The residents staying with us love the support and help they get while also enjoying their privacy. Seniors have their choice of studio, 1 or 2 bedroom units. Apartments with private baths and kitchenettes are also available. The staff is some of the best in Fort Worth, they're always available to help with any level of services our residents need. We can assist with medical reminders to designing exercise programs and scheduling entertainment events. We designed the dining area at Bristol Park at Eagle Mountain to be a cozy, home style setting for our residents and family members. Our specialty is customized menus that provide delicious, home cooked meals that meet the needs of all residents.

Our mother has been at Bristol Park since January 2020. When she entered the facility we were concerned for her long term health and well being fearing that she did not have much time left with us. However since entering Bristol Park we have seen her start to thrive in all areas and has made a complete turn around. She attends and enjoys their daily activities, has made new friends, and is much happier now that she is here. We no longer worry about her receiving the care she needs which has given us peace of mind. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would like to give a special shout out to Frances who has been phenomenal with helping her and seeing to her needs. Terri was great getting her settled in and directed us to getting VA assistance and is always available to answer any questions we have had along the way. The facility is always well maintained and clean. The food choices are great, with a varied menu and there is always the option of the anytime menu to provide additional choices. The food is restaurant quality, not your typical institutional type food. We have been very please with Bristol Park and how our mother has thrived since coming here. Thanks to everyone at Bristol Park for all you do!

I began my journey with this community in June of 2020 and I will be forever Blessed with the decision I made to become a part of the Eagle Mountain Family. We have grown so much as a family and team over the course of the almost year that I have been on the Leadership team. I cannot begin to tell you all the associates that bring Joy to our Residents everyday and how much I admire each one for their contributions to our Residents. Working here is really Wonderful and I would not trade this family. Thank you to Our Team at Eagle Mountain you guys are AMAZING!!!

My mother has lived here since October 2021 and I am so happy with the care she is getting. I can’t say enough good things about the Lifestyle staff - Tammie and Joyce are wonderful and very encouraging. They have been able to get my mother to participate in activities - a huge accomplishment! My mother can be difficult sometimes but the staff is learning how to work with her and I appreciate that! Everyone I have dealt with have been very courteous and caring and they are good at communicating. The facility is very clean and homey. On-site PT/OT provide a great service.

I was the Health Services Director at Heartis Eagle Mountain. I recently left to spend more time with my family (including a special needs child), but I left a piece of my heart there. The staff is very caring and conscientious. It all starts with the Executive Director, who has a heart of gold. The food is wonderful, thanks to the amazing Dining Services Director and her staff. There are many long-time employees...some have been there since the community opened. The Marketing Director is the former ombudsman for the region and she chose to work at this community out of the many communities she oversaw. And the residents and families are fabulous! I highly recommend Heartis Eagle Mountain! If I had a loved one in need of Assisted Living or Memory Care, Heartis would be my number one choice!

I toured the Heartis Eagle Mountain location in fort worth last week and it is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! The facility smelled clean the residence looked very well and happy. I enjoyed the cooking demonstration that I attended! I highly recommend this facility for anybody that is needing an assisted living or memory care for your loved ones .

They have the most though and compassionate Administrator, Keri, I have known for three years as a former employee. You can definitely not go wrong trusting yourself , nor your Loved ones under her care!
