I'm so grateful to have found The Ridglea. My dad is recovering from surgery and has been enjoying living here. They were so helpful and accommodating! I appreciate all the support we've received. Thank you very much to the staff, like Levi, and everyone who helps my dad every day at The Ridglea!

My clients family recently moved their loved one here to the Ridgelea it has been an absolutely wonderful experience....The staff here are absolutely amazing they go above and beyond for the residents here especially a woman by the name of Trenisha who works in the kitchen...She goes above and beyond for each and everyone in the Dining Hall and she does it with a smile every single time....I think this young lady deserves some type of recognition for the service she provides each and every day....Thank you Trenisha for all that you do...You are truly a blessing to the Ridgelea Community ™

My family recently toured Ridglea Assisted Living & Memory Care while searching for the right memory care community for my uncle. In my profession, I had been to The Ridglea several times and knew how beautiful it was, and what a great team they have. However, this was my first time looking at it with a different lens, so I wanted to recognize the outstanding experience we had. A family member came in from Austin on a Sunday to look for options for my uncle, (and that is not a typical day to do a tour). Levi was an incredible resource throughout the process. He called me back on a Sunday morning on his day off, and was kind, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He answered our questions with patience and compassion. I also want to thank Schumellia for graciously stepping in to give us a tour on a Sunday evening. That willingness to accommodate our schedule spoke volumes about the team’s commitment to serving families. Choosing memory care is never easy, and we truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and care we experienced during our visit. Thank you, Levi and Schumellia, for making a difficult process a little easier.

We recently moved my Mimi in following a stay at another ALF and she is doing so well! The staff has gone above and beyond for our family and accepted her like family. We get updates and they have worked to ensure she adjusts well and gets everything she needs! Levi, Brandi, and Maria have been so extremely wonderful and we are so thankful for everything they have done. Highly recommend The Ridglea!

They say you’ll know when it’s The One, which is especially crucial when selecting important relationships in your life such as the assisted living facility for your parent. My mom reluctantly accepted it was time to leave her beloved home of decades, acknowledging she needed help. I was tasked with the immense responsibility of finding her a place she would hopefully come to love and think of as Home. And I wanted a smaller to medium sized facility thinking it would encourage familiarity, friendships and, ideally, even a place Where everyone knows your (her) name. Walking into The Ridglea, my first impression was how beautiful it was gorgeous antiques, chandeliers, lovely colors, a huge, inviting dining room, lots of windows and natural light. My second impression, can the people be as wonderful as the attractive setting? And third, there is absolutely no way we can afford this. We were given a tour, questions answered as were all of the additional questions I thought of after we left, and for days on end. We were invited to meals to try the food and meet the chef (they have a chef!). We were included in activities so we could experience them for ourselves. The staff, we discovered, were compassionate and caring. And we came to the thrilling realization we could make this work, the costs were comparable to similar facilities, but ones not nearly as exceptional I think my mom is exceptional and that’s what I wanted for her. My mom went from living alone and having almost no social contact, to my family and I now having a hard time reaching her because she’s so busy! Flower arranging classes, bible studies, chair exercises, shopping/eating excursions, sing-a-longs, hot chocolate socials, and, yes, even bingo. She also enjoys roaming around, getting exercise and finding people to meet and visit with. She receives fresh flowers in her room once a week. They encourage residents to come to the dining room for meals but you can certainly stay in your room if you prefer. They have an app that lets you know when they participate in an activity. There are monthly Family Nights where they have live music, raffle drawings and it’s an all-around festive atmosphere. For your birthday, you get to pick three favorite meals, the chef selects one and he makes it especially for you! My mom is back to being the dynamic, social person she was. I thought we had forever lost that version of her but, thankfully, she has returned. And in true Happy Ending fashion, almost everyone at The Ridglea now knows my mom’s name mine, too! And we’re trying our best to learn all of theirs. She is Home. Five stars for The Ridglea and their caring staff.

