressure etc. Her daughter brought her meds from home. The medical issues that arose in the hospital required her to have assistance to get up and walk, such as bathroom. The first three times she used her call light nothing happened. Her daughter and I had to run down an attendant. It seems there is a light right outside her door, but this does not go to the nurses desk. We never could find out if this was everyone or just her room. So, you're dependent on a nurse seeing the light. The problem there was a low number of workers visible, and one very over worked nurse. On Sat. the nurse says, "You know she can make it to the bathroom and I said, "Oh no, she cannot, she has to have help. And the nurse relates that, she has no such orders and I mention, you don't seem to have any orders at all. But she was willing to risk it. On Sat. when I showed up they were changing her bed. seems the plastic food storage bag with ice they'd place on her hips had leaked all over the bed. After this they were able to find a real icepack. When i asked about a water pitcher i was told they couldn't find any and must be out. If they don't have basic supplies that's scary all by itself. I wouldn't put my dog in that place. Luckily my friend got better quickly and is out. I would not put in a review while they still had her in their clutches. Don't let the pictures fool you.

I was away from my apartment for 92 days with two hospitalizations. I wasn’t strong enough to go back to my assisted living apartment so I went to Harrison at Heritage to help with skilled nursing care and physical therapy to strengthen me and my abilities to care for myself. The care I received was exceptional. Savannah, who oversaw the food and dietary, cared about my likes and dislikes and made sure I received what I needed. She also is an excellent cook. I had the very best of care by the nurses and the CNAs. To have caregivers to put on compression socks that I have to have correctly without bruising or hurting me was a blessing. All of the staff was kind and courteous to me at all times. When it was time for me to leave and go back to my apartment, I cried. I had received so much support and good care that I didn’t want to leave. I got back to my apartment and decided that I wanted to be closer to the new friends I had made at Harrison at Heritage so 8 days later I moved a mile away. I can go over there and feel the warmth and kindness and hugs that I received at Harrison at Heritage. The physical therapists, housekeepers, maintenance man, cnas, nurses, doctor, PA, everyone made me feel like I could get better and enjoy my future. I send my deepest love to all that I met and cared for me. If I should ever need help again, this would be the only place I would go. The Harrison at Heritage earns so much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I had an excellent experience with this facility. The staff consistently showed a caring and compassionate attitude toward residents and families, making everyone feel welcomed and supported. The nurses and caregivers were incredibly attentive, always checking in and responding quickly whenever assistance was needed. The facility itself was very clean, well-maintained, and organized, which gave us great peace of mind. You can tell the team takes pride in creating a comfortable and safe environment for residents. I was also very impressed with the professionalism of the administrative team. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Their responsiveness and dedication truly stood out. I encountered Kim who was extremely professional, kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend The Harrison at Heritage to anyone looking for a facility that genuinely prioritizes the well-being of its residents.

It’s ok, apparently getting discharged is a pain in the back side, I told my doctor I was Ted to go home , he said he would ask nurses, left and never came back. While I am older and on a walker, I am fully capable of putting a first rate frozen dinner in micro wave as well as their kitchen.

The Harrison at Heritage is a wonderful place for physical therapy as well as to receive 24 hour care in a beautiful skilled nursing center that is lavishly appointed! The food is wonderful and the staff members all provide exceptional friendly service to all residents and their guests! I cherish the friendships that I have made there!

From the moment my sister toured the facility to discharge I have had TLC. My nurses and CNA’s have been attentive and caring even when I have not been easy. Thank you Sylvia, Venica, and many more I cannot remember.

The care these nurses offer are amazing Evelyn, Tammy, Melissa, Arther, and Eddie. If you choose this facility you want these nurses caring for you or your loved one. These CNA’s Mary, both of the Ruth's, BeBe, and JoJo are great, Joselyn and Erin are great in restorative. We’ve seen amazing performances with our loved one getting the therapy under their care.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY THERE! It is a horrible place. They allowed my family member to sit in urine and feces, causing an infection. Then had the audacity, when they finally came in to clean her up, if I wanted to do it.🙄 I could go on, but will be submitting a formal complaint to the appropriate authorities.

This place is normally pretty good. But recently they suck. Their nurses don’t listen to us. [name removed] is the worst about listening to me. She is normally too busy. She doesn’t listen to what I’m trying to say to her. Normally this place is the greatest I have ever been in. Laura is very nice and always has time to talk to me.

You can tell they really care; I had a chance to speak to the director of nursing, Latonya & it was very evident she makes sure everyone is taken care of, including the nurses. I have lived here for 3 years and i have really penjoyed it. The Nursing Staff here is very good and the staff in general is very friendly and helpful! The Activity Director, Courtney, is Absolutely Incredible and always keeps you busy. The housekeeping staff keeps my room clean and the food is always good. If I do have a problem here i report it to my nurse and she will take care of it! I have visitors that always feel very welcomed! I plan on living here for as long as possible.

God is at work at this wonderful skilled nursing center! There is a chapel so the residents can worship and pray as well as state of the art medical equipment plus many different types of therapy available for residents to recover, get stronger, and rebuild their lives.

Early morning staff played a viscous trick on my wife, today May 26, 2025. She was told that the discomfort in her stomach was due to a stitch that she had in her stomach, that she would have to go to the hospital. They scared her, and she is afraid of staff. This is abuse

This place is unbelievely incredible. I have been to a lot of nursing homes with relatives and friends and have not seen much compassion inmany of them. This place has treated me with so much dignity and respect, kindness and compassion. I am here for skilled nursing with a fractured leg. They are so respectful of my limitations and help me constantly move that leg as I cannot move it on my own. The interact with the other residents in the same respectful manner that they interact with me the happiness and well-being that you can see and feel in this facility the warmth the Holy Spirit definitely walks these halls.

This facility not only looks and smells clean it is clean! My mother has been here for a short while and we have no issues with the cleanliness of the facility as a whole nor with my mother’s room. I love that I was allowed to rearrange the furniture and personalize her room. Now the staff, they are above and beyond. Their attentiveness to my mother’s needs, the way they greet visitors from the front entrance all way until they reach her room and their thoroughness in communicating with her and myself is excellent. We have had a 5 star experience with this facility. Communication is key and a friendly face helps too. I would highly recommend this place if you or a family member ever have to be in a facility such as The Harrison.

The therapy was incredibly good. Luis was encouraging and knowledgable. My care was wonderful Aide T obviously loves her job, being always upbeat and happy. Nurse Eddie and T both went above and beyond to take good care of me. Courtney the Activities Director planned fun activities and made everyone feel welcome. The food was good with adequate portions.
