Today I approached Los Arcos office with a concern and I wondered how great I was treated by the personnel there. I feel respected and well taken care of. Mrs. Marta Moncayo, Aidee Ramos and Yusleidy Munoz, are highly professionals and dedicated to serve in a very high professional level... They should be emulated to drive Los Arcos to perfection. Congratulations ... Your dediction is is noteworthy... Thank you very much. 04-20-2026- This morning I had a good experience while I was about to have breakfast. I went to dining room and asked Ruben Alvarez for a cup of coffee. He said will let know CNA Rosalba. I took less than 30 seconds to get back in the room an Rosalba arrived with the coffee. This attitude shows a great servicing attitude and care for residents needs.

My mother Elena Rodriguez, lived at Los Arcos for about 10 months at the end of her life, and I’m truly grateful for the care she received during that time. The staff treated her with kindness, patience, and dignity every day. It brought our family comfort knowing she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared about her well-being. The team was attentive to her needs and supportive to our family during an emotional period. Even though her stay wasn’t long, the compassion and professionalism we experienced made a lasting impression. I’ll always appreciate the care Los Arcos gave my mother.

My mom has been a resident at Los Arcos del Norte Care Center for over three years, and overall we’ve had a positive experience. In the beginning, there were some challenges, but with the support of the all the staff, CNAs, nurses, cooks, admin, activities, cleaning/laundry, PT, wound care and my mom’s assigned Guardian Angel, things truly turned around. Since then, her care has been consistent, kind, and attentive. The staff treats my mom with patience and respect, and they genuinely try to make her feel seen and important. We know she can be a handful at times, but they always do their best to meet her needs and support her with dignity. I’m giving four stars only because no facility is perfect and there’s always room for improvement. That said, we are happy with our decision and grateful for the care they provide. It brings peace of mind knowing my mom is in a place where she is cared for and valued.

My mom is Los Acros. I gave a 4 star rating because no place is perfect however I will say that when we have concerns the staff and Management are accessible to assist in making the needed corrections. My mom was at another facility and had multiple uti there which directly affected her cognitively. What I appreciate the most about this facility is that they not only greet my mom by name , they also are very responsive to any issues that I bring up or my family members when they are visiting from out of town. They provide transportation to all her appointment and it's a relatively smooth process. The driver Mrs Laura is very timely when I reach out for pick up. My mom has several specialty appointments frequently and there has been no issues with transportation. Just last week my mom's cardiologist stated this is the healthiest and most vibrant he has seen my 77 year old mom in a long time. No this is not a fake review or a glossy one because yes we do have concerns but the issues are addressed and corrected once we bring it the staff's attention. I am abundantly appreciative of the care my mother receives at this facility. What I have learned from our initial care facility is that I have to be consistently interactive as an advocate for my mother's care no matter where she resides.

To find yourself in a position where you have no choice but to put a loved one in a nursing home, is a very emotional and crushing experience. Especially when mental illness is involved, you have to entrust them to the care of persons that will NEVER be able to fully appreciate who that person was, and why they are so precious to you. At Los Arcos del Norte, we were blessed to have a few persons that did try. I refer especially to some of the ones involved in my dear fathers care. His stay was very brief, but even in that brief time, it was very clear who really had his best interest at heart, and exhaustively tried to help my father pull through, and those that didn’t. Do I wish that some things would have been done differently in this challenging time of COVID? Yes. Still, I know they did the very best they could under the circumstances. Don’t take your senior parent there. Have a ! Everyone disappears at night. My mom almost died there! After catching pneumonia and flu at the same time. She was sent to the hospital and eventually we lost her. ’” I caught a lady there with short white hair that making fun of the patients. This place is terrible, they are always out of meds, don't even have a throat disk, for sore throat, every med the doctor orders they are out of and it takes days to get them. The food is awful, ALWAYS cold and late. The rehab people are nice, but they need more, not a good place for anyone to be put in !! So sorry to be here. We were promised a smooth transition from UMC, it did not happen. He was moved at 10pm, the next day, Los Arcos said they did not receive an documentation from UMC,we were to have an order for a Gastro Specialist but none could be found. Later that week it was Thanksgiving, So we are waiting for Monday and some changes