The change during this period in our life was hard until we found Ridglea. Opened the door and it was home instantly. Michela welcomed us with open arms. And from then on the change of life became just a next step to realizing our entire journey led us to here. Seven months later we are still thankful. I have my beautiful caregiver Leslie, wonderful Chef Fernando, Emilie, and the executive director Liz. I cannot name them all but everyone here has been just wonderful.
January 2026
We moved our parents here 6 months ago. My father was very sick but he wanted to get my mother settled while he was still alive to help her transition better. It was an extremely stressful time for our family but Liz and Michela and all of the wonderful caregivers made the transition easier. My parents felt at home right away. My dad’s last real enjoyment in life was having a nice meal. He loved the food provided by Chef Fernando! My father has since passed, but the staff has been there for our mother to give her a hug, check on her frequently, and keep her involved in all of the activities. I can’t say enough nice things about Linda, the activities director and John the assistant. They both have shown incredible interest and care for my mother. They plan many fun activities for the residents. The Ridglea is clean and well maintained. It smells good from the minute you walk in! The residents are also very sweet and we have enjoyed getting to know them also! I highly recommend family night! Such a great way to get to know everyone.

The best senior living community with the best staff! Truly a gem of a place!
September 2025
My mom moved into Ridglea Senior Living a couple months ago, and it’s been a really positive experience for her (and for us). The staff is super friendly and always helpful”they really seem to care about the residents, which means a lot. The place is clean, comfortable, and has a really welcoming feel. It was a big decision to move her, but seeing how happy and well cared for she is makes us feel like we absolutely made the right choice. Ridglea has been a great fit, and we’re really thankful for the people there who make it feel like home.
May 2025
The staff at Ridglea Senior Living were very helpful during our tour of available assisted living single rooms. They answered all our questions and presented us with the options of reducing the room size and level of care. The transition of daily care and medication from the 3rd to the 1st floor was handled with remarkable efficiency and care, ensuring a smooth adjustment for our loved one. We truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to resident well-being.
May 2025
My mother and father in law moved in to the Ridglea five years ago. We cannot express how appreciative we are to the staff for their caring support during these five years. When my mil was dying, they helped us arrange for hospice and cared for all of us throughout the transition. When my 100 year old fil broke his hip last September, they provided the support for him to come back to the Ridglea and recieve services to become active in the community again. The Ridglea staff are kind, compassionate and always there when needed. The facility is cheerful and lovely.
May 2025
Our mom has been living here for the past 3 months and she is loving it there. There are so many fun activities that she's been participating in. The staff are always cking in with her. All of us kids of hers have such peace of mind knowing she's living in such a wonderful place
March 2025
My dad has lived at The Ridglea for almost 2 months now.. he is very comfortable there. Our family has been very pleased with his care.
February 2025
I moved my wife to the Ridglea about 6 months ago. She had a stroke and requires a lot of attention. I kept her at home over two years until it became necessary to make changes. I reviewed many nearby care facilities and when I found the Ridglea it was a great relief. The facility is approximately 5 years old, the rooms are sizeable, well maintained and have all the important features. Our experience has been very positive! It is a difficult decision to place your loved one in the care of others, but the Ridglea is the best decision I could have made as they are well organized, caring, and friendly. The staff is very responsive, professional, and accessible. Ridglea is small enough to know all the residents and as a family big enough to provide a full range of services. They have daily activities, beauty parlor, good food, nice clean facilities and in house therapy. You'll be welcomed by Michela who is well suited for her role and a continuous outgoing fun personality. Stephanie the new GM, knows the operation from bottom to top and is a good listener. They will know your name and will be a pleasure to work with. When I looked over the other comments on this site, I noted that the negatives were all over two years old. There must have been a turnaround, because that's not the case now. You'll be pleased with the Ridglea.
February 2025
We were worried about Dad's care. No more! The staff is caring, the senior-care service is superb, and the processes from corporate down are excellent. Recommend this place highly!
February 2025
Amazing! That is the word that best describes The Ridglea. We recently moved my mom here after less than fortunate experience at a different Senior Living community. After touring the facility with Michela who has been absolutely incredible this entire process, we knew that this is where my mom needed to be. The apartments are beautiful, modern and bright. The Ridglea is top-notch and full of the most friendly staff and residence we have ever experienced. The food is outstanding and the activities keep my mom constantly active and entertained. The amenities from the hair salon to the nail salon are so helpful not having to go out into the community she can enjoy this from the comfort of her home. William the director has also been outstanding. Any question I have it’s immediately answered. Any concern I’ve had is immediately taken care of. I would highly recommend touring this facility so you can see how incredible it really is.

The Ridglea has been such a blessing. We moved my mother-in-law into The Ridglea a little over a month ago, and we have already seen great improvements in her mood, mobility and general health. The staff has been incredibly kind and caring. I could not ask for a better experience.

