Avalon Memory Care took great care of my grandmother and my father; both received loving care and were treated like family. The people who manage the facility truly care for the people in their care. It was a difficult time, but the folks at Avalon gave us a sense of comfort.

Avalon Memory Care went above and beyond for my Dad. My father was a resident at Avalon in FW off of Boat Club Rd. The staff was amazing. They were respectful, kind, and attentive to my father and his needs. I will forever be grateful to them for the care they provided in his last days. Thank you, Avalon, for all of your knowledge and care.

Mom was at Avalon in Fort Worth for over three years. She was treated with compassion, love, and care until she passed. She was content during her entire stay. When originally looking for a memory care for mom what impressed me most was the length of time that their employees stay. There is not a constant turnover of people. I see the same familiar faces when I visit. During the Covid pandemic the level of communications was superb. I feel that they went above and beyond the basic necessitates in letting us know what was going on with Mom, setting up video visits, just a simple phone call (without asking for one) letting me know that mom is eating well, made the whole situation a little more bearable. I would highly recommend not only this facility but any of their other facilities. This level of care is learned from the top and it shows.

I wanted to take a moment to share how Jennifer and the staff at Avalon Memory Care have taken care of my sister in this difficult time. They have kept me updated as to her care and how she is doing. My sister has been there for almost 4 years. They are always helping her to eat if she cant do it on her own. They seem to have my sisters best interest always. I know if I need to know something -- they will reach out to me. This gives me peace of mind since I cant go see her all the time. I am very grateful for the care she receives.

When you find a place where the precious time left can be experienced with loving care and attention, your peace of mind is priceless. Avalon, The Willows has taken very good care of my father who has dementia, and provided me with excellent customer service. As I dont live in Texas, it is very extremely important to get quick, accurate information about my dads care and health. Jennifer Henry and her friendly, helpful staff have been excellent. I would highly recommend Avalon, The Willows to anyone seeking residential care for a loved one.

Sunday I was able to visit my mother after the long months of waiting this pandemic has created for so many. I am retired from nursing and can only imagine the stress Covid has created in care facilities. I must commend the staff at Avalon, Fort Worth throughout these months for their care of my mother. She has dementia and no concept of time, forgetting we have been there if we leave and return again in 30 minutes. This has been her pattern for the past 4 years. We have felt she is safe and cared for well throughout these 4 years.Communication has always gone well, my sister is the main communicator but I am contacted also. Our greatest concern for our mother has been her safety and good care. We have seen quality care from this staff throughout the four years. She has lived in a safe environment. We cant thank Avalon enough for this good care which gives us peace of mind.With that said, it is because of this good care, we have been able to keep our peace in spite of the restrictions on visits. We, also, are grateful for the attention paid to our mothers care in helping her (and all the patients) have as low as possible exposure to Covid. It has not been easy to not see her but we understand the risk to her and all.My outdoor visit with her Sunday was lovely. She had no sense of time or not having seen me. She was her pleasant self, relaxed and talked on about all sorts of things. The outdoor setting was lovely, the staff was kind and caring. They were genuinely pleased and happy to help me visit with her.This has been a difficult time for everyone, thank you to all the staff at Avalon as you have juggled your lives, our family members lives and our needs. Our family appreciates the care you provide and work you do. I highly recommend this facility and staff if you have a need for this care. We have been very satisfied with the care here.

Avalon in Lake Worth was a wonderful choice for mom!! Jennifer and her staff were so great! Always so loving, caring and attentive. Always made sure moms needs were met. Quick to call us when the need arose. They often did fun activities, family barbecues, holiday parties! Moms favorite was when Santa came . My mother has been in Avalon for nearly 3 years. The staff has been wonderful. They are considerate and kind. Mom is comfortable and happy. I highly recommend AvalonIt has now been 4 years since my mother came to Avalon Memory Care. The Fort Worth, Lake Worth facilty has been a blessing. Mom is happy and has become part of the Avalon family. During this time of Covid 19, I have not worried about her care. They have kept me informed and gone above and beyond to take care of her and protect her and the other residents. I highly recommend Avalon.

I was desperate for good care for my mother when a friend recommended Avalon in Fort Worth. I brought her there and it was the best decision of my life. Excellent care and such compassionate people. I could finally relax and not be afraid. I could call them easily with my questions and they would call me if there were any problems. I visited quite a bit and the staff was pleasant and answered my questions, and I was able to witness the wonderful care.

My father was in Avalon and had many mental health issues (depression, anxiety, etc) and the staff at Avalon provided exceptional care and provided a great home for him. This was the 3rd facility he was in as he kept needing more one on one care and attention to his mental health issues. Jennifer and her staff at the Boat Club Rd location kept the family informed and on the few occasions where his medical needs surpassed their abilities, they quickly sent him to a hospital to get medical treatment. We love Avalon and recommend them to anyone searching for a facility for their loved one as we know this is a very hard time and a very hard decision.
