I have been taking care of a lady for over 2 years and I also volunteer to help on the days I'm there. We have been extremely happy with all the people at Brookdale Tanglewood. It is a very clean well-managed facility. The residence love the days they get to go out to different stores and restaurants. They have parties for the different holidays with food and usually music. The residents love to get up, dance and interact with the staff and family. I would not hesitate to put my loved one in this facility.

I have been coming into this facility for a very long time as a nurse from an outside company and I have seen it go through many changes. But right now it is the BEST it has ever been. The office staff and the care staff are the most loving and caring people there is. Every one of the employees goes above and beyond to make sure that all of the residents are taken care of. They work very well with the families and the outside care companies to make sure the residents have everything they want and need.

My mom moved in about a month ago. She has been treated with such kindness by everyone. Kristy, the director is awesome. She's very involved with the residents. She also runs a tight ship business wise which is greatly appreciated. Phone calls and texts are returned quickly from the nurses and techs. I can't say enough good things about this place!

My Mom has been a resident here for just shy of a year. She has Alzheimer's but they decided to try her in Assisted Living first before placing her in Memory Care. Brookdale was the only place to offer that and it was a game changer for us. Once she moved in she began to flourish being around the other residents and staff. Everyone that works there is awesome and very easy to communicate with. I've always felt in the loop when it comes to my Mom's care and appreciate the quick response when needed. They are always doing fun activities and when I see my Mom's pictures they post on their facebook page and she's happy, I know I made the right choice!

I was assisting my grandmother in making arrangements for assisted living, it was a difficult time overall. From the very first meeting, Shantrice was able to bring clarity and caring to the situation, we knew everything that we needed to know from our first visit, she was amazing. My grandmother has since moved in and she is VERY happy there and I am happy knowing she is in a good place with the most amazing staff. The interior courtyard is beautiful, her double room spacious, and the facility is clean and brightly lit. Everyone there is patient and kind, I think it’s wonderful!

My father is a very new resident (two weeks) however his stay has been awesome. He has fit in so well here. Making new friends and acquaintances. The entire staff from the cheerful ladies at the desk, the medical staff to the Sales Manager and to the Executive Director. Everyone is so genuinely helpful! I couldn’t imagine my father anywhere else.

If I could mark 10 stars I would! My parents tell me all the time how happy and content they are. The staff is very professional, caring, attentive and friendly. I have no worries when I travel, knowing that mom and dad will be very well cared for. The staff is very open with me and my sister, keeping us informed. It was the best decision we made, placing them in Brookdale Tanglewood Oaks. I would highly recommend them for your seniors.

Everyone at Brookdale tanglewood has been excellent. They are all the sweetest people, and very caring and understanding. Shantrice is who we communicate with the most at Brookdale and she has made our experience feel like home. She is so wonderful and will take care of you and your family like you’re her own.

Melinda O. took such great care of me, SHE IS LITERALLY THE BEST !!!! She was such a pleasure to work with and she just provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My heart broke when my grandmother had to leave her home. The staff here was filled with love and kindness. They went above and beyond to make her feel at home. My grandmother was blessed by these wonderful ladies!

Awesome Facility. My 92 year old Dad is a residence at Tanglewood and My wife and I our totally pleased with the superior care my dad receives. We are impressed with the administration, nursing, food, physical therapy and etc. We are happy customers.

My main concern for my father, as a resident, was safety, followed by compassionate care. I feel Brookdale did a good job in both those areas. There is no such thing as a perfect assisted living home. Caregivers are not adequately paid for the work they are required to do, so there is a lot of turnover. Good management is the key, and management's level of integrity filters down. My family was very fortunate in that the Brookdale Facility my dad lived in had excellent managers. I formed personal relationships with as many staff as I could, and I believe that helped them make positive relationships with my father.

This is a wonderful community with kind, caring staff. My grandmother is in Memory Care and the manager, Mindy, is always kind and friendly. She sends pictures of grandma doing all kinds of fun things and keeps us updated with phone calls weekly. I know its difficult with Covid, but she is always positive and friendly. I trust the staff at Tanglewood Oaks and my mom and dad rest easy at night knowing shes well taken care of. When we visit everyone is so friendly and attentive. I can tell the people that work there love their jobs. Im also very impressed they have managed to keep Covid out of their building. I would recommend these great people 10-10.

My 103 year old mother resides in the Memory Care unit receives loving care from Mindy, Nurse Manager staff. Mindy helps our family talk to Mom on the phone; sends us pictures of Mom doing crafts sporting a new hairstyle, red lipstick nail polish! Mindy also created a Memory Board of Moms life! I am so grateful that Mom receives affectionate care from Mindy staff! Thank you for making Mom happy during this chapter of her life! God bless all of you!