June 2024
Everone is just so AWESOME to my Mother. They help her and really care about her. She is enjoying living there.
June 2024
We moved our grandma into the Ridglea in the middle of May. From the first tour, we knew it was the right place. The staff is kind and caring. They understand how hard the transition into senior living is and do everything they can to make our grandma feel as at home as she can. The peace of mind my family has knowing she is safe and surounded by this wonderful staff is priceless.
June 2024
My mom moved here a few months ago and it has been a great experience. Management and the care team understands her needs and are very accommodating. Highly recommend if you’re looking around for a place for your family.
May 2024
TLDR: I don't think we could have found a better place to care for our folks. My apologies if this is long, It's been about 2 months now so I figure I can give an honest review. Without giving too many details we discovered both of our parents dementias right about the same time (they had to put their dog down and that triggered it), one mild the other presenting with moderate at the time with delirium. No facility is perfect when you want someone to care for your folks because they aren't you, and aren't nurse-doctor-therapist-bodyguard-priest-bestfriend combos. Well, the folks here are the next best thing. From the start the staff wouldn't stop answering questions until we ran out of them. The entire facility embraces a very positive and passionate caring attitude that every single individual really exudes. The wellness director and her staff are never to busy to address any concerns you might have and to have an honest and frank discussion about care. The initial experience has continued and I still am amazed how these folks can work as hard as they do, stay positively caring about both their staff and residents, and somehow not seem exhausted at the end of their day. I would love to see an orientation for new residents - A "walkthrough" of the facility a day or two after they've moved in. Soon enough to make them feel welcome but not too soon that they are overwhelmed. I believe that would have helped my parents transition sooner. That's really the only thing I can think of that could improve. I do see how difficult it is to provide a welcoming atmosphere for such a wide range of abilities and diverse desires of residents. At the end of the day knowing that my folks are safe, fed, have their medication, and have some semblance of a schedule has done wonders for both them and me. One parent had lost 45 lbs (in a bad way) due to the amount of care he was providing to the other and stopped caring for himself . He's already gained back 5 lbs and just looks and seems so much happier. If you are looking for a facility, I encourage you too look at as many as you can, make sure they just "feel" right by having a meal and listening to the residents. Is there any laughter, talking, people having a good time or is everyone frowning and trying to get through their meal as fast as possible? Talk to a few residents, there is always someone that would love some company. Get their opinion. Find the hardest working caregiver, cna, or maintenance person and talk to them. Are the staff all in a good mood or are they just trying to get through the day? Do the staff talk to the residents like they genuinely care or just trying to get on to the next task? The Ridglea marked all the boxes for me and it really does make a difference in the environment. That will have a tremendous impact on how well the transition is for you or your loved one and you can't spend too much time on it. Make sure it's the right fit for your loved one(s) and you.
May 2024
Assistant Wellness Director Cassie always goes above and beyond her duties and responsibilities to make sure each of the residents have the utmost care. She takes the time to get to know each resident on a personal level and spends as much time as necessary with each resident. Cassie always displays a friendly disposition, is professional and calm under pressure. She always has a warm smile, and will gladly give you a hug! Thank you Cassie!

My wife and I moved into the Ridglea Sr living Memory Care Jan 13, 2024 as our former assisted living facility sold to another company that’s going to covert in to an apartment complex. We could not have found another Senior living facility that we love as much as the Ridglea. The entire staff cares about the residents living here. We are served three excellent meals a day from an extended menu. We have an activity director that plans many activities for us to participate in and enjoy each day. The staff clean our apartment, makes our bed, takes out the trash, brings us our prescription meds, etc. the administrative staff including the Sr. Executive director listens to our concerns and addresses them. If you or a loved one is in need of Sr care I recommend that you call the Ridglea and arrange an appointment. Owen G. And Becky Christian.

We just moved my mother-in-law here. She was so nervous to be going anywhere but home. The staff at the Ridglea were so sweet to her and helped make her first day there wonderful. The staff have been very kind to our family. Her first evening there, numerous residents came by and introduced themselves and offered to help her if she needs it.