I stayed for rehab and the nurses were very helpful (Lisa, Priscilla, Adrian, Guillermo) and the CNAs (Patti, Sol,Amy,Maria,Elda,Jose, Audrey, Marta, Isabel and Veronica) were very helpful and kind with me and with the roommates that I had while I was there. My mom is at this nursing home for one year and eight months. I really like this place all the workers are so helpful and friendly. Starting with Roxie the lady in the front desk, she is always ready to help with any issues and direct us with the right person in case we have a concern . Roxie always received me and my family with a smile. The nurses of hall 300 are de best, they always answer my concerns about mom’s health. If I have questions about a treatment mom is getting , those angels are there with answers. The two ladies who are on charge of giving mom a bath are awesome. They have a lots of patience. I'd like to begin this review by stating how satisfied our family and I have been with the care and attention our loved one has received at said facility. The entire staff are extremely professional and personable. Whenever a question or concern may have arisen, whether it be with admissions, medications, or even meal service, our concerns have always been addressed in an professional and timely manner. I would also like to mention how seriously Covid-19 protocols are adhered to by said facility. I am extremely impressed by the superlative efforts of the young lady whom is tasked at the front desk/reception area with following of CDC protocols, I beleive her name is "Roxie". Upon your arrival she will take your temperature and politely ask you to wear your mask and if you are without one she will gladly provide you with one or any other protective gear or information you may require in order to visit with your loved one. In closing, I would not hesitate in recommending this facility if your loved one is in need of such services.

My mom arrived alert and orient after 24 hours my mom went down hill. They did not give her pain meds and did therapy on her and she was crying they continued on any ways. She was not eating they would not let me stayand feed her.. They put a diaper on her. Eveni got there she was screaming she had to go pee there was no one on that hall.that place is dangerous.pulled my mom out after first day they were killing her not helping her they only cardabout longyou were there cause you can only go for 2 hours .my mom had therapy for 1 hiur and had to stayin her room for 23 with a 2 hour visit don't take your lived one there is all i have to say i will be calling state today after i get my mom out of there r visit

My 95 year old aunt fell and fractured her hip last year just prior to covid and she had surgery. She needed to get rehab and 24 hour care as a result. The nursing staff was awesome. Adrian and Guillermo were the best. My aunt loves them. She can't stop saying how wonderful they both are and the excellent care they provide her. When covid hit last March, the activity director, Sonia, went out of her way and used her personal phone in order for me to see and speak to my aunt! Who does that? They provided her books and reading materials that she likes. Los Arcos del Norte has provided excellent care for her!!! Highly recommended!!

If you are looking for a skilled care center in El Paso this is the one to apply to. My Brother in-law was lucky enough to find a vacancy here right before the COVID lockdown began in March. We are so grateful to Mr. Hainer and his staff for the care and services they have provided right from the start. Mr. Hainer personally worked with us to get my Brother in-law admitted and settled in, he and his staff helped immensely with completing the necessary paperwork. When my Brother in-law first started living at Los Arcos he was basically unable to walk due to some health issues he encountered last year, he was also very depressed and withdrawn. What a change 8 months has made! With the attentive personal care you hope to find in a care center my Brother in-law has rebounded, he is walking again and has a positive outlook on life once again. I would like to recognize a couple people that have aided in this transformation; Manny Rodriguez the physical therapist that works with him, and Adrian Arreola his Charge Nurse who provides never ending encouragement. Mr. Hainer and his entire staff deserve to be recognized for the first rate care and services they provide at Los Arcos, you can tell it is not just a job it is their passion!!
