My wife has been there for a week now and they still havent gotten her to where she can walk On the weekends she cant get anybody to answer the call button to get her into bed I call the facility and the nurse says they'll check and I've been on the phone afterwards for over a half an hour waiting for them to answer the call button ~~To me thats crappy service

Everyone at Encompass was so caring and helpful during our stay, but the one who stood out the most to us was Latrice Story! The first day she cared for my mom, her and Latrice instantly clicked and she was there for any and everything she wanted or needed. We are forever grateful for Latrice and cannot express enough how great she is not only at her job but as a person. She went above and beyond to make my mom feel comfortable and safe!

The staff is very friendly and caring and efficient. If I ever need rehab I'll come back here. Special shout to the therapist Rebecca, Brittany. Thank you to the nursing staff Latrice who was wonderful in helping me with my needs. Latrice also fussed at me and kept me on my toes. Charity was wonderful. Avy is wonderful very patient and sweet and helpful. Kelly in case management was attentive and helpful. Everyone was wonderful and making my experience as comfortable as possible. Dr. Donovan Dr Campbell and Londenman were great.

Before coming here I didn't know what to expect. I've been challenged in a good way. For therapy I had Brittany, OT, she was excellent she was very in tune, plans the sessions, is very thoughtful. I also had therapy with Collan, PTA. He was very thorough, he thinks about each person and their ability, he has a good sense of humor, and was very kind. In nursing Heip is good hearted and laughs all the time. Dr. Campbell was a good listener, he listened to the details of my challenges. If you're thinking of going to a different facility, maybe consider coming here instead.

I just finished a great physical therapy day with Collan and Cody. I have recently experienced personal loss and have lost a lot of muscle mass so I wasn't sure how things would go here but everyone here has been very encouraging and motivating. Rina in nursing has been so warm and kind. Grayson the therapy tech brings me my schedule in the morning and is a bright shining face. He helped me get to and from therapy sessions. Bert the nurse tech is friendly. I recommend this facility to anyone. They have a great staff here you will miss out if you choose another facility!

Collan was friendly, professional, and great therapist. Kelcy and Latrice are great, friendly, very supportive and caring Brittany and Tammy have been great and professional in my evaluation. This is my 2nd time in about 14 months, when hospital requested I go to rehab I told them that wanted to go back to Requested Encompass because of my excellent care before. I love the great PTA guy, Collan, he is so wonderful and understanding. I would recommend anyone to come to Encompass Central SW Fort Worth

I was truly impressed by the caring expertise of the people at Encompass City View. My treatment was effective with the guidance of a great, skilled staff of nurses, techs, PTs, PTAs, OTs, and OTAs. Their cheerful spirit and techniques were exemplary! Wishing I could remember all of their names, but I must mention: Jocelyn Hendrix, Brittany Hampton, Brittany OT, Rebecca PT, Nurse Hiep, PTA Cody, Louis Banda PTA, All Star Tech Cindy Coburn, Tech Wisdom, Nurse Niufuglu. NurseJovita, Nurse Muhammed, OT Gabriella (Gabby), Case worker Kelly. (More, but I have an old man's memory.)

Encompass City View helped me greatly to recover from my broken back injury. I could barely walk or stand up without assistance. Jesus in PT pushed me to be stronger and taught me how to basically walk again. I couldn't have done it without him. Rachel in OT was so patient and kind. She taught me new skills on every day chores. She even had to bear with me as I embarrassedly showered in front of her. She was the consummate professional. Nurse Rose was kind and so knowledgeable. The several days she was my nurse were great days. Nurse Valentine was there my first couple days and my last evening. Valentine is so funny, but also wonderful at her job. Nurse Karma was with me my last morning. So professional and prompt. And her positive attitude is contagious. She will go far in her continuing studies and career. Others to mention include OT Brittany. Brittany was probably the funniest and most fun person I worked with. And she wouldn't break the rules even when I had to pee in front of her. My Case Manager, Kelly, was very good, prompt, and professional. Everything went smoothly and off without a hitch when Kelly was involved. All the doctors were wonderful at the rehab hospital. My Dr. Campbell was so down to earth and very easy to talk to. He was also so knowledgeable. I would choose him as my doctor any day of the week. I'm sure I'm forgetting several wonderful people, but I hope everyone at the hospital is blessed.

The hospital was very clean and pleasant. I had a great roommate who was cognizant like me. The nurses were very good, especially Valentine Who came to the United States two months ago by herself from Kenya, and landed in Texas. She always had a beautiful smile and she was kind, and I loved her. The staff in physical therapy was very nice and they were patient. I wish I had been there a little bit longer to work on my balance more. Discharge was easy and they transported me to my house. It was a wonderful experience and I would go there if I needed rehab again

This is my second visit here and I chose to come back here out of the other facilities. My first visit I was overwhelmed thinking there's no way I'll accomplish what I need to but everyone has been so kind, thoughtful, and encouraging. Collan, Alyssa, Tara, Shay, Cody, and Lewis have given me confidence that I CAN accomplish the hard things. In nursing Priya and LaQuisha have been excellent. Dr. Bazir and Dr. Campbell are so kind. Staff here remembered me from the first time I was here and have come to visit with me. Being here is comfortable and welcoming.

After surgery I felt scared and thought the worst could happen. However after arriving here at Encompass, therapy was outstanding: Collan, Stacey, Vicky, and Kelly. They were all very nice to me and thorough, with this being my first time having therapy they reassured me, really helped me, and I appreciate them. I've always been a very independent person and I dont like asking people for help. Therapy helped me get back on my feet and feel more confident being independent. I have more to live in my life and I'm ready to get back to my family. I couldn't have done it without them. For nursing, Sami and Sheba were so kind. Also the rehab tech Grayson was helpful bringing me to and from therapy. The food was terrific as well! If you choose to go to another rehab facility, you are missing out. Dr. Bazaar has been awesome. Checks on me everyday. Latrice was awesome and brings me everything I need and I appreciate everything she done for me. Latrice goes over and beyond.Dr. Campbell was very nice. I also love Elizabeth the nurse was awesome.

Excellent care and patience. Very compassionate. Collan isa very outstanding young man. A great asset to any one he works with. Sophia is also an excellent nurse tech. Every one has been very patient, compassionate, confident and excel in doing whatever needs to be done. Sabin is also an excellent nurse. I will highly recommend anyone to come here for treatment.