Levi Malone and staff are terrific. Civitas, if you are listening this guy is a keeper!
November 2023
I have been at The Ridglea for a little more than 3 years. My Yorkie and I are both very happy here. The staff is as good as it gets. The Med Techs and the Care Givers are very professional and make every effort to take care of both me and the dog. While the dog is not their main job, they are kind enough to make sure she gets out to use the bathroom on Sundays while I am gone to church. The care staff has taken good care of me and my health and I am grateful. We have an Events Coordinator and she tries to always have something good for us to be entertained and kept a little busy, but not too busy. She has things for us to do both onsite and offsite. I like to take advantage when my health and the weather permits. One of the things I have enjoyed most here at The Ridglea is an opportunity to meet new people and make many friends. This is truly a pleasant home for us surronded by many folks of a like age and lots to talk about. And I will talk to any one who will listen to me about the Dallas Mavericks.
October 2023
The Ridglea is amazing! The building is beautiful, the activities are fun and the people make the difference. So thankful for Pamela and Brandi - they really make it a home for all the residents!
October 2023
Where do I start The Ridglea is AMAZING!!! They have an awesome team and dedicated staff. They’re compassionate and professional and treats everyone like family. The Ridglea has a dedicated memory care for residents with dementia or cognition deficits. These residents receive excellent care from the care team and participate in daily activities that are appropriate for them. The residents apartments are very spacious, clean, and beautiful. Now, let’s talk about the food. It’s restaurant style prepared daily by the head Chef and his team. It is simply divine. The Ridglea is truly a well kept secret. Please check them out for your loved one today. You won’t be disappointed.

I can not say enough wonderful things about The Ridglea. It is nestled in the heart of Fort Worth. The impeccable staff, Brandi, Kaylee, Pam, Ashley and Keisha and the entire team make you feel at home. Their compassionate professionalism provides residents and their families with exceptional and unparalleled care. I give this high end community my highest recommendation!!
November 2022
Mrs. Pam at The Ridglea is AMAZING! She is by far one of the friendliest and sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and approachable. She is on par with the facility’s standard of being at the top of the industry in every aspect. If you have a loved one looking for an ALF, look no further!

Love this place!!! I was invited to talk about massage. We had a Happy Hour and it was so much fun. The residents are so happy and the staff is doing amazing job working for them.

Mom is 95, blind, and in need of the maximum care possible. The folks at Ridglea have treated my mom the way they would treat their own, and when I leave the facility I do not worry in the least about the care she will receive in my absence. Mom knows the care staff loves her and wants only the best for her. Office personnel have been most helpful in coordinating medical care, insurance, etc., and are always responsive to our needs. I know we made the right choice.
September 2020
Amazing service and new front desk lady I think her name starts with a B, nice and helpful.
June 2020
My mother was in a DIFFERENT local memory care residence for 7 years. I was there multiple times a week until she passed away in 2016. I wish that The Ridglea had been available to us back then. I am beyond impressed and grateful for this Civitas community... I know 4 of the residents and have known their families for 25 + years! I am thrilled to say that these residents are in wonderful loving hands!!
June 2020
My mom has been here since March just prior to SIP. She is well cared for and attended to perfectly. The staff is loving and again very attentive. The activity director is on it! Loneliness should not be an issue as there are plenty of activities to pick and choose from. I’m so happy we chose The Ridglea.
June 2020
We relocated our mother to the Ridglea last February, from another continuum of care facility in Ft Worth. Our timing could not have been better, as she was failing in the other facility. The Ridglea is staffed with friendly, caring personnel, it is very well maintained and she actually enjoys the meal choices! Given the current restrictions against socializing, they have still managed to keep her somewhat entertained and involved with daily activities. I would highly recommend it for Assisted Living care.
June 2019
Friendly staff. Very nice community.
May 2019
Gorgeous community with caring and compassionate staff. Residents are happy and enjoy the sense of family that the staff creates. Our mutual clients are well cared for at The Ridglea. We recommend them often to seniors and their families.
March 2019
My mother has been a resident of The Ridglea’s Memory Care for the past 9 months and we couldn’t be more pleased with the love and care she receives each and every day. She has been loved, cared for, and treated like family by the caretakers. Inez specifically has been a beautiful example of what all caretakers should be. What sets Ridglea’s Memory Care apart from other’s and makes us adore having our mother there is the Activities Coordinator, Ashlee Moore. She is a priceless gem that loves, cares, and continuously brings joy and purpose into the lives of each resident. The residents aren’t just being cared for, Ashlee makes sure they’re living a fun and fulfilling life. Dementia takes away so many things, yet Ashlee continuously blows us away with the extra love and effort she puts into giving her residents a happy life. The world needs more Ashlee’s and the Memory Care residents at Ridglea are truly blessed to have her as family.
