Driveways flood when it rains, people leave trash by Dumpster, The manager at the time doesn't care, Loud parties some people with multiple cars parked everywhere again Manager doesn't care. Lot was not cleaned and trees trimmed at your expense. If you like rocks then this is the place for you no Grass in lots, Weeds

Don't let the reviews scare you , over all this place is comfortable and drama free, it's gated so no random people are driving around, it's the best mobile home park in the northeast dyer area
