I moved my Mother into the community nine months ago. I have been very happy with the facilities and the recent remodel has made the place shine. Everything is always very clean and the Management and staff always are very responsive and friendly. My mother enjoys the activities that she participates in. There is always something to do. Mom always finishes the good variety of food served in the Dining room daily. Rio Norte has been Fantastic choice for my Mother.

Looking for a Place for Mom. Soltice Senior Assisted Living is the place. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away with The grand entry way and large dining room. The staff was very friendly. I did not have an appointment, but was treated as if I had. It was very clean, well maintained, bright and a place that I would want my mom to call home. The Staff was professional and answered all our questions. I want to thank Elena, Aurora, Veronica and Laura for all they do to make this place special. My mom is now living at Solstice and is loving it. She loves the activities they have daily and the friends she has made. Laura is the activities director and is great at it. Thank you Laura. Our father has lived at Solstice for over six months and the team there has helped him transition and gone above and beyond to help him feel at home. Solstice offers a clean bright space for seniors to comfortably engage with one another or have their privacy. The atmosphere is uplifting and the staff are welcoming and professional. A variety of enriching activities are offered as well as some transportation for those residents no longer driving. Veronica has helped us by assisting my father and answering his questions, which there are many! We live a 6-7 hour flight away, so it means a lot to us knowing our dad has his needs met and lives in a safe, clean, positive environment!

Im a health care provider who participated in event they have all year around. The atmosphere is great the patients participated in events. The staff is great they treat you like you are part of the team. Elena always has her door open to everyone. We have patients that are just talking how they enjoy living there. I really enjoy going to see the facility because its always very clean and how they decorate for every holiday makes it so welcoming to us. I just want to say if your looking for a place for your love ones. You need to go an get a tour from Aurora and you will fall in love with the place and how everyone is a so friendly and helpful.

We made the decision to move my father to Solstice at Rio Norte last year, and it's been one of the best decisions we've ever made. We when contacted them, they immediately scheduled a tour and showed us the beautiful facilities and shared all of activities they have for their tenants. The move in was easy and the apartment was upgraded with new flooring and paint. The services are great! Whenever we have a question or request, the staff will call us immediately to assist us. We look forward to the annual Thanksgiving and Christmas Family dinners...I cannot think of a more comfortable place for my dad to reside. I highly recommend them.

I want to share my experience on a recent visit, as I was looking for a place for my Grandma. I found this gem of a place called Rio Norte. Oh my gosh, what a place. I was greeted by a young lady at the front desk who offered me a delicious drink made with cranberry juice. Quite tasty. Then a lady at the front office took care of me by showing me the place. I do have to say that she was very knowledgeable about people with dementia. I wanted to speak with her about my Grandma. It turns out that my Grandma does not make enough to live there, but, she did offer me some great advice of who could help her. Later that day, I received a call from a lady that could take my Grandma that week. Talk about a lifesaver. My Grandma is now safe and not at risk of ever getting lost again. Thank you Elena. This place is well worth visiting. God Bless

I recomend this senior living community to anyone looking for a caring place. I encountered a nember of their staff at a East side Wal Mart helping the residents get back into tbe vehicle that takes them back to the center in such a caring and patient way, it caught my attention. There was a lot of bags to be loaded into the vehicle, the seniors were already in their seats and tbe employee was patiently loading their bags. Glad to know there is good people to attend to senior communities. –’

Our church scouting group (Western Eagles Adventurers Club) have often visited the residents at the Solstice Center, coordinating with their wonderful Activities Director, Laura. I have observed a clean and spacious living space, with beautiful grounds. The staff have always been very friendly, not only with the kids in our group, but have observed staff attending to the residents, making time for any concerns or just conversation, as well as looking out for their safety. Laura is so good at attending to their emotional health by providing varying activities that promote mental stimulation and friendships. Visiting the residents at Solstice has always been a positive experience!

Arrora and Elena are professional and prompt at addressing my questions and concerns. The atmosphere at Solstice is beautiful, warm and welcoming, the services cover every need for our loved one from Doctors, to physical therapy and Healthcare. Through their experience and extensive knowledge they have been a God sent in guiding us to provide care for our mother. The care givers Terri and Veronica are phenomenal! My cousin moved to El Paso a few months ago. We visited several places and found that this facility offered every thing she wanted and needed. We saw several rooms and found a perfect one with a large bedroom and bathroom, living room and and small kitchen. It also had a tiny patio for plants and a puppy if she decides to get one. It has lots a light coming into the room. They provide 3 meals a day so we don't have to worry about her meals. Housekeeping is provided once a week. There are many more amenities offered. I feel it is a safe and happy environment for her.

Several residents sitting around socializing and appeared relaxed enjoying themselves. I believe that my mother will find the living accommodations to her satisfaction. I unexpectedly visited Solstice on a Sunday afternoon not knowing I would be warmly greeted by the communitys Executive Director. I had several questions in regards to Covid precautions, pricing ,apartment layouts ,etc. All of my questions were answered and I was extremely impressed on everything they have in place to keep they're residents safe and healthy. We plan to move back to El Paso soon and I am happy to say I have found my grandfather his new home . Great friendly clean community .

I have been searching for a senior living home for my father and have contacted multiple locations to find just the right fit. Hands down, none compared to the level of attention and quality of service that I received at Solstice. Omar was incredibly helpful and informative, answering all of my questions and addressing each of my concerns. I also met with Joy, who greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. She gave us a wonderful overview of the facility, meals, activities and more. She really took the time to get to know my father and his needs. I would highly recommend giving Solstice a call to anyone looking for housing for their loved one.

I am reviewing and researching independent senior living in El Paso, Texas for my mother who will be moving here within the year. I believe there are 4 facilities in El Paso and after reviewing them all I believe we will be going with Solstice. I dropped my elderly mother here to visit her elderly friend. Staff at the entrance greeted us warmly and checked our identifications for security reasons. The grounds looked neat and well maintained. The interior looked clean. There were several areas that looked inviting to sit and chat with residents. Staff in other areas and on the second floor were friendly. It was my first visit there.

We visit Rio Norte in El Paso several times a year. My father has been living there for about two years now and he really loves it, and best of all, it is pretty inexpensive compared to other places (e.g. Royal Estates - another great facility in El Paso), and way less expensive than retirement living in places like Phoenix, Sun City, Sun Lakes, and Tucson (Arizona). We have always found the management team to be very responsive to our needs. Meals are very good - usually very healthy. Everyone raves over all of the deserts - and I too can attest their deserts are excellent. I think it would be difficult to find a better retirement community for yourself or your loved one. I highly recommend Rio Norte!
