My 96 yr old Uncle is currently on his second stay at VibraLife El Paso. He is receiving the same excellent care he received there a year ago after his hospital stay. Staff is excellent and so caring. Rehab is excellent. All his needs are met. Thank you all for helping restore him to good health. Judy Maag

I visited VibraLife El Paso 3 days ago. From the moment I opened the door staff was genuinely welcoming. I was looking for information for my fiancé and although he did not go to VibraLife it was their staff that gave me the contact information and obtained the confirmation for another facility. They did not push any facility. The provided information about facilities that his insurance covered. My fiancé is in one of the facilities we chose and is doing well. Heaven forbid he ever needs a SNF again but if he does I will first look to see if he has the right insurance plan where VidaLife in part of the network. Thank you ladies. The three of you are most awesome!!!

My mom has been a resident at this facility for a few months now. I honestly don't believe I could have chosen a better place. The staff has been caring and understanding with our particular situation. Araceli, Jennifer and Gaby as well as Jessica and Maria among others have really shown great character and provided support through the most difficult of times. I am grateful and appreciative of everything they continue to do for mom.

This Covid crisis has heightened concern for everyone whose elder parents need 24, 7 care. My mom, now 96, has been living alone (Im her only daughter, now quarantined in NYC). During Covid, her health spiraled downhill fast. She hit the Life Alert in June, went from the hospital to rehab at Vibralife. EVERYONE realized how isolated she was & how frantic I was on the other end of the country. However, the staff at Vibralife were completely awesome! Knowing the phases of anger & frustration to acceptance that, Im sure, every person losing their independence must experience.Being able to easily transfer moms landline to her room at Vibralife was a perk (the new facility - Medicare, Medicaid covered) does not have. A cell was the only way to go.The integrity & honesty, too, were integral to trusting what few possessions I sent would stay w, her. Even now that shes at a different facility, they still help when I call. to all involved in this challenging profession.

I was 1 wk at Vibra Life and was very pleased with the care I received. The nurses and CNAs, housekeeping , PT, OT and all the others that were involved with my recovery were wonderful. Friendly, compassionate, and knowledgable .

My friend Mr.Hepner is currently a patient there Im so pleased that he was recommended this place,after looking at two other locations this is a palace unfortunately other locations are older but very much unkept and looked dirty.The staff I have found very helpful and gracious if you have a Loved one a Friend in need of rehab or a place for assisted living.I definitely say look no further.Keep up the Good Work, and most importantly the upkeep of this beautiful building . Very Important! Regards Art & Thanks Again.

Have gone several times to visit my wifes aunt there. Toured the place. Awesome place if you have to be in a place like this with great nurses. Always someone there to answer questions.

This is a new place that hasnt been opened too long so they have a few kinks to wrk, hopefully it all gets wrkd out sooner than later otherwise its a very nice place to place a loved one here.
