I live here one year now and enjoy it so much. Very visually attractive property and management tries very hard to offer classes in arts, exercise, movies and Friday get togethers. They have a library as well Iam please and happy here.

Merritt Hill has been an awesome home for my parents, Susan and Charles Shirley. They have called Merritt Hill home for around 4 months. They love the amenities and true sense of community. My family loves to visit (3 grandchildren) especially visiting the beautiful pool, so fun! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful way of life full of amenities and a community.

We were invited to see Peggy Storeys new apartment in Merritt Hills, and I was surprised at the efficiency and the well thought out floor plan she had. It is perfect for Peggy and she has all she needs right on the property. There is a swimming pool where she can relax and do her water exercises and regular get togethers of all the tenents so she is getting to know her neighbors. I would highly recommend this lovely place for anyone looking for a senior complex.

I visited my sister, Peggy Storey, and really was impressed with the tranquil setting. The facilities were comfortable and inviting. I truly felt this was the perfect place for my sister to enjoy her retirement.

I was the 18th person to move in at Merritt Hill Country and I love this place!!! Being able to move in was frustrating with all of the construction delays and demands by City of Dripping Springs, but it wasnt any different than when I moved into my custom home. I understand that some of the reviews have been very negative in large part because of move-in dates being pushed. I felt that the Merritt Hill Country management team was as apologetic and helpful as they could be! It was truly out of their control. I came from another Merritt-Veritee property and Katie was my manager there. I was ecstatic to find out that she would be the manager at my new apartment! She and Tanja are amazing and Ive never had an issue with either of them. Ive always been treated with respect and kindness! I could not be happier with my casita! Its BEAUTIFUL! The clubhouse is gorgeous and the pool is exquisite! The residents here are so friendly and fun! If youre looking for a beautiful place to call home, take a look at Merritt Hill Country!
